Sean, I certainly appreciate you taking the time to write your review and do respect your opinion and comments. I fully explained the situation to your Grandmother on what I felt was going to come out and what items had caused permanent damage to the fibers. After our inspection , consultation and recommendations. Your Grandmother agreed and decided to have me clean the carpet. our process is very effective on stain removal with a relatively quick dry time on normal conditions. However, this certainly was not a normal condition which required us to go up and beyond our normal scope of work explained to your Grandmother but we had proceeded on to remedy the damage and neglect to the carpet mostly in your room. I had tried to explain this to you when you called me later that day that the damage done can not be reversed and really needs to be replaced. we felt by witnessing the amount of dirt and soil that had been removed from the carpet that a free carpet cleaning that you suggested was not a fair proposition for a company that didn't soil or damage the carpet. Again, I certain appreciate your grandmother calling our company in the first place to help with her situation and wish her the best in handling the true problem. Sincerely, Jeff read more

Local REALTOR recommends using Chem Dry. The condition of the carpet in a listing that I have in Stallion Springs, was beyond bad. My recommendation to the owner/seller was to have the carpet replaced. Jeff White, of Chem-Dry came out to the property and bid the job. I was surprised that his bid was as low as it was for the condition of the carpets. After he completed the job and I took a look, I could not believe that he was able to remove the deep stains and grime caught in the carpets. Jeff White, of Chem-Dry, gets my highest recommendation. This company is absolutely the best home service company I have ever experienced! Jeff returns my calls quickly. He is always promt, and if he will be running late, he calls ahead of time. Which i really appreciate. I have used Chem-Dry for years and the difference in my carpet after each cleaning has been amazing! I did try another carpet cleaning company in Tehachapi about 10 years ago and it was horrible. Carpet was wet for a week! Baseboard carpet line was streaked and dirty! And they were an hour late and did not call me. Never again.. I will always trust my carpets to Jeff at Chem-Dry! read more

We had a great experience yesterday with Chem-Dry. Jeff was very responsive to my calls. He thoroughly explained the process and service first and of course gave an estimate. The carpet turned out better than I expected, as we had quite a few stains (people and cat). Just as he finished, it started sprinkling so Jeff jumped in and helped us move the furniture in. I'm very pleased today looking at my sparkling carpet. We will defiitely use Chem-Dry again. Oh and one of the best things is that it didn't take long for the carpet to dry!!! read more

Working with Jeff at Chem Dry made getting our carpet cleaned a breeze. We have 3 young kids and there were a LOT of stains. I have my own carpet cleaner and had tried spot cleaning many of the stains several times over the years with no such luck. Jeff meticulously went through each room, and when he was done, he even went by hand and went after the last remaining bits of stain he could find. Truly did a fantastic job and I cant recommend Jeff and Chem dry enough read more

I had rugs that had not been cleaned in awhile and a neighbor recommended Chem Dry. Couldn't have been happier. The rep was honest, professional and quick to set up an appointment. The job was thorough, and even dealt with animal issues. To top it all off, he came back the next day to be sure the rugs were drying and didn't need further care. Highly recommended this company. read more
