I couldn't tell when I picked it up as the shop had dim lighting in the front. But upon inspection it had more stain on it then when I came in. I will never go back and will be informing all I know about the horrible service here.

I told the young lady great but I won't be able to pick them up the same day I can pick up the clothes the next day. so when I arrived the next day the worker told me my clothes were not ready and I can pick it up the next day. I replied to the worker the clothes should have ready yesterday. I could not understand why it takes 2 days to dry clean my clothes. Today cleaners advertise in by 11am ready by 4pm. I needed those clothes for a funeral and my trip out of town. so now I have to rush and buy clothes. So upsetting!!!! to top it off when I was leaving the worker told me to have a nice day. How could one have a nice day after being told their clothes was not ready

Then the cleaning itself was sub par. I definitely would never use them again. My friend also paid for the cleaning. They should never have charged me at all. Seriously poor business acumen. I would give a zero or minus rating if possible.

I didn't have time to find a coin operated laundry mat so I text Chris, the owner of Cj's Drycleaners and he responded right away saying he could accommodate all the bags of laundry I had, including rugs. I had 4 large bags and they had it done the same day and I picked them up the following morning. Everything was so nice and clean, and folded! I was only charged $100. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because the 2nd time I brought the same amount of laundry, this time there was a large expensive pillow included but I was charged approx $140 for the same amount and the pillow was not only still wet, it was damaged on both ends and it's not so comfortable anymore. Not only that, much of the laundry was still wet and they forgot to give me an entire bag that had all my towels and dishcloths. I'm also missing at least one pair of jeans and I have a feeling there is more missing that I haven't discovered yet. Overall, the service is wonderful and they did an amazing job the first time.
