I really hope this review make it to the top level of management for the Gray Daniels Nissan North off frontage road. Everyday I will give a negative feedback until this problem is directly looked into and I receive half or all compensation of my money back....I bought a used 2021 Mazda on 8-21-24,not a month later I traded that vehicle on 9-23-24 for a 2025 Nissan Kick for less than the value a paid for the used Mazda. Now here's the problem I'm having with this money exchange because of Daniel.If I bought this used vehicle for face value after it had one ower and I paid CASH,wouldn't you think that my warranty would roll over to the new vehicle I purchased as well get the 3 year warranty for the new vehicle without paying extra money for extended warranties. I think having bought two vehicles in a month time with both having a 3 year warranty, which make 6 years,why did Daniel have me to pay out extra amount of money, knowing my warranty from the trade in should have rolled over to the new vehicle..... Let's say this,Daniel took almost 9k from me for a used vehicle in order to get the 2025 and I still had to put out money for warranties that I thought should had been placed from the Mazda.The 2025 was cheaper than the used vehicle and I still had to pay out of pocket for warranties that given when you purchase a vehicle..... Right is right and wrong is why Daniel did to me and I need someone higher up to look into what was done,because I need to be reimburse for the Money that's owed to me.... If you buy a car from here,please don't ever do business with Daniel,because he's a financer who will use you and get over on you,without you knowing it until you look at your paperwork and money trail.....Bad Business!!!! As recent as January 2023, I purchased a 2020 Nissan Altima for my niece. The car had about 70,000 miles, great interior and exterior....or so it appeared. Exactly four months later the car is making loud tiling sounds. We take the car in to be checked and first the service team denies hearing any noise. Then, when her stepfather came to the dealership and raised the hood - miraculously the technician could hear the sound. Once they took the car in for inspection and determined it was that the "belt tensioner" needed replacing. This is a car that a full 4 point inspection was completed on supposedly before they sold the car. The cost was almost $800.00 - my college student niece would be responsible for on a vehicle that was purchased 4 months earlier. This team was rude and cared not for the added burden for families on a vehicle purchased from them 4 months earlier. And of course it is not covered under the power train warranty - which is joke in itself. And to add insult to injury they then charged $185.00 for inspecting the car and before they would release the vehicle back to my niece. A few hours later, we ordered the necessary parts for $104.00 and had the car repaired by another service provider at a considerable less amount then the upcharged amount of 800.00 on a vehicle purchased 4 months ago. When you call for assistance your are placed on hold for extended periods and then they come back to the phone and say- "we will have the team call you back". They never do. Worst customer service ever. When I say run and don't walk in the opposite direction if you are considering purchasing a car from this location - Grey Daniel's Nissan Frontage Road Jackson, MS. 2 days after I bought a vehicle from here, the a/c went out and they refused to pay to repair it or buy back the vehicle. They tried to charge me $1800 to fix it. It's been in service twice and I've had it 13 days. After arguing, they agreed to trade the vehicle for a new one, but still want me to pay for the leak in the a/c that was already there, and they tried to make my payment $800 a month on the trade. They also refused to apply our $1000 down payment to the new car. BTW Our credit scores were good, and they gave us 14% apr. I am in the process of getting 6% by refinancing, since I am stuck with it. read more

I made an 8:00 a.m. appointment just an oil change - nothing else. I got there at 8:00 a.m. and they took my car - no problem. Then after an hour and 15 minutes I went to check on my car that I had waited for, and they said they had not gotten to my car yet, and that they were understaffed today! Okay - now upset and not being able to leave, they finally got me ready at exactly 10:00 a.m. ! Why did I make an appt, why did I have to go check on my car? Okay, then it was raining and they pulled my car around to the lot. My umbrella is in my car, of course. They did not offer to walk me or bother to pull my car up out of the rain. Not good. Came here with my Dad to look at new SUVs. Yes, I really wanted a new car, but knew I was upside-down on the car I have; I was 99.9% positive there would be no way to get another one. Of course I found one I loved. The salesman wanted to go in and look at numbers, so we did. I told him how much was still owed on the car and all the other pertinent information. They were closing in about 30 minutes, so he called the manager in. The manager assured me by trading my car in they could get me in the price-range I wanted to be with the new SUV. He gave me the keys to the new SUV and told me to take it home. Had me leave the key to my car so they could look it over in the morning. We told him we'd be back about an hour after they opened the next morning and that we wouldn't have a lot of time. After all, I was just there visiting. Dad and I arrived when we said we would the next morning and they still had not looked at my car. About an hour later, they came in with the prices and they had the figures worked out. My new car note was $300 over what the max was I said I'd pay per month. I knew it would be. I never did get my hopes up. I have a pretty good comprehension of mathematics. I'm also not a complete idiot. I said absolutely not and asked for my car key back so we could leave. For the next hour and a half, I kept having to repeatedly ask for my car key while the manager kept telling me he was going to get it worked out. I knew he wouldn't because unless they wanted to lose thousands of dollars, it just did not mathematically work out. After being there for a total of three hours, my Dad and I were both more than pissed off. Not so much because they couldn't make the deal. As I said, I knew going in it wasn't going to happen. It was because they would not give me my car key. I finally had to threaten to call the police if they didn't have my car key in my hand in the next 5 minutes! Needless to say, I finally got my key. It's pretty sad when you have to threaten to call the police in order to leave a car dealership! Not only will I never return here, but my Dad said he will never purchase another vehicle from Gray-Daniels again because of this experience. In the past, he has purchased four vehicles from Gray-Daniels Ford in Brandon. He has a thing for Ford, but he said in the future, he will go to a different Ford dealership rather than ever deal with Gray-Daniels again. I still can't believe I sat around for two hours after I wanted to leave waiting on my car key. I should have put my foot down a lot sooner than I did! read more

Do you appreciate good Customer Service? Than this is NOT the place your should shop. They will not respect your requests nor will they tell you the truth. All they care about is selling cars and that's about the extent of their customer service. I was conned into paying for their $900 product called "Resistall". It was never applied to my top of the line 2018 Rogue. Per documentation, I did not have to buy this product, so I requested a refund back in August 17, 2018, after purchasing the Rogue in July. In order to get the refund, I was forced to give a 5 star rating for the salesman. To this day, I've been lied to by 2 different financial representatives claiming that the request was being taken care of. Frankly, I believe I have been more than acceptably polite and patient about the situation. 6 months of waiting and I still have not been refunded the money stolen from me. read more

My husband decided to bring our truck in for an express oil change. We arrived at 11:45. We are just now leaving at 3:00! Not one person said "hey we are running behind." The mechanic later said he couldn't get in contact with someone to let us on we needed a new cabin filter and spark plugs, which just got changed. We actually watched him bring the truck in and inspect it. They lifted it up and put it back down and it sat there! What kind of place leaves your car sitting for hours? This is the worst service ever and the cashier tried to blame it on a man in training! We watched the mechanic walking back and forth to the snack machine.... he didn't say a word to anyone! When I got my truck back the inside smelled just like gas! This place has poor efficiency and communication. Never again!!! read more

My experience actually purchasing the car was amazing. However when it came down to the actual business side, i grew a little frustrated. I realize after a sale is closed, the car business throws you away like trash. I was told by a particular person that he would be there until a certain time and when i returned this man had left, so i had to return the next day to handle the situation. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a dealership. After not purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I needed to receive a documentation stating I did not purchasing a vehicle for my insurance company and I was treated very poorly by the management, Bill Cron and the finance manager, Kobie as well. I live about 2 hours away from this shop but it is the closest certified body shop. I have brought my car 4 times now to try and get the bumper clip fixed. After the second time bringing it they said they ordered a new bumper and painted it, they kept it for a month just to do that. When i went to go get it the bumper was not fixed anymore than when i dropped it off the first time. The guy claims their is a warranty on the bumper but all of the times there he refuses to give me any sort of information on what they have done to my vehicle! Gray Daniels Nissan sold me a car that was broken. I pointed out that the motor was 'jumping' on the date that I purchased the vehicle, and I was told "Oh it only needs a tune up". I got the car home and 10 hours later it wouldn't crank, and my friend and mechanic told me the head was cracked on the motor and I was looking at $1200 to $1600 worth of repairs. Because I signed an "AS IS" contract, Gray Daniels refused to help me. Knowing today's technology, and having diagnostic software, I can't believe this company didn't know they were selling me a vehicles that was in trouble. I am an honest hard working woman, and I went to a dealer that has a well-known name, in hopes to be treated fairly and with dignity, instead I was treated poorly and I feel as if I was swindled out of my money. I was also made to feel stupid and as if it were my fault that the car was broken. This is bad business and I will not rest until I have told every possible person that I can tell. At first I saw a couple of reviews which were geared to communication issues which seemed correct cause I left a couple of messages and haven't gotten a call back... but I was persistent since I had little time to work with. After speaking to someone, they were the only place willing to look at my car the next day, mind that my car was an Infiniti so it wasn't the direct brand. It was Xmas eve and I brought my car in 1st thing in the morning cause I was trying to avoid any busy crowd plus it was a short day for the business. Within a short time of waiting my car was diagnosed and the part was compatible so I had them fix it and the price was a bit high (labor) but it was ok, especially cause I predicted much worse. Thanks to Scott for taking it in and getting it done, and in addition the staff cause especially on Xmas eve, they were trying to take care of everyone who came thru that door before they closed. She apologized for the lengthy time but delivered in less. I had an appointment at 9:30. The service man told me if I arrived early, he would go ahead and get my car in the back. I needed an oil change and a tire rotation. I arrived at 9:00. At 10:45, I asked about my car. I was told it would only be a few more minutes. At 11:20, I asked again and was told my car was on the racks and the technician was almost finished. At 11:50, I asked again and was told that my car was next in line to go on the racks. I then asked for the service manager who gave me nothing but excuses. There were people who came after I did that left before I did. One girl pulled up and her car was immediately taken back and checked, was brought back out in 10 minutes. The guy was explaining that he didn't find anything wrong. I guy she must have known someone there on a personal basis. Another guy was there when I arrived and only needed a battery. He left and came back at almost 12 noon and his vehicle wasn't ready. That's over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. 3 hours to get a battery. Totally unacceptable service Gray Daniels. And that wasn't the 1st time it happened. read more

Waiting room is so very pleasant and comfortable with TV and free coffee. Waiting time was reasonably short. Excellent service added when a couple employees stopped by and checked on me.
