This was my first "over-the-horizon" car purchase. I was fortunate to deal with Grady, who went out to the car in which I was interested and showed me everything I wanted to see via video, walked me through the buying process, and picked me up at the airport when I flew in to pick up my car. I repeat, THERE WASN'T A LOUD NOISE WITH BREAKING OR OTHERWISE! Then I got a bullsh$% response as to why. Even I knew that it was BS. They didn't apologize or fix it. Shady dealership had deal locked went through trouble getting financing with buyers order from Navy Federal. Guy claims put keys in desk someone got the keys sold the car out from under me has similar cars refuse to adjust or made a deal closer to price range. I have lost complete faith in this location second time this tried to make this work after several visits. Look elsewhere. read more

Love my Mazda, so was thinking about trading in for a new one. After 2 hours for an oil change though, think I'll reconsider what I buy for my next vehicle. My other car (different brand) is in and out of the shop in 45 minutes, complete with wash and vacuum. The 2 hours there did however include a spray off of the dust on the vehicle, but no real car wash. read more

I would not recommend this Car Dealership MAZDA of JACKSON to NOBODY if you are looking to buy a new or used car with an HONESTY and PROFESSIONAL SALESPERSON and OWNERS that put their Customers First!!! The car salesman Deandro (Di Di) Weatherby is a complete lier and commits fraud by running hard credit hits on peoples credit without permission. He also lies like you're approved for a car and gives you the monthly payment and down payment amount and when it's time to close the deal he goes GHOST. He then won't answer calls or text and ignores calls. My credit score went from 680 to 525 because Deandro (Di Di) Weatherby ran 7 hard UNAUTHORIZED credit hits on my credit without my permission. And I have every text message, time and date of calls, and 2 witnesses that have been on the phone with me during conversations between him and I. The owners Chris and Cassidy are very unprofessional and have been left over 7 messages and won't return calls to try to resolve this issue. I have every date and time that messages were left for the owners Chris and Cassidy!!! And also, the names of the people that messages were left with when a name was given!!! Chris told one of his salesman to tell me he would call as soon as he got off an important call and he lied because we haven't heard from him. So apparently they don't put their customers first and they don't care about Customer Service. Since the owners Chris or Cassidy and the salesman Deandro (Di Di) won't return calls a complaint has been filed against the Salesman and the Owners. Mazda of Jackson is the worst place you could ever purchase a car from. The sales people will flat out lie to you and sell you something that's not reliable and also lie about the warranties and tell you just a lot of lies all together. This dealership doesn't care about their customers at all only the money. I've had nothing but issues out of my brand new car since I drove off the lot with the car and they refuse to fix the issues. Also I took my car in for an oil change and left with a car that shakes horrible now and it wasn't doing that before they done the oil change but they refuse to fix it. That's just a few issues I've had but I don't recommend anyone to buy from them ever!!! I'm now stuck with a brand new car that I have to pay for but can't really use. read more

I will start off by saying that I have been going to Madza of Denton Texas for 4 years since I purchased my vehicle and the superior service I receive there is that I'm greeted by a service member before I step out my vehicle with a welcome and details for my visit.. Fast forward to Jackson Ms Madza.. I went in at my scheduled appointment time to have an oil change. I drove into the madza service bay area and there were 2 men.. one of them Jason who were seated. No one came out to greet me. I'm not use to this location so I went inside the building looking for someone to help me.. I came back out to the bay area bc no one was inside either.. and I went into the first office quick was Jason's and said excuse me I'm looking for the area to get my oil changed at my appointment. He said ohh.. I thought you were a tech or someone bc you had your computer.. I'm like no I'm here for my appointment. The issue with this assumption is that they should greet all customers who come into the bay and not assume.. my car was taken for an oil change.. I saw it come down and 30 minutes passed and still no car.. I go back out to Jason.. and asked what the status was for a simple oil change. He said he would check.. well he goes to talk to the tech.. then he comes back to say.. ohh the system was down that notified me that you needed one tire and they were waiting on me.. I'm like it's drivable to Texas so I will get it there.. he pulls my car around.. I pay. Leave.. then a light comes on once I'm on the highway.. I then turn around. Head back to the madza service center... pull in the bay.. still not greeted by Jason.. I get out my car.. go to his door and it looks like I'm bothering him.. I tell him there is a light.. he comes to my car.. ohh. I didn't turn off the indicator I drove your car out vs the tech.. fine. .. but I will not tolerate the lack of customer service here. I was from from 1.30 till 3.45. In Denton I'm out in less than an hour and customer service of #1. I will not be returning to this dealership when I'm in town again and maybe they should tell their service team to put customer service as a priority and not be lazy bc we need the services and have to wait.. I don't have to give you my money.. so they need to get better!! read more

I was on a long cross country trip about 2 weeks ago. I eventually drove from Miami to the Portland, Oregon, area, with stops over 8,000 miles. About 100 miles north of Jackson I had some mechanical problems. I "limped" into Mazda of Jackson. I spoke with Jimmy Patterson, the service manager. He was friendly, competent, and professional and seemed to know exactly what was wrong with my Mazda 6. In 2 hours, repairs were done and I was on the road. On a long trip, in an unfamiliar part of the country I found the right help quickly and painlessly. I certainly can recommend this place for service wholeheartedly. read more

I went looking for a car as you do at car dealerships. I had done my homework and found the car I wanted and I had found the values at which I should buy it at. This was a 2014 Mazda 3 S Grand Touring costing $12,649. Between KBB, CarGurus, and Carfax, because this car had 132,000 miles on it, none of them suggested higher than $10,300 for it. I had printed out these documents and brought it to the salesperson, Jeremy, and negotiated my price and felt that they should give the fair deal. Instead, they suggested and showed me a 2013 Madza 3 but it didn't have the same bells and whistles and it wasn't even cleaned yet because they just got the vehicle in. I didn't like it. Once talking with Jeremy, it seemed to me they were just giving me limited information, so I proceeded by asking for printed documents of the paperwork for both vehicles to weigh my options(even though I knew I was not going to go with the 2013). They never to this day have shown me tangible, printed documentation of the pricing, my apr, and the rest of the numbers they could give me. I talked with the finance manager and he went through the number on the computer screen with me and my wife. I felt they were being sneaky, and didn't care for what I truly wanted. Ultimately, I asked for the General Manager and even he would not give me what I wanted and proceeded to argue with me and told me that "I needed to be cognizant of other people's time." They wanted $12,649 for that car and it certainly was not worth it. They were even bold enough to tell me that they paid $10,050 for the vehicle themselves, which is laughable because they lost on that one. The vehicle was already on the lot for about 70 days by the time I arrived and had no traction online. All three were extremely rude to me and my wife, lacked transparency, sneaky, and low balled me. I did not appreciate nor deserve this kind of service. They took me to be dumb but they found out that they were very wrong with their prejudice. I WILL NOT be going back. Instead, I bought a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta across the highway from Ritchey VW, who gave me exceptional service and a FAIR price, I went in the same way, knew what I wanted, test drove it, and had the car with my name on it driving away within 1 1/2 hours. Torque converter went out on a Used 2017 Ford FX4 I purchased in 2020. Had the extended warranty. Knew they were going to send to Grey Daniels, so I just jump the gun. All Mazda had to do, since there was NO order number assigned, was to assign a order number and push it onward. Wasn't done at Technician level, escalated to Service Manger, NO Avail. Spoke to Sales Manger, waste of time, demanded to speak to as high I as could go. Chris Carr called me and between he, his wife and I, a solution was made. They called Ashley at Grey Daniels and secured work order so they could order part. Which would be on back order for at least two weeks if not longer. My family has spent over $200,000 in vehicles from Mazda of Jackson in the past 6 years. I told Mr. Car, "I guess customer loyalty means nothing." Finally, all sides cane to agreement and part was ordered. Now, the waiting game begins. It's a crying shame I had to get a very with so many people who did not deserve to be berated. All this was a simple fix. The customer is Always Right. And that is finally how things were settled. I highly recommend doing business with this group. Just stand firm in your beliefs and don't just settle. You won't go wrong with just about any of the salespeople there. read more

My husband went there to buy a 2012 Jeep. We had our own financing. He was led to believe there was only one other person who wanted to look at the Jeep. However when he got there, there were three other people who were interested in it. And it ended up selling. Well then after conferring with me, he decided to look at a similar model on the lot. They said he could get it for the same price but when the paperwork was drawn up they tried to throw in all kinds of extras which lead to this model, which was a year older, costing more than the other one. So we decided to take our business elsewhere. They thought they could swindle us but we aren't stupid. This is why people hate dealing with car sales people. read more

The managers do not stick to their word. They will tell you one thing and do the exact opposite. They kept my vehicle for two weeks as if they were working on the car and come to find out all they had to do flip a switch for the brakes. They had no answer for why they kept it that long and gave me no loaner while I was waiting for my suv. I had to call them continuously during those two weeks and. I one would ever give me a call back. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. read more

I was driving in Jackson on a road that can only be described as the surface of the dark side of the moon, when my front right tire combusted with a force so great my own tire pressure system didn't go off (though I hear it made a blip on the Richter scale). I managed to limp my car back from the on-ramp of the highway to whatever qualifies as "safe" in Jackson, a bit like Sullenburger piloting his double bird strikes airplane during the miracle on the Hudson. Mazda of Jackson was open the next day, and within 1 hour of me being there, I had a video of the inspection of my car, my tire was changed, as well as my oil, and my car was put through a car wash. The maintenance staff would put the Red Bull F1 pit crew to shame honestly. 10/10 service from them, if you ever find yourself driving your front wheel drive Mazda 6 on three wheels through the kaleidoscope of pot holes, ponds, land mines, and gravel present on your average Jackson road, make sure that road passes by these stellar professionals read more

I've had the absolute worst experience with this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from them in September 2022. The car has given me problems since October 2022 to present. I have a "warranty" but whenever I bring the car to the dealership to be fixed for multiple reasons (the car has so many problems, that's why it was pushed off on me), it's never fixed and it's always "nothing wrong with it." Why sell a vehicle that you can't fix? I've experienced distasteful, nasty attitudes with the staff of the company, I've experienced absolute horrible customer service, been laughed at when bringing the car in and completely brushed off when asking about the car being fixed. I currently brought the vehicle to them due to the fans not working and engine light on, I was sent home after 4 hours and nothing was fixed. Light still on. This is not the place to come to, unless you know someone. That's the only way you will receive customer service that's halfway decent. I've been miserable with my purchase due to it being a lemon. This is a review of the dealership and the service department. Recently, I was in the market for a new car, but dreading the hassle you have to go through especially at some dealerships! This was going to be an even more complicated process as I am still recovering from a stroke I suffered over a year and a half ago; however, the folks at Mazda of Jackson made the whole car buying process so painless, that I have to give them a big shout out! We called ahead to make sure a car would be available to drive and low and behold,all was as promised! Brandon (our sales associate) was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all our questions. We ended up buying CX-5, which I love! The safety features are awesome and have made me feel safe and ready to get behind the wheel again, not to mention it handles like a sports car, great pick- up. Fast forward about a week later. My husband is driving MY car and we have a tire blowout on the highway. We called the Mazda car care. Simple as that we had a person changing our tire and were back on the road within 25 minutes. I had to go to the service department. To buy a new tire. This is also NOT one of my favorite places,but again Jessica was awesome! Took great care of me. Their waiting room is super clean and very comfortable! If you have not picked up by now, I finally found a great car dealership from top to bottom. read more

I bought my 2018 Mazda 6 with Mazda of Jackson. I bought it back in July. My experience was okay. I initially went in and spoke with Bryndan. I did some shopping around and a few days later I came back and wanted to buy the car. Bryndan was out so I had to deal with Gauge Harvey. I fought hard for a good deal on my car. Gauge told me he just wasn't sure that the sales manager would let me get this car at that price. They were trying to squeeze me for every nickel and dime. I later found out that the sales manager was his father. I feel like I did get a good deal with Gauge but I didn't care for his attitude. He told me while I was negotiating that he still had to make money on the sale of the car. Like that's my problem? I think car salesmen should fight for the customer not the dealership. I moved on to the financing department. Kyle was a disappointment. I told him I had AAA. I didn't need there version of it. He told me some package where it was included and it was free. I went back over my paperwork it was definitely $3200 so not free. He just threw it in. I pitched a fit the next day when I was reviewing my paperwork and it took them a month to take off that charge, didn't give me taxes back, thanks. The whole buying of a car with these people is ridiculous. They also lied about my mileage on my paperwork. The manager was whipping my car around before I bought my car, they told me that to somehow make me feel good about my purchase. All I saw was miles being wasted on the manager. So they wrote on the paperwork that the mileage was the same number as what they purchased from the previous owner. I also asked about the previous owner, they said they didn't know but I found the papers in the car that it belonged to a rental car place. But Bryndan the other car salesman came through! He personally called me back after to check up on everything and the service of my car. Bryndan came to my work to pickup the car. I work two jobs in healthcare in the middle of covid so that was very nice. Today I got my car serviced and they washed my car. Really Bryndan and Neeko are the best employees Mazda has. I strongly recommend Bryndan as a car salesman and Neeko for any car servicing you may need! read more

this is for customer service at Mazda of Jackson,ms. it sucks. my wife and I bought a used Kia Sorento had it less than a month and it was smoking really bad. no fault of Mazda but it's been waiting for a motor for six month. every time my wife goes by there, the service manager all the way up to owner say they will check on it and call her back. they never do. the owner has a Kia dealership in Memphis and Hyundai and Kia have a massive lawsuit against them to replace engines in vehicles. can't understand it taking so long. contacting wlbt three on your side and Morgan and Morgan attorneys sounds pretty good. read more

Intially my experience was great! So I originally had a 19' Chevy Malibu...test drove it even followed some of the tips online about test driving a used car...the car drove perfect, low miles, great price, so I got it on 3/19/2020. About a week later, I started feeling jerking and also when I switch from reverse to drive, I can feel it jerk harder than normal. So I made an appointment with service and told them what was going on. On 3/28/2020 I took my car to the service center and they didn't even address the problem. So when I asked Sarah did they figure out why the car was jerking, she looked at me confused and told me whatever it is it's normal. Still uneasy, I took the car to a mechanic and he told me that I needed a new engine mount. He also told me that was just a malibu thing because their engine mounts are rubber and it will eventually break again in a few years. So still not making a big deal about it, 3/30/2020, I called the service center again and told them I took the car to a mechanic and he said the reason why my car is jerking is because the engine mount broke and a new one needs to be put on. (Keep in mind the mechanic had me get out of the car and had one of his workers get in to show me the what he discovered. When switched from reverse to drive I can literally see my engine move forward. It was moving too much!) Sarah told me that they would have to diagnose it, which I understood. So she said she was gonna talk to her service manager. This was at 12:33pm. It's now 3:30pm and still no call, so I called back and she said her service manager has been in meetings all day. She said as soon as he gets out she will talk to him to see if the fix is in my 30 day warranty. "If"? I'm not about to be dealing with a car that I'm going to be pay 4 hundred and something dollars a month and it not performing like it should. So I told her I didn't want to deal with this get me on the phone with Dannie so I can get put in a better car! I get on the phone with Dannie and tell him what going on and that I didn't want to pay 4 hundred and something dollars and also be dealing with paying for repairs on top of that so he put me in something else! PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!!! So I get put in a 19' Chevy Impala, actually looks better than the malibu...I test drove it...it rides better and smoother than the malibu so I'm happy at this point because they making sure I'm taken care of. So time to sign the paperwork, while I was signing the paperwork I was under the impression that my notes were gonna be about the same...So as I was signing Will was flipping the paperwork over...(this should have been a red flag for me but like I stated before I was told that both cars were about the same price. Nope $4000 difference!)...after finishing up signing Will told me I couldn't get the paperwork on the Impala until I got the tag for the malibu. I got the tag for the Malibu on Wednesday, April 1, 2020, then they sent the application for the tag for the Impala so I turned in the tag for the malibu to get the tag for the impala and guess what I had to pay an extra $121 on top of the $492 that I just paid. So I'm upset about that because that was my last...fast-forward to 3/2/2020 after I got off work I went to go get my paperwork for the Chevy Impala...His boss told him to resign paperwork and he just covering his behind but he got the paperwork that I signed on 3/31/2020. Even after signing the first time failing to tell me, Will still did not mention my car note going up $77. He handed my paperwork and I left. I was feeling better but when I got home, it was something that was just bugging me tell me to look at the paperwork. My notes went from $411 - $488...how could you fail telling someone their car note increased, twice ‍. I had to call the owner and get ugly just to get answers. I'm stuck with my notes but I'm putting this review in to shed light to this bs and hope they don't take advantage of anyone else. Cause this was just crazy! read more

I purchased a car on May 9, 2018 and I have to say they worked harder to earn my business than any other dealer. I live just outside of Meridian the bank I had my loan pre-approved from had a lot of stipulations. I called every dealership in Meridian and was told what I needed was going to be impossible. But Luke at Mazda of Jackson worked hard for me and got the car my wife and I needed and met everything the bank wanted and because of my situation delivered the car to me.
