    We took our F150 (2018 with 92,000 miles) in for a scheduled oil change on Friday. We told them the…read moreservice engine light came on the day before and wanted it checked out further as well. The service rep stated we could only get the oil change that day as was scheduled but could get a diagnostic the next week. The following Thursday my husband called for an update and the service rep said we needed a new cam shift and the price would be 6,800. He said the vehicle had high mileage and oil change at 8-10,000 miles wasn't adequate.We called back Friday morning ( one week after dropping off vehicle) and asked if oil had been changed because we were going to pick vehicle up. The Service Rep stated they were still working on it. I went up there to pick it up after calling a second time that morning and telling them I was on my way. The service rep stated there were several vehicles in front of mine and it was going to be a long wait. An argument began over the length of time the vehicle had been there for an oil change which was still not done. I told them to put enough oil in it so I could take it somewhere else. I also told them I was going to the general manager to report everything. Another rep in the service dept then said " And do what?" They were extremely disrespectful. It turned out the service manager was in there the entire time and said nothing the entire time. After my complaint she stated the oil should have been changed every 5,000 miles. I then paid 215.00 for a " diagnostic test " and to top off my oil. I took the truck to an oil shop and got the oil properly changed then went to another auto shop and got a diagnostic test.. Guess what? The diagnostic test came back completely normal. Mac Haik has lost my business forever. I would not take my vehicle there for anything to be serviced. I will never buy another vehicle from there because of the treatment I received in their service department. I feel they were dishonest about everything. The service manager lady did not do anything to help. She stated she would never step in on one of her employees.. She did nothing whatsoever for her customer either. She helped in Mac Haik losing our business forever.

Today I asked for a manager and the guy name Chris was very unprofessional and had a nasty attitude. He told me Alonzo is the manager but if it's about my car I need to talk to them So I preceded to tell him about the sensor problem with no return phone calls and I told him I have had my Acura a very long time and never been unhappy until now , I also told him I leave good reviews but since he has an attitude I would not give you all a good reviews manly because of everything thats been going on and he preceded to tell me he do not care do it. There was a white customer in the lobby and all of this was said in front of them which is very poor customer service and very un professional. As I was walking to the waiting area he made the remark these people around here keep bankers hours. I have never in my life of dealing with you all since 2018 had anyone to be that rude to me. I love my Acura MDX hybrid, I barely have a little on 60,000 miles and I take good care of my car and have all my work done with you. I just think it's very unprofessional to be rude, have poor customer service, and do not return phone calls to customers all I want is my car fix and my front sensor to work and if you can't fix it please seek help. I do not like to leave a bad review but sometimes nice people like me get tired of the rudeness and very poor customer service.

    Brought my car in for 2 recalls and mentioned that some lights on my dash were on. He told me what…read moreit could most likely be and I said I did not want to replace that part. During the recall repair my car was damaged and I was told I needed to pick up a loaner car. This was after waiting all day and receiving NO notification from my service advisor- I finally called them. When I got to the dealership the loaner had a crack straight across the windshield which made it unsafe to drive so I refused it and then had to wait on another one (2 hours). The following day I still received NO communication with my service advisor and had to call after 4 pm to check on the repairs. I finally returned to the dealership 2 days later to get my vehicle and they charged me $150 for diagnostic fee. When I asked what it was they said for when the technician looked at the lights on the dash. I originally brought my vehicle in for 2 recalls, which were to take 5 hours (per my advisor). Two days later I receive my car back WITH a bill. Terrible service. DO BETTER ACURA!

Everyday I will give a negative feedback until this problem is directly looked into and I receive half or all compensation of my money back....I bought a used 2021 Mazda on 8-21-24,not a month later I traded that vehicle on 9-23-24 for a 2025 Nissan Kick for less than the value a paid for the used Mazda. Now here's the problem I'm having with this money exchange because of Daniel.If I bought this used vehicle for face value after it had one ower and I paid CASH,wouldn't you think that my warranty would roll over to the new vehicle I purchased as well get the 3 year warranty for the new vehicle without paying extra money for extended warranties. I think having bought two vehicles in a month time with both having a 3 year warranty, which make 6 years,why did Daniel have me to pay out extra amount of money, knowing my warranty from the trade in should have rolled over to the new vehicle..... Let's say this,Daniel took almost 9k from me for a used vehicle in order to get the 2025 and I still had to put out money for warranties that I thought should had been placed from the Mazda.The 2025 was cheaper than the used vehicle and I still had to pay out of pocket for warranties that given when you purchase a vehicle..... Right is right and wrong is why Daniel did to me and I need someone higher up to look into what was done,because I need to be reimburse for the Money that's owed to me.... If you buy a car from here,please don't ever do business with Daniel,because he's a financer who will use you and get over on you,without you knowing it until you look at your paperwork and money trail.....Bad Business!!!! I wouldn't give it a star,you got scammers working at Gray Daniels Nissan North, and I'm pissed!!!
