We had an amazing experience with Matt that was worth the 20 minute drive to Right On Repair. The process for replacing my tablet screen was very quick and easy, with Matt explaining everything thoroughly so I could understand what was going on. The replacement only took 1 hour, but he wanted to keep the tablet another few hours to make sure the glue stayed on well, which is fine by me! He also threw in a screen protector on the house, which was very much appreciated. The cost of the screen replacement was lower than I was expecting based off what I was reading online for other stores. I also want to commend him for his honesty: after I told him about the problem my Nintendo Switch was having, he explained that he might be able to fix the GPU problem, but he wasn't comfortable doing so and taking my money when it may run into the same problem again in a few days or weeks. But he has good reviews and just from our conversation on Yelp and on the phone, I could tell he is friendly, has experience with pixel phones, and I can trust him. Matt was so chill, friendly, and funny. But still very professional and focused. He knew my phone situation was urgent so he helped me and delayed other stuff he was working on. He has 15 years of experience! I was able to stay the whole time and watch him work on my phone. Despite how he had to talk to a few customers while I was there, he still finished on time, in 1 hour. An updated review because I eventually did come to Matt for my repair. The other servicer replaced my screen, but it was defective, overheating my phone, and draining my battery 1.5x faster despite them claiming it was a soft OLED screen. Quickly after realizing, I called Matt and let him know of the situation. I drove over to Matt's store after work the next day and was pleased that there was lots of parking spots available. Thankfully, there were signs on the store front to help me locate his store, or I would have missed it otherwise. The repair took less than an hour and is done right in front of you. I really appreciated that because I could see him physically replace the screen with a new soft OLED screen that we discussed. He honored the deal that we made, and it was the best deal I could find after calling 10 other stores. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and showed me the differences in screen qualities and screen types since I was curious. He also pulled up the screen manufacturer online and showed me differences in pricing, which was very honest and transparent of him. When I left, he made sure I received a receipt, his business card, and the old screen that he took off (the other servicer did not provide me with any of these). He also happily reminded me that I have lifetime warranty for the screen (the other servicer would only provide 90 day warranty). I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. It's uncommon to see this level of customer service and honesty.
