Dylan explained that there were several good options in different brands and offered to assist. He was so nice and helpful that we agreed to see what's available. Long story short, Dylan took the time to show us several different brands and types, then worked with us on size, width, styles and colors. We inquired about the availability of Velcro as opposed to standard laces. In response he showed us a special shoe lace that quickly secures a sneaker with minimal effort. Dick's has such a wide ranging selection of sneakers which had previously discouraged us from taking time to sort through all of the many options. If not for Dylan's friendly and professional assistance this would likely have been just another fast pass through the department. We very much appreciated his assistance without a hard sell or feeling any pressure to make a final decision or immediate purchase. We purchased New Balance sneakers, Lock Laces and a tee shirt. Since I'd never heard of Azteca before that, I was naturally wary of buying from them, so I checked Reddit and found threads where people asked before me if Azteca was legit, and a lot of people vouched for them. With nothing more than the endorsements of strangers on Reddit, I put in my order for jerseys for my mom and I. I called the store in El Monte immediately to ask if they'd received my order, and the employee said they had, and given that I'd bought the jersey around 3 or 4 PM, it would ship the next day, which was completely valid. I tracked the shipping from the moment Azteca sent the confirmation and tracking numbers, and they just came in. I explained to the employee I talked to that I'm all the way up in NorCal, and I found them on a Google search, so here I was calling and ordering from NorCal. The jerseys came in, and they are amazing, and I checked other retailers if they had Korea's jerseys, including Nike, Dick's and Big 5, and Dick's was the only one that had any in stock on their website/app, but the inventory was limited. The shuttlecocks were a bit pricey for the high quality ones, so I did not opt for them. He noted costs for shuttlecocks increased significantly due to tariffs.
