Office staff tells you to call the sales representative then the sales representative tells you to call the office staff. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. The driver was on time, tracked down where the lid was located 20" below the ground level and unplugged the problem. He also recommended an additional step and used a root killer to protect the integrity of the leach line. He recommended pumping of the septic every 3-5 years.
