My brake pads maintenance light came on and said to contact the dealership. After contacting the dealership, I was told that I could get a loaner to take back home because I live in another city (same state). I was then called back immediately by Moses in service and was told that I can not be provided a loaner, even if they have a loaner available because brake pads isn't on "the list" of repairs that the Audi dealership (Ritchie Automotive) will provide a loaner for. He then recommended that I find a local mechanic to put my brake pads on. This is the only Audi dealer in my area, BTW. Audi should consider removing this car dealership due to it damaging its brand. Now, I'm looking for a shade-tree mechanic to perform maintenance on my car. read more

If I could give a 0 star, I would. I have never been treated so unfairly in my life when trying to purchase a vehicle. My husband asked me to look around at Audi for the vehicle I want for my birthday. I went to the Audi of Jackson, MS and was greeted by Kyle. Kyle asked me what I was looking for and my budget. I told Kyle that I was unsure of the budget at the time because if I like something then I will get it. He went on to say "everyone has a budget, can you purchase a $100,000 vehicle?" insinuating that I could not. Then I stated that I wanted to look in the Q3 and Q5 to decide which one was best for me. Kyle then stated that I could look at the vehicle from the window inside the building. From the start, Kyle approached me as if he was ready to help. The service department is the absolute worse! They never answer the phone or return calls when you leave a voicemail. It's like playing Russian Roulette to just get a service appointment scheduled. Audi of Jackson is the worse. I have been getting my car serviced at Audi of Jackson for 8 years and I bought a new Audi there 3 years ago. Well, I had my car there for service. My car was vandalized and radio stolen while there. They are saying this is MY FAULT and I need to take care of it AND charge me for a diagnostic test. I have been dealing with Audi of Jackson horrible customer service, outrageous prices and now this. I even went to purchase a 2020 Audi from them and I am not now. Audi of Jackson is the worse and everyone there has the ABSOLUTELY worse attitude. I wouldn't suggest anyone go to them! If I could give this 0 stars I would! read more

It's too bad they don't have a zero star rating available. My wife went in for an oil change, with an appointment. An hour later, the car had not moved, and it was apparent this quick job was going to be a hassle. In the end, with no update, and empty promises and outright lies, she left, after multiple times asking for an update or a sign of hope or concern. We've owned a number of Audi's, and almost all dealerships were excellent in sales and service. This one is horrible, and based on the high number of posts with incredibly similar complaints, they have no intent of addressing this anytime soon. Hopefully Audi USA addresses this dealership to avoid long term brand reputational damage. It may be too late. read more

I LOVE my car! But - FAIR WARNING - The dealership is notorious for POOR customer service both in the sales dept and service dept. 1 1/2 yr's ago my salesman told me the owner was turning his service dept's performance around 180*. However, 1 star is still a stretch I can't even get the service dept's VOICEMAIL much less actually speak with a service rep. When I do get lucky enough to leave a clear and concise voicemail msg, they do not return my phone call. So you can imagine what it takes to simply get routine service accomplished by the Audi Service team. I have to say I was warned about their customer svc by ex- Audi salesmen. I was in love with the car so chose to believe the "promise of reliable customer service." I am the most basic LOW MAINTENANCE customer on the Service Dept Continuum....can't imagine trying to get real auto repair service issues achieved! read more

An absolutely awful experience on multiple occasions. The service department, Ben specifically, does not return phone calls, contradicts, and even insults his boss in front of customers, and does not do the work they said they would. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I won't take a car back here even if the work was free. The only thing that was ever a positive in our experiences was the well done car wash. I took my car in to be fixed and was told one price that a mechanic quoted that was over $2500. Then I get two more calls saying it will be a total of close to $3,000. more. The car I learned was looked at by a Volkswagen mechanic Brian. I was told a lie from the start by a so called mechanic that has no idea what he is doing or either padding his pocket. I will NEVER take my Audi back to this so-called dealership. Especially when they hire people that do not know what is wrong with your car and ask for more and more money because they have no idea what is with the car to begin with. Brian guessed and when that didn't work, I was suppost to kepp paying ?? for his mis-diagnosiss?? I think NOT! I will drive out of state to have my Audi worked on by a REAL Audi mechanic. This delarship is very unprofessional. I use to bring my vehicle in on the regular here for service but, this last time I only asked for a diagnostic test. My car was being held almost a month just for a diagnostic test Which is weird. Long story short. After I paid for the diagnostic test , the technician bought my car around. Before I even got into my vehicle I noticed that my aftermarket pioneer radio and amp was missing...? Which is weird because the technician who bought my car around should've noticed this. I feel an employee of the dealership stole my radio and went inside my trunk and stole my amp. I thought I was being safe by leaving my car on their property. They really did an awesome job getting us in our Q7 TDI. They work with you and are very knowledgable of the vehicles. They made a lifetime customer out of us. Almost 2 years later, I'm done with them!!! Never could get me I for service! My sale guy was fired and no one ever called to check on our mileage like they said they would do. Something was definitely wrong with the vehicle. I went through 3 sets of tires in less than 2 years, but everything was fine they would say. Just lucky I could get the tires on eBay for way cheaper. So I traded into a Vw toureg because I was getting out of the lease. My sales lady on that end was great, but what the finance end did will make me never go back to any of them again! They put the wrong address on my title app and refused to change it! It cost me so much more trying to get it right than it would have just to fix it. And by they way if they say they can't, that's bs! The tax accessor office assured me than can, but they were just refusing to do so. So needless to say they've lost a customer and any referrals I might have sent to them. read more

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership through a broker service. The purchase of a used car without seeing a vehicle in person involves some risk, but this is supposed to be mitigated by the selling dealership including information (especially pictures) about chips, dings, etc. This dealership did NOT in my opinion fully disclose the extent of the damage to the vehicle, and on top of that, the employees misrepresented their authority to negotiate and accept offers. A decent dealership with great choices of Audi and other mainstream brand vehicles. Although I had some bad experiences as a customer​ they managed after a few attempts to correct the issues. To add on a recent visit @ 9:00 a.m. Jan 16, 2018, ​which I was scheduled​ for service on Safety recall: TAKATA SDI DRIVER FRONTAL AIRBAG INFLATOR on my Q5...and other possible services due on that date. Mind you everything was confirmed and schedule about a ​week and a half ago in advance and was told that the so-called​ part (airbag) was in stock and that they would have a loaner car available for me when I dropped my car off. Now the day before I was to drop my vehicle off I was given a courtesy follow up call which in the past I never use to receive but it was nice to finally get a reply back to let me know that they have me setup​ and ready to go for the next day for when I​ drop my vehicle off...great! Considering that the weather was going to be bad with snow and ice that next day I didn't receive any rescinding call of cancellation so I continued on to dealership to get the scheduled work done. Getting there I was greeted by a friendly service manager but not by the young lady that took my information prior but someone else new. Now that new person has my information but they couldn't get access to the loaner that I requested and later find out that the part for my vehicle actually wasn't in stock after being informed that it was. They were nice about the whole situation and was sorry but this whole experience was one big inconvenience that could have been avoided. I don't know what system they have in place or that needs to be implemented but to be informed that a part was available and a week or so goes by...you show up as scheduled after making a long commute to the dealership only to find out that nothing is in place after making an appointment in advance is unacceptable! I'm a nice guy and pretty laid back about these things because let's be real things in life happen. But I've been inconvenienced many times before with this dealership and this is just another situation that I believe could have been communicated a lot better and avoided. I was considering a new purchase here but my experience makes me consider other competitors. read more

We took our Audi A4 in for the passenger airbag recall and when we got our car back....they had disconnected our hood latch so we couldn't pop our hood AND they did something to our transmission! Now, when we come to a stop our car jerks forward when we press the gas pedal. We called to complain but we could only leave messages. So I sent an email to the manager, director and district manager and we finally got a call back. We took our car back and they wont touch it. read more
