These are not major repairs--they are basic details that should have been addressed before handing the keys to a customer. What is most disappointing is that it felt like the level of care and attention ended the moment the sale was finalized. The vehicle I received was not the vehicle I was promised, and the dealership's lack of follow-through left a poor impression. My sales representative was excellent and did a great job throughout the process, but the overall ownership and delivery experience was disappointing and fell well short of expectations.

Each day I check after Monday, I was told it would be ready tomorrow. However, I never really pressed them to hurry because I wanted them to do a good job. It finally was ready for pick-up the following Thursday evening at closing time. The following morning, a radiator leak was discovered and we took it back to the dealership. The General Manager said that the leak had to have happened after we drove it from the lot to our house (16 miles). The General Manager of the Rogers Dabbs used car center is also very rude. Long story short, I paid them $400.00 to fix it which was worth it to me to "sever ties" with them and never do business with them again - at least until they make some changes to their management.
