It is rare that you meet people that still have integrity in their business dealings. We had a flood that leaked into a carpeted bedroom. This man saved us thousands of dollars, no exaggeration. He went out of his way to fit us in the same day and gave us a ton of great information that helped with our future needs. He was kind, efficient, and the work was flawless. I really can't express how amazing this company is. I will recommend them to anyone. read more

This offensive old man made me uncomfortable in my own home. There is no reason for him to ask what ethnicity I am to clean my carpets, or make generalized comments about said ethnicity and then ask me, "Why do your people always ask if we're racist? ". There's no reason for him to bring up politics and yet that's all he wanted to talk about. I walked them both to the door and then he proceeded to stand there and lecture me on more political topics that he could tell I did not agree with. He made a few racist comments before he told Maria that She had offended me with her politics after she had done nothing but talk about scheduling and smile uncomfortably while he shoved his foot in his mouth repeatedly. He could tell that I wanted him to leave and intentionally over stayed his welcome making me extremely uncomfortable. I think it was when he referred to me as a derogatory slur that I told him what offended me and slammed the door in his face. I would never let this man step foot in my home again. read more

Flynn's Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners - Rude man who made racists comments and called me a derogatory slur to my face in my own home. - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Cleaned the carpet decently well, but kept bringing up divisive political issues the entire time.

I called about a whole house carpet cleaning on an empty property I own in Bear Valley Springs. I answered a half dozen questions regarding this for the woman that answered the phone, then suddenly it sounded like this man just rudely grabbed the phone from her while I was in mid sentence. Taken aback a tried to pick up where I left off but the man instantly twice interrupted me, so I shut up to let him speak, followed by 2 seconds of awkward silence... only to have the man interrupt me again just as I began to speak to berate me that he was busy and I was going to have to speak up... So here I am speaking up. I have no idea if this guy is good at cleaning carpets, but he is definitely rude and abusive and not someone I would ever hire or trust to come to my home. Once again I am going to speak up, this time with my wallet and I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Hired Tom after he came highly recommended by folks in the Tehachapi community. He was very friendly and did a great job. His wife does the scheduling of appointments, and has a thick accent, which can be hard to understand on the telephone, but I can PROMISE you they are BOTH extremely PROFESSIONAL people. His rate to clean our home at move-out was beyond reasonable. Less than $250 for a 2300+ square foot home. What a deal! I did a final walk-thru on the place after he was done, and was really impressed. He made 10 year old carpets look brand new! Wow! All I can say is, we will gladly use him again in our new home. Thanks again Tom! read more

He did a nice job of shampooing the carpets. I would hire him again. They smelled good and looked clean. I was particularly impressed that he didn't just send some teenager to do it for minimum wage. Flynn did it himself. I also liked the way he left paper tracks around for us to walk on until the carpet dried. As per our rental agreement we had to leave the carpets shampooed professionally and we did not want to leave any last minute shoe-prints. read more
