Awesome Carpet Cleaning is definitely a 5 Star carpet cleaning business. Mike was AWESOME! He was on time, efficient, and very friendly/approachable. Our carpets have literally NEVER looked better!!! I couldn't believe how spotless they were, especially in the high traffic areas of our home. He even treated it prior to the cleaning because we have animals. When Mike was done the carpets were not soggy or saturated with suds, in fact within a couple hours the floor was dry...completely dry!!! This is based off of their product and carpet cleaning technique which other companies do not have. Trust me, I have tried other local carpet cleaners in the past and the results were very different. I couldn't recommend this carpet cleaning company enough. I have had so many compliments from family and friends. We rent and believe me, I never thought we would be able to get this carpet clean with the years of other renters coming and going, not to mention my animals and the animals before we moved in. After having Mike clean our carpets, I could never doubt that any job would be too big for these guys! I am a customer for life! No joke. Mike showed up on time, walked the job with me, answered questions & did a fantastic job. I had discovered some spilt wax just a few days earlier, just after scheduling the clean, so it hadn't been factored into the price & I wanted to work on that while he got started with other rooms. He gave me some pro tips, which I appreciated more than if he'd taken care of it, gratis. My carpets are good quality but probably 40 yrs old. Not everything will come out. I already knew that. But there was only ONE spot that was the least noticeable by the time he was done. Mike gave some good advice on the future of my stairs. He's knowledgeable about a lot of householding topcs. My son and his wife are expecting a baby soon, so as a very excited soon-to-be grandma, I wanted to help provide a welcoming and clean environment for the baby, so we called Mike at Awesome Carpet Cleaning. He came out within an hour, which was fantastic, and did an amazing job! He vacuumed in the rooms and showed us all of the dust and debris that he had eliminated.
