This is a first rate dry cleaner. They have the dry cleaning plant on the premises as opposed to sending the clothes to a plant somewhere. When I tell the counter staff what a stain is, they note it. Their pressing is detailed rather than letting a machine do all the work. Waterfall has lower prices depending on the time of day. For no additional charge, they pick up and deliver. read more

Your driver-drives like an idiot cutting off traffic on the freeway. He cut me off twice with no signal during morning rush traffic. If your running late driving fast isn't going to change that. Other than that I am not familiar with their cleaning service but if public safety isn't their concern I would not recommend them. read more

This appears to be the most reasonably priced dry cleaners around, especially if you remember to go online and print out the 15% off coupon from their website and present it upon dropping off your clothes. It's not close to where I live, OR work, but the value seemed worth it to drive the distance. After having read the reviews I knew to do the coupon thing .... It's true, you need to give them the printed out coupon when you drop off (and not merely show them your cell phone) and can't present the coupon when you pick up to get the discount. This was enforced when I tried to present a second coupon when I was picking up Thursday morning, only to be told you need to present when dropping off but was informed that I DID give them the coupon when I dropped off. I'm so old, I didn't remember doing so .... The young ladies were nice there. I am sure I will eventually give 5 stars. The other customers seemed happy, and as if they were regulars. 4 is good! I just had a b it of an annoying experience the first time I went. I knew I HAD to have a certain piece of clothing to wear on Monday (my costume for my new job which I start on Monday) and did not have them do an alternation because it possibly could have meant the piece would not be ready. I dropped off on Monday and told the clothes would be ready on Thursday. I was told to get there early because they close early on Thursday because of the holiday. I got there early on Thursday only to be told not all my clothes were ready. Regrettably it was the costume I HAD to have for Monday or else I wouldn't have cared. I was told to come back after 2:00. I came back at 2:45 and told it wasn't ready, and to come back at 4:30ish. What a hassle! Three times in one day! It was too far to go home, or back to work so I went to Petco, looked at the birds and then to Office Depot where I bought $200 worth of office supplies I really didn't need. When I went back at 4:55 I didn't have to say one word, as soon as I walked in, someone came running out and handed me my last article. I don't really want to tell anyone about my go-to dry cleaner in town, but...I'll be nice and share. This is where I go to get my dry-cleaning done and so far, they've fit the bill. There were a couple instances when the dry cleaning came back "not completely cleaned, still missed some spots" but for the most part (80-90% of the time), they do a legitimate job. I think the prices are cheaper than some of the comparable places in town (such as Today's Cleaners), especially if you remember to use their 20% off dry cleaning coupon. Just be sure to "print out the coupon" because they don't accept it when you show them the coupon via your mobile phone. Ok and sometimes they have yummy chocolate candies by the door as you drop off your cleaning. The turn-around time for your dry cleaning is usually 2-3 business days. read more

My husband & I used Today Cleaners for over 20 years. The staff at the store we used were great although we were not always happy with the dry cleaning. However the area manager who would drop into the store was very condenscending and had an attitude like, ok use another dry cleaner, we don't care... after several years of price increases (Area manager said prices have not been raised in years! I guess she thinks we are stupid and didn't notice!), taking away our discount, and we spent a lot of money on dry cleaning weekly, broken buttons, stains not removed and many other irritations, we decided to switch to Waterfall Cleaners. The area managers disrespectful attitude towards my husband was the final straw. I intentionally waited several months to post a review about Waterfall although I wanted to after the first few months. I wanted to wait and see if their customer service, dry cleaning and prices were consistent. I am happy to report that EVERYTHING is better at Waterfall. The staff goes out of their way to make sure we are happy! The two biggest bonuses, they pick up and deliver to our work, they are about 30% less expensive than Today Cleaners! I have no idea why we didn't change years ago... sometimes change is hard... We are extremely happy with Waterfall and have no intention of changing. Several months after we changed to Waterfall, Jennifer from Today Cleaner called twice & left a message for my husband. He never returned her call...no need.. Today Cleaners is not interested in retaining good customers, Waterfall people go out of their way to keep all of their customers satisfied. One time they offered and I had some shoulder pain so I took them up on their offer. They couldn't have been more kind and accommodating. I would not go to this place ever again. Not only did they give me a hard time for same day service even though they advertise it on their website, they didn't let me do the happy hour special either so I paid full price for all my husbands uniforms. Which the price was fine, I should've asked before hand about the restrictions. However, besides the fact that we drove 30 minutes to give them a try since they have good reviews the clothes we turned it were horribly done. My husband started the academy and they have high standards on clothing and let me tell you the creases were wrong on some items and the clothes looked wrinkled on some parts. Worst dry cleaning service - terrible customer service, overpriced, takes several days and they ruined very expensive suit jackets. Spoke with the owner to complain about the visible iron burn marks, ruined men's dress shirt and double pleats on suit pants. The store manager was rude and rolled her eyes while the owner defended his service... even after he looked at my ruined clothing items and I said my four-year old nephew could've done a better job. When I compared his dry-cleaning service prices and turnaround time to my previous service in Orange County, he yelled that I should move back there. Unbelievable. Took a dress here to get cleaned that's been hanging in my closet for 4 years now and it came out looking like new. And I'm a short girl that didn't have time to get the dress altered when I needed to use it. So yep the bottom was a mess by the end of the night. And you could never tell. I'm surprised there aren't very many reviews! This place is pretty amazing. The prices are very economical and my shirts are left feeling and looking like new. Thanks to this places' dry cleaning my work shirts (buisness attire) have lasted me much longer than washing, and at around 4 dollars cheaper than, say, today's cleaners, it's really a bargain! I also wish they'd accept the coupon right off your phone, you do have to print it out and leave it on your drop off. The return time is about 2 buisness days, and they clearly state when your clothes will be ready. Plan accordingly and you'll have no problems! read more

I had two blazers dry-cleaned in the downtown shop last week. One of them came back completely ruined. Velvet lapels on the woolly blazer are melted. It looks like the velvet got stuck to the overheated iron. Unfortunately, it was my favorite item of the winter wardrobe. I am in deep mourning right now :-( read more
