So I have to come pick up my suits today 5/9/26 around 10:30 And the guy was here again and he basically blamed it all on me. My experience here is generally for pickup and drop-off for my fiances items on a weekly sometimes twice in a week basis. I definitely love that they have a drop slot for any time drop off when you have tags/bags with them, which we do. It makes it a lot easier on us with our wacky work schedules. I would also like to note, we only dry clean clothes we've never done any household items.
