My button broke on my shirt that I'm wearing to a funeral and we're out of town. I came to this cleaners and she put a new button on it and pressed it and didn't charge me. Plus, she did it while I was waiting, 10 minutes. God bless her. I wish I lived by here. I'd use them all the time. read more

This place is a rip off. $10.99 for linen pants. $4.79 for a men's shirt, and 10.99 for a women's blouse. Crazy rip off!! Never again.

This place is so convenient. Located in Downtown Bako with a drive thru setup to drop off your stuff or you can come up to their window to get assistance. We needed something quick and they definitely delivered. My husband's suit was ready the next day and was done perfectly. They are a little bit pricey than the places we've been to but they did great. We will definitely be back and use their services in the future. Check them out! read more

Today's cleaners has been one of the place I take one of my suits to on an annual basis. They do a really good job. They're fast and easy to work with. I always appreciate their smiles on their face and the amount of energy that they're able to give the work that I need done. It's always a place that I go and get all my information that I need for the suit as well as how to make sure that it's clean for my annual need. read more

Today's cleaners charged me for something that isn't mine. Also you gave me a piece of clothing that isn't mine. When I went to pick it up I asked the guy why are you charging me so much for two shirts and he just made something up. Then when I got home I realized I had extra clothes. First time this happens but I'm sure the guy missing his pants is really upset. Yes I'm going to go drop off the clothes that was given to me by mistake. read more

Always professional and on time with everything I have them do !!!!!! They have never disappointed me and I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

Took in my comforter to be cleaned. Pick it up but didn't take it out of bag right away. Few days later, I opened it up to find all the spots still there! Looks as if it was never cleaned at all. Won't be back! read more

Erica and her staff are amazing! The attentiveness to my uniforms is impeccable. Stains going in, their team works their magic and my shirts come out stain free. Crisp creases, fresh starch and all for under 4 bucks a shirt. 5 stars to Erica and her staff. Always ready when they say it will be and provide top notch services!! read more

Both times I have gone, they have done a great job! They are friendly without necessarily being too friendly where I have to fake a convo. They get me in and out in about 5 min or less. Will definitely keep going back. read more

I go there often..the girls are awesome..friendly professional..they always correct mistakes if they make them and the prices are great..the orders are always on time..the best place for dry cleaning and laundry.. read more

I have came to this location only a few times, the times I have came I am blown away by the immaturity of the staff, I see they hire nothing but very young kids, maybe even high schoolers. Either they are laughing away or glued to their devices. Quit hiring young kids in it for the paycheck. Not even the slightest bit of compassion. I see a few doing their job with full commitment while most not so much. Will not be having my clothing serviced here anymore. The customer service jus doesn't feel genuine. read more

This is the second time I try to use Today Cleaners and they never clean the clothes. The blazer still smells and I even asked to make sure they put extra deodorize on the clothes and still had an issue. If you want some actually quality dry cleaning go to Kleenerz they actually clean your clothes. Last time I will ever go to today cleaners. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place, I like the fact they are quick with their service, but twice I have had a bad experience with the quality of their work. First time I took in a navy blue suit my infant son threw up some milk on the shoulder area, I went in today cleaners for the first time and asked them if that was a stain they could remove they said yes, after picking up my suit and checking it out when I got home the stain was still there I called and let them know, and they gave me a $20 credit so I can go back and get it redone I pointed it out specifically and the stain was removed a little bit but was still visible so I gave up on it, because I figured the stain was the problem and not the dry cleaners. But recently I moved to the northeast side even closer to the today cleaners and I have used their services a few times with good results but recently I took in a new suit just to get pressed because it became wrinkled from being shipped in a box and when I got home I put the suit away and a few days later when I put the suit on it still had a lot of wrinkles on it, so I'm going to use my steamer to try and get them out until I try another dry cleaners and see how I like them. read more

Brought in a silk dress and I wanted to make sure that they could take care of it (some dry cleaners do not do silk) . The stated they could take care of it but no guarantee that the dress would not get ruined and that they would not be responsible if it was damaged during the dry cleaning process. Needless to say I opted not to leave the dress there. I did not use their service. Silk seems to be an issue with them. Still hunting for a dry cleaner that can do my silks without damaging them. read more

I go this location all the time, the girls are always friendly and prompt not to mention honest. I forgot that I had 60 dollars in my pants and they called me 15min after drop off to let me know that I left money in my clothes. You can't pay enough for service like that. read more

They are actually better than A-OK. I give them 3.5 stars. Very quick and convenient. I believe their slogan is "In by 11 ready at 4". So far, it's been accurate. I've never had any problems with them. You can also save money if you use one of their coupons available on their website. read more

I found a tired "couch sweater" throw that had been buried in a forgotten closet. It needed refreshing. Today Cleaners took it in, gave it special care and I'm in love again. Fast & affordable and convenient. Thanks! read more

What GREAT Service! I asked to have a small crochet table cloth pressed. I thought the receptionist was getting me a price, instead, she came back a few minutes later with it all pressed and ready to go, and she said NO Charge on top of that! What a blessing and GREAT Service. They earned my business for sure. read more

Super nice staff!! Dropped off my boyfriend's shirts to be laundered and pressed in the morning. Got a text saying they were done at 4. Easy to pay. Shirts look great. Super customer service. A man was in the next car over and being a butthead about a coupon with the gal, but she politely explained how he was wrong. Will definitely be going back. read more

My experience was great. The people that helped me, told me the risks with getting certain garments cleand, which I thought was good in making an informed choice. They were also able to get my garments cleaned earlier than expected. I also like the drive-through drop off option at this location. read more

High Five to the best staff at the Today Cleaners on H Street!!! Convenience of being able to just drop my laundry bag off with them is the best! I've always had the best customer service - they are usually walking out to my car before I even put the car in park! Hands down the best dry cleaner in Bakersfield. Everything was done early and without the dry cleaning smell you get from some cleaners. Getting a text message when my clothes were ready was an added bonus. I will use them every time I am here. read more

My first experience with Today Cleaners and it was Awesome! I ordered a suit online for a Recruitment Job Fair in San Diego and just didn't have time to take it into a "Dry Cleaner" to have it cleaned and pressed until the morning I was suppose to leave after work....I dropped off my suit, shirt and tie at 10:30am and it was ready to go by 3:45pm. Perfect! I was able to pick it up after work and head down to SD. I love how you can just drive up to the door and have your items brought out to you! That type of extra touch just sealed the deal for me to make Today Cleaners my "go-To!" That and their rate was, in my opinion, very reasonable! read more

Brought in a brand new silk blouse to be steamed so I could wear it out for the first time and unfortunately it was returned back to me with a snag down the front of the blouse. I was contacted by the store manager, Erika, after I had made multiple attempts to contact a supervisor or manager the day prior. Erika ensured me they would take care of the issue and apologized that it took a day for her to return my call but it had been her day off. I brought my item in to her with the receipt to show it had indeed been purchased only 3 days prior to me having it steamed. When Erika found out I was from out of town she made sure everything was taken care of very quickly and I was reimbursed for the blouse in full within hours. I couldn't be happier with how Erika handled everything and how kind and professional she was throughout the process!! read more

I like the quick service and drive thru option, but they completely ruined a very expensive top. They denied being responsible and asked me if they could send the shirt to a tester to see if the stain was dry cleaning related. I said sure! bc i was confident that it was. The results came out positive so they took full responsibility so it ended up working out- but annoying that the shirt got damaged and they questioned whether I was lying... read more
