This place is so convenient. Located in Downtown Bako with a drive thru setup to drop off your stuff or you can come up to their window to get assistance. We needed something quick and they definitely delivered. My husband's suit was ready the next day and was done perfectly. Today's cleaners has been one of the place I take one of my suits to on an annual basis. They do a really good job. They're fast and easy to work with. I have came to this location only a few times, the times I have came I am blown away by the immaturity of the staff, I see they hire nothing but very young kids, maybe even high schoolers. Either they are laughing away or glued to their devices. Quit hiring young kids in it for the paycheck. Not even the slightest bit of compassion. This is the second time I try to use Today Cleaners and they never clean the clothes. The blazer still smells and I even asked to make sure they put extra deodorize on the clothes and still had an issue. If you want some actually quality dry cleaning go to Kleenerz they actually clean your clothes. Last time I will ever go to today cleaners. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place, I like the fact they are quick with their service, but twice I have had a bad experience with the quality of their work. First time I took in a navy blue suit my infant son threw up some milk on the shoulder area, I went in today cleaners for the first time and asked them if that was a stain they could remove they said yes, after picking up my suit and checking it out when I got home the stain was still there I called and let them know, and they gave me a $20 credit so I can go back and get it redone I pointed it out specifically and the stain was removed a little bit but was still visible so I gave up on it, because I figured the stain was the problem and not the dry cleaners. But recently I moved to the northeast side even closer to the today cleaners and I have used their services a few times with good results but recently I took in a new suit just to get pressed because it became wrinkled from being shipped in a box and when I got home I put the suit away and a few days later when I put the suit on it still had a lot of wrinkles on it, so I'm going to use my steamer to try and get them out until I try another dry cleaners and see how I like them. read more

Brought in a silk dress and I wanted to make sure that they could take care of it (some dry cleaners do not do silk) . The stated they could take care of it but no guarantee that the dress would not get ruined and that they would not be responsible if it was damaged during the dry cleaning process. Needless to say I opted not to leave the dress there. I did not use their service. Silk seems to be an issue with them. Still hunting for a dry cleaner that can do my silks without damaging them. read more

I go this location all the time, the girls are always friendly and prompt not to mention honest. I forgot that I had 60 dollars in my pants and they called me 15min after drop off to let me know that I left money in my clothes. You can't pay enough for service like that. read more

They are actually better than A-OK. I give them 3.5 stars. Very quick and convenient. I believe their slogan is "In by 11 ready at 4". So far, it's been accurate. I've never had any problems with them. You can also save money if you use one of their coupons available on their website. read more

My first experience with Today Cleaners and it was Awesome! I ordered a suit online for a Recruitment Job Fair in San Diego and just didn't have time to take it into a "Dry Cleaner" to have it cleaned and pressed until the morning I was suppose to leave after work....I dropped off my suit, shirt and tie at 10:30am and it was ready to go by 3:45pm. Perfect! I was able to pick it up after work and head down to SD. I love how you can just drive up to the door and have your items brought out to you! Brought in a brand new silk blouse to be steamed so I could wear it out for the first time and unfortunately it was returned back to me with a snag down the front of the blouse. I was contacted by the store manager, Erika, after I had made multiple attempts to contact a supervisor or manager the day prior. Erika ensured me they would take care of the issue and apologized that it took a day for her to return my call but it had been her day off. I brought my item in to her with the receipt to show it had indeed been purchased only 3 days prior to me having it steamed. When Erika found out I was from out of town she made sure everything was taken care of very quickly and I was reimbursed for the blouse in full within hours. Today Cleaners is a very professional and quick cleaners. I like them i take all my suit pants and shirts there for normal cleaning and pressing. It is great also being they can have your dry cleaning done same day which often my case is needed being i wait till the last minute to take it.
