This is the cleaners by my house and they are awesome. I always wait last minute and need something dry cleaned right away, and Today Cleaners does that. And they make it so easy! Thursday, I drove up about 5:30 pm, and there was someone outside to take my order and clothes - so easy! When I went to pick up my clothes the next day, it was super quick! Wonderful, kind service! Very gracious and friendly. Of course I end up coming when they just closing, but they don't act annoyed at all. lol... They do great work and the price was very reasonable, great value! Took my clothes in at 8am and true to their word, I received a text at 3:30pm that my order was ready. The woman who received my clothes was very nice. I didn't present my coupon at the time I took my clothes (I live in San Diego and work in Wasco, CA), but she took my coupon after letting her know it was my first time with them. I took several pieces so my bill was hovering near $170.00. They charge standard dry cleaning fees. The same amount of clothes would have cost me $80.00 in San Diego. I was a bit stunned at the pricing, but the quality of the dry cleaning was superb. I can't complain about their work, wrapping my clothes up nicely, the people service. The quality came through and I had my clothes ready for my work week. I'll be coming back. Super happy that I found a dry cleaners closer to where I work vs having to wait till I go home and leave my clothes, wait a week till I return and then repeating again. I've been a customer of the Coffee branch for years. Dropped off my item at around 10 AM Saturday and I was told that it will be ready by 4PM. Called at around 530 pm and asked if the items are ready. I was told that they changed their same day service to 10AM and not at 11AM. It's such a hassle since I need an item by Sunday. The guy I talked to is not even apologetic and insinuated that they changed their hours since beginning of the year. I will not go back to this branch again !!!!! read more

You bring something in at 8:30 am. Are told item would not be available for pick-up until Sunday at 4. Then your told it's a 2 day process. So 8:30 Monday morning is 2 days. In reality it's Monday at 4. (Will see). Then the manager blames the associate for miss information. Do yourself a favor. What has happened to customer service or even just being a polite human? The young lady who received my drop off today was stoic and completely devoid of personality. No hi, thank you, bye, ready at 4, have a great day etc. She seriously could have been a robot. It's been my experience that most people under 25 working in customer service are woefully lacking in basic skills. Don't even try to ask them to math. As in, my bill is $11.21 and I give them $21.25 for change of ten dollars four cents and the eyes completely glaze over. I just don't want single dollar bills. As many other people have noted, "In by 11, Ready by 4" is more of a suggestion than a hard, fast rule. I dropped off half a dozen shirts at 10:30. Returned at 4:15. They told me that my shirts weren't ready, and that I should have waited for the email, and that if I came back in half an hour, they'd have them for me. It didn't make sense to drive home only to drive right back, so I said I'd wait. Five minutes later, I had my shirts in hand, and they gave a discount for the misunderstanding. No issues with how they handled it, but it could be made clearer that the 4 PM pickup is not guaranteed, or even the usual practice. People who use this location regularly just know that it's 4-ish, and wait for the email. I feel like the higher prices would be warranted if the timing were guaranteed, but it simply isn't. They know, and they address it in person, but their signage and ads don't reflect this acknowledgment. Services rendered (clean and press, short sleeve shirts, mixed materials and textures, oddly shaped buttons) were pretty standard. No complaints on that end at all. read more

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! We have been using this location for years. It is close to home. Today was the last time we will use this place. Dropped off cleaning before 11:00 am and went to pick up cleaning at 4:00 pm. Guess what??? Sorry your cleaning is not ready. It will be 4:30 or so before it is ready. What???? Now they are frantically looking for my cleaning. This is not the first time this has happened. I let the other times go. This is it. Traveling for work tomorrow and this is what I get. Decided to drop off the new shirts I bought for my husband because who doesn't love a fresh laundered and light starched shirt from the dry cleaners? And that black bag they provide me had a few other items in it. This was my go to place bi-weekly when we worked for his shirts and my suits and dry cleaning. But now it's twice a year! So naturally I needed the shirts the same day I dropped them off, you know in by 11 out by 4. So I drop off at 10 and off I go. So near 4 pm I'm hovering around the parking lot getting gas, going to the bank and checking my mail box. Only to see hours later that now they email you when your dry cleaning is ready. Ack! Nice touch but I'm a tard. Ok so they were running a holiday special where if you buy a $100 gift which you can use at the time of purchase you will get a $20 credit on your account. Nice holiday special and it helped take a dent out of my bi-yearly cleaning bill. I've always had great results with their cleaning, the 4 stars is they are just a little pricey. read more

Other than being expensive I liked the convenience of the location and the In by 11 Ready at 4 policy. I dropped off my clothes today at 1058am and the girl told me it would be ready tomorrow at 4. I said what happened to the in by 11 policy. She said her clock said 1101 and they start their loads at 1100. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!. I made an effort to get there early enough to avoid the tight window between 4pm and 5pm on Sundays. Thanks for ruining my Sunday now because I need my uniform for work on Monday and now everything I do has to revolve around that. I am a regular customer and didn't mind spending a little more until now. I WAS THERE BEFORE 11AM!!! MANAGEMENT: is this the way you treat your loyal customers, because if it is I need to give someone else my business? UPDATED REVIEW: when I picked up my clothes on Sunday during the SUPERBOWL, the manager came out and apologized for what happened. She didn't charge me for my dry cleaning and explained the employee was new and still being trained. I appreciate the management taking responsibility and apologizing. They have regained my confidence and my hope in humanity. I think the world would be a better place if we all take responsibility for our actions and apologize when appropriate. I have used TODAY for the past 32 years and have been unfaithful to them once by using another cleaner. I never did that again because they failed me when measured to the GOLD standard - TODAY. The staff is usually courteous a willing to serve. I must tell about the time that I was packing to travel to Asia and then realized that I had not picked up my shirts with only 5 minutes before closing. I called and someone answered and she waited the 15 minutes that it took me to get there. That's customer service. Keep up the good work. read more

I just moved here and noticed this place every day on my way home. I needed 2 coats cleaned and 1 pair of jeans. I went and left those 3 items. I never asked what the prices were because I didn't think I had to worry about it. Well when my clothes were ready they called me and gave me my total $44 for 3 items. Coats were $13.99 plus $2 for the belt and $12 for the jeans. I think its a total rip off. In other places it doesn't cost more than $7 to dry clean a pair of jeans. I don't wear dry clean only clothes as often as I used to. As a kindergarten teacher, everything I wear gets horribly dirty (paint, glue, and random gooey kid-related substances). Dry cleaning became a nonviable option simply due to budget constraints and I now purchase only machine washable clothes for work. However, I do like to get dressed up to go out and have a little fun and THOSE clothes are definitely in the dry clean only category and this location of Today Cleaners is my ace in the hole for getting them in shapes conveniently and economically. My favorite thing about this location is the drive through service I don't even have to get out of my car to drop clothes off or pick them up! My clothing was always ready on time and I never received anything back stained or damaged in any way. My little brother lived with me for a year and wore many dry cleanable items and they always did a fantastic job on his clothes, too. I haven't heard their commercials in awhile. When I think of Today Cleaners, I think of "In by 11 Ready at 4". Good place to take your dry cleaning. Located close to the intersection of Olive Dr. & Coffee Rd. Have never had any problems here. I like their drive thru service cause sometimes I'm just too lazy to get out of the car. Prices are a bit high compared to the competition. Money can be saved if you go to their website. They are always having coupons which are available online. One more really good thing about them is they are even open on Sunday! Don't know of any other dry cleaner who is. read more

Today was my final straw of using this place. Ive used them for my work shirts, and nice clothes and pants. I have noted on my account to crease all shirt sleeves. On many occasions I've shown up to pick up my garments to find that the sleeves are not creased, there response is oh we can fix it for you tomorrow.........Today was another one of the days that my garmets were not creased. Great place! The people are always friendly and they have a drive through! Even if they are busy, all i have to do is through my clothes in the free express bag they gave me and drop it off in one of their express bins...couldn't be easier. Also, same day service!! How can you beat dropping your clothes off in the morning and being able to pick them up a few hours later...awesome. They did lose one article of clothing...but here is my opinion about that. You deal with thousands of pieces every day, and in the past 3 years they have only lost one piece...it's going to happen. On top of that, what happened to get misplaced was a part of an expensive suit, and they didn't argue at all. They took care the issue, and kept my business. I have continued to use them for over a year since that happened and have never had that problem again. They always have coupons too. My complaint was deleted from their Facebook page...go figure. I took my clothes to Today Cleaners for years and service was good. The Calloway store put spots on two if my shirts. The first one I never complained about, but the second time I did and they said it was ink and I did it. Nevermind that the spots weren't there when I dropped off the shirt. But they gave me a $20 credit on a $30 shirt I can't wear. Then I went back, against my better judgement, and when I picked up that order, the shirts were so wrinkled its like they never even pressed them at all! The most messed up thing is that whoever almost pressed my shirts looked at them and thought, ' yeah that's about right!' No pride in their work and did not give a damn that my time was wasted! The cost though of 2.75 a shirt is high, I know your paying for speed and it costs however when I give them 4 days to complete my clothing I think the rate is too high. I give them 2 stars because they get it done on time - however they do not put creases in the shirt sleeves unless asked, also not all the clothes came with the plastic wrapping. After using Today Cleaners for over 20 years, my husband & I changed to Waterfall Cleaners. Although we liked the staff at the store we used, we were often irritated with the broken buttons, missed stains and on a few occasions, tears in clothing that was not there when we dropped our clothes off. The final straw was the area managers attitude towards my husband one day.. very condenscending and disrespectful... they increased the prices, took away our discount (we spent a lot of money weekly on dry cleaning.) and overall, just didn't care if we started using another cleaner or not... Long story short, we are happy with Waterfall's cleaning, customer service and the PRICES! Waterfall is about 30% less expensive than Today Cleaners...we're sorry we didn't change years ago... So thank you, Today Cleaners area manager... thanks to you, we are 100% satisfied with our dry cleaning at Waterfall...the discount that you so smugly refused to give back??? This is my second visit to this location. The first time I took about 8 shirts to get heavy starch and dry clean. Upon picking them up I notice a few of the shirts had some pretty bad wrinkles. Today I picked up a new shirt for my 15th wedding anniversary dinner. I specifically requested extra heavy starch with military crease on the arms only and not on cuff. After unwrapping it the shirt was as if I just picked it up off the shelf at the store. Very little starch and no creases on the sleeves. DO YOU PEOPLE EVEN LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS???? Never again will I every use your services. After serving 10 years in the Army I can do a thousand times better. Had my iron not stop working I would have done this myself. This is the worst cleaner I have been to. They don't remove any stains. They will actually add more stain to your clothes. If you want your clothes to be ironed but dirty go there. Costumer service is bad. They never tried to fix the stain they added on my shirt. It looked like an oil stain. read more
