This is my 5th time I have gone here. Most of the alterations I have gotten have been fairly good. This time I took my 2 duty pants in, to get button hole stitches in the bottom of the pants and a string tie inserted into the bottom. I brought in one of my already altered pants to give them a guide. When I dropped off my pants, it was only the husband working, I told him specifically what I wanted, but if I had not gone in the next day to make sure the message was relayed it would have been wrong. The wife dry cleaned my pants which I did not ask for. When I explained what I had wanted you could see she was upset at her husband. I apologize for not waiting until she came back, to explain to her what I wanted. But I did again specifically explain what I wanted and yeah, I've included pictures. Let's just say I did not get what I paid for. I paid $36 dollars for something that I could of did for less. I'm not bashing this place but if you do go here make sure you tell them several times what you specifically want. And honestly I'm not mad or upset, I am the kind of person that believes: If you don't do it right the first time, why take it back to you to fix it the second time! So I researched dry cleaners, because I went to the one near me, which is a pretty good area of and they disappointed. So I found that this one had really good reviews and I see why now I had two baseball caps they took in and they were pretty filthy. brought in a pair of pants where the belt loop was pulled loose. It was only $8 to have it fixed and the thread blends in really well with the color of the pants. I'm short so I needed a pair of my nice pants hemmed. The ladies at the front were very friendly and they took great care of my clothing. They were able to measure it out for it me and pin it to the length needed. There is a small curtained corner where you can change. It's not much but it's helpful so they can get the exact length. I wore leggings so I could put the sweats over them during the measurement and I'm glad I did. It also did not take too long to get the service done. Pricing was reasonable. Minus 1 star because of the dressing room area could use a little more privacy otherwise, did the service I was looking for! read more

My 17 month old daughter's Halloween costume (Snow White) came in a few weeks early and we noticed it was a tad bit too long for her. I've never thought about getting something hemmed, but it was my mom who encouraged me to take a look at Atriano's and let me tell you: I absolutely LOVED their work. They made my daughter's costume look beautiful. I had requested for the bottom on the dress to be hemmed about an inch higher than it was. It took less than 2 weeks for them to finish my daughter's dress and it was reasonably priced. I have to give a shout out here. I was in a pinch. I needed my stripes shown on my uniforms for official pictures. I got short notice for these photos and had no had a chance to get my uniformed tailored with my new rank. So, in a panic, I hopped on the old googlewebs and searched for someone near by that could help. I gave this shop a call because it was one of my only options. Most shops were closed. My call was answers and I plead my case. The owner told me to come on down and she would see what she could do for me. When I walked in, the store was clean and quiet. I showed her my coat top and shirt. I explained what I needed and she jumped to work. She said she would call me when it was ready. I asked if I could stay until completed so I didn't have to make her wait around for me to pick them up. While she was working, she hooked me up with the remote so I could put on whatever my little girl wanted to watch. She stayed open after hours to get me uniforms up to speed and looking great. The work she did was spot on! She was amazing. The hospitality was great. I am so thankful to this tailor shop for staying open late and help me out! This has now become my go to spot for tailoring and dry cleaning. I rarely use a dry cleaner but I found this place when I needed it most. My jeans needed hemming and it was a 2 day turn around. Price was descent considering I had them dry cleaned and hemmed. Another time I needed a long sleeve shirt and 2 pants heavy starched for a wedding. Charged me $15 total! Wow!
