A plethora of calls as well with no answer. Finally my friend got it but it was too late, even if sent overnight, for the event. Incredibly disappointed people at the event. Then the cleaning itself was sub par. I definitely would never use them again. My friend also paid for the cleaning. They should never have charged me at all. Seriously poor business acumen. I would give a zero or minus rating if possible.

It's not close to where I live, OR work, but the value seemed worth it to drive the distance. After having read the reviews I knew to do the coupon thing .... It's true, you need to give them the printed out coupon when you drop off (and not merely show them your cell phone) and can't present the coupon when you pick up to get the discount. This was enforced when I tried to present a second coupon when I was picking up Thursday morning, only to be told you need to present when dropping off but was informed that I DID give them the coupon when I dropped off. I'm so old, I didn't remember doing so .... The young ladies were nice there. I am sure I will eventually give 5 stars. The other customers seemed happy, and as if they were regulars. 4 is good! I just had a b it of an annoying experience the first time I went. I knew I HAD to have a certain piece of clothing to wear on Monday (my costume for my new job which I start on Monday) and did not have them do an alternation because it possibly could have meant the piece would not be ready. I dropped off on Monday and told the clothes would be ready on Thursday. I was told to get there early because they close early on Thursday because of the holiday. I got there early on Thursday only to be told not all my clothes were ready. Regrettably it was the costume I HAD to have for Monday or else I wouldn't have cared. I was told to come back after 2:00. I came back at 2:45 and told it wasn't ready, and to come back at 4:30ish. What a hassle! Three times in one day! It was too far to go home, or back to work so I went to Petco, looked at the birds and then to Office Depot where I bought $200 worth of office supplies I really didn't need. When I went back at 4:55 I didn't have to say one word, as soon as I walked in, someone came running out and handed me my last article. On a positive note, I am now "the Duchess" of Water Fall Cleaners ... The Yelp glass is half full....
