The jumbo machines are 5.50 and the jumbo dryers are 25 cents for each 5 min. It took about an hour for each dryer to completely dry my large loads. Most of the alterations I have gotten have been fairly good…read more This time I took my 2 duty pants in, to get button hole stitches in the bottom of the pants and a string tie inserted into the bottom. I brought in one of my already altered pants to give them a guide. When I dropped off my pants, it was only the husband working, I told him specifically what I wanted, but if I had not gone in the next day to make sure the message was relayed it would have been wrong. The wife dry cleaned my pants which I did not ask for. When I explained what I had wanted you could see she was upset at her husband. I apologize for not waiting until she came back, to explain to her what I wanted. But I did again specifically explain what I wanted and yeah, I've included pictures. Let's just say I did not get what I paid for. I paid $36 dollars for something that I could of did for less. I'm not bashing this place but if you do go here make sure you tell them several times what you specifically want. I didn't have time to find a coin operated laundry mat so I text Chris, the owner of Cj's Drycleaners and he responded right away saying he could accommodate all the bags of laundry I had, including rugs. I had 4 large bags and they had it done the same day and I picked them up the following morning. Everything was so nice and clean, and folded! I was only charged $100. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because the 2nd time I brought the same amount of laundry, this time there was a large expensive pillow included but I was charged approx $140 for the same amount and the pillow was not only still wet, it was damaged on both ends and it's not so comfortable anymore. Not only that, much of the laundry was still wet and they forgot to give me an entire bag that had all my towels and dishcloths. I'm also missing at least one pair of jeans and I have a feeling there is more missing that I haven't discovered yet. Overall, the service is wonderful and they did an amazing job the first time. Perhaps this was a hiccup, it happens but I wanted to give them another shot before reviewing.

I do not have a washer or dryer so I must use local laundromats. I tried this one because it was in close proximity to my residence. I couldn't imagine a worse experience when it comes to just about everything you would expect from a laundromat. The lady(who described herself as the sister-in-law of the owner) was very rude and not helpful at all. If anything, it seemed like she took pleasure in seeing me struggle. I was born in this town, I work downtown as a professional, and I have absolutely no reason to give someone an undeserved bad review. Then again that lady had no reason to give me an undeserved bad attitude. I stand by my words.
