Thursday, I drove up about 5:30 pm, and there was someone outside to take my order and clothes - so easy! When I went to pick up my clothes the next day, it was super quick! Wonderful, kind service! Very gracious and friendly. Of course I end up coming when they just closing, but they don't act annoyed at all. lol... They do great work and the price was very reasonable, great value! This will be an improvement from my previous reviews, solely based on their customer care, at this specific location. To start I have been coming to this location probably since they opened and have been using this location regularly for almost 6 years. Due to my job, I have to come here on a weekly basis and I have seen the prices jump from $10 a uniform, to almost $14 a uniform. I wouldn't mind paying that price, if I got high quality service. Don't get me wrong the customer service is great, but most of the time they dry and forget to clean. Please don't take down this review, because a review is a review. I have added an additional star because of the outstanding customer care for offering me a substantial credit to keep my service.
