They carefully followed all of the building's rules for elevator use, placed furniture exactly where I requested, and neatly stacked boxes in the appropriate rooms. What impressed me most was their professionalism and attention to detail. They communicated clearly throughout the process, regularly checked to make sure I didn't have any questions, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. Before leaving, they removed all of the packing materials they had used and left both my old and new homes clean and tidy. The entire move stayed on schedule and was remarkably efficient. From the start, we experienced major friction with unexpected and drastic price increases that required hard negotiations just to bring down to a semi-reasonable level. Unfortunately, that pushback resulted in direct retaliation from staff. We provided our new permanent address and delivery instructions multiple times, only to find out that a representative named Lucas intentionally failed to log or update our information in the system, leaving us stranded out of the delivery queue and forcing us to sleep on air mattresses in an empty townhome. When we finally secured a written email confirmation for delivery between Monday and Wednesday from another representative, a staff member named Noah called with an arrogant, bullying attitude, trying to gaslight us with a sudden, zero-notice Sunday ambush delivery. When we held firm to our written delivery window, Noah and the team escalated to blatant extortion--threatening to withhold our household goods and slap us with fabricated cubic-foot penalty fees. Deliberately failing to process relocation updates out of petty office friction and holding customer property hostage over forced, unagreed-upon scheduling is completely unacceptable. If you value your property, your time, and basic accountability, look elsewhere.
