It was done within one day for three sweaters. There was an accident on one of my items but the manager Jessica was extremely friendly and ready to help and refund me what needed. This experience won me over. Nothing worse than a mishap and people not taking accountability for it. They stated they couldn't do a heavy starch due to the time frame, but they could do the heavy pressing on all 4 items. Well I get home, check out my shirts/pants and was very disappointed. My brand new Pendleton's collars weren't pressed, the sleeves weren't heavy pressed & they both had steam wrinkling, my Levi pants weren't even heavy pressed, they just washed them & half ass ironed them.
