Watch out for this dealer. They don't follow through with promises made unless you contact Hyundai consumer affairs.

I bought an F-150 from them that I originally found online because it was priced great. They got me additional photos and information quickly, my salesperson was even responding to my texts at 10pm which I thought was great customer service. I went in the next day to test drive it and it was exactly how they described it to be. The paperwork process was extremely quick, I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour. They do this thing called "Mac Haik VIP" program where they give you 3 oil changes and tire rotations for free and anytime I need tires it's buy 3 get 1 for only $1. The team was extremely helpful and my salesperson has checked up on me twice since I left, most salespeople I've delt with were done with me after the sale. Would definitely recommend everyone here!!

They have lost me as a customer and I will not tell any of my friends to make a purchase because it a fact they will be driving around without registration.

The service rep stated we could only get the oil change that day as was scheduled but could get a diagnostic the next week. The following Thursday my husband called for an update and the service rep said we needed a new cam shift and the price would be 6,800. He said the vehicle had high mileage and oil change at 8-10,000 miles wasn't adequate. We called back Friday morning ( one week after dropping off vehicle) and asked if oil had been changed because we were going to pick vehicle up. The Service Rep stated they were still working on it. I went up there to pick it up after calling a second time that morning and telling them I was on my way. The service rep stated there were several vehicles in front of mine and it was going to be a long wait. An argument began over the length of time the vehicle had been there for an oil change which was still not done. I told them to put enough oil in it so I could take it somewhere else. I also told them I was going to the general manager to report everything. Another rep in the service dept then said " And do what?" They were extremely disrespectful. It turned out the service manager was in there the entire time and said nothing the entire time. After my complaint she stated the oil should have been changed every 5,000 miles. I then paid 215.00 for a " diagnostic test " and to top off my oil. I took the truck to an oil shop and got the oil properly changed then went to another auto shop and got a diagnostic test.. Guess what? The diagnostic test came back completely normal. Mac Haik has lost my business forever. I would not take my vehicle there for anything to be serviced. I will never buy another vehicle from there because of the treatment I received in their service department. I feel they were dishonest about everything. The service manager lady did not do anything to help. She stated she would never step in on one of her employees.. She did nothing whatsoever for her customer either. She helped in Mac Haik losing our business forever.

I asked if they were sure, because a valve in front of the muffler and a belt and pulley are two very different things. The mechanic said that he could clamp the valve open and that should eliminate the noise if that was the problem. He did, we drove it, and the noise was still there. That was Friday, left the truck over the weekend, they called me today and said that the noise was due to "loose exhaust manifold bolts," but it was "on the other side of the engine from the side than the side that was worked on when the lifters that were replaced." The salesmen then said that they "tightened the bolts for free" and that there was "no charge." I agreed that there was no charge and that there should be a refund of $250 of the original $400 I paid, since they did work that was not needed. I agree that I signed an agreement to pay the $150 diagnostic fee, but the other $250 needs to be refunded. I was told "That can't be refunded because we put a stethoscope on it and there was a noise coming from the belt and pulley." Which is interesting since the mechanic, when I met and rode with him to show him the sound I was talking about, told me he just automatically pulled the belt and pulley because "we have been having problems with those". It is important to note that the sound I heard, which I sent them videos of, could only be heard when driving, not while idling. When I returned it after I picked it up after it was "fixed" the first time, they said they didn't drive it, and you could only hear the noise when it was being driven and accelerating, not in park and accelerating. So we went from a belt and pulley to loose bolts on the manifold, charged me for parts I did not need, and did me a favor by not charging me to tighten bolts. Oh, you charged me $400 to tighten two bolts. You are better off going to a shade tree mechanic. Don't let these people work on your vehicle.

The following day, I went to the dealership, where I met Raven. She gave me a big hug (knowing I lived out of state) and told me they will do whatever they can to help me. She knew I just wanted to get home. Raven introduced me to Toshia, whom I believe is the best sales associate ever. She knew I was anxious, stressed and just wanted to get back to my home state. After looking at many vehicles, I decided to purchase a 2024 Grand Highlander. I knew it had gotten a ding on the door at the dealership. She spoke with a manager, decided I could take car and bring back at my convenience to have door fixed and hitch added , which I did. Zach, General Manager, gave me a lender car, at no cost. This was a very generous thing to do. He and Toshia also called/texted to give me updates on my vehicle. I called to let them know when I would be traveling back through MS. Zach told me he would try it ready for me, which he did. When we picked up the car, Zach had it squeaky clean and full of gas! It had no ding and a hitch added! I say all of this to say, Raven, Toshia and Zach took care of me. They were each very kind and sweet. Their concern was the client. Everyone that I interacted with was nice and put the client first. We arrived to a dirty distressed truck with a dead battery, missing paint on every panel, cracked windshield, possible mice damage and bald tires along with multiple engine error codes for cam sensors and abs. I've included some photos of their original ad and the pictures we took in person. We came to purchase a used vehicle out right but the sales manager assumed we wanted to finance a 200k+ mile truck (which would be ridiculous) and told us they rarely financed trucks of this condition. We had no intentions of financing a truck that was in too bad of a shape to finance but apparently nice enough that they're asking top comp price for it. Make sure you ask for a video from your sales person since they will not be forthcoming unless prompted. Truck should've been sent to the auctions, instead they're happy to sell some poor soul a junker and kick the can down the road. No honesty here.
