Casey was great, took care of all of our gophers. They came back a week later, and Casey came back to finish the job. My go-to for gophers now. read more

Dennis really took care of my property! I'm so glad I chose to go with RidgecrestPestControl :) and so very happy I didn't go with AIPM, they suck! Casey is really great and now I'll be sticking with RidgeCrest! read more

Ridgecrest is amazing. Casey helped me with a bird nuisance issue that I felt could never be fixed. Definitely recommend them for any pest control needs. read more

After an animal chewed through my hvac wiring costing me over 500 dollars to fix on a very hot week. I called ridgecrest pest control and quickly got an appointment the next day. Manny was very kind and professional while looking around my home and crawl space. He took photos of potential entry for small animals and guided me on what I need to do to get my home secure at no cost! I can't recommend them enough! read more

I noticed a few ants coming up through my stairs one afternoon. Within a few hours I had an ant invasion in my house. I called Ridgecrest which has helped me in the past to deal with mites and mice that ate through my car wiring. Matt, the manager picked up the phone and instantly guided me how to temporarily take care of the ants while scheduling me an appointment for a tech to come out the next morning. Matt was calming, knowledgeable, and truly wanted to help. The owner Casey has always been available and ready to help with any bug issues or questions. Jose the tech was very helpful, kind and professional. I highly recommend them and will happily call them again in the future. Keep up the great work and thank you again. read more

Owner Casey and his crew are wonderful. This company is really on top of their game, highly knowledgeable and are very service oriented. When I call them they are quick to get me on their schedule and always so helpful. I was having a pesky squirrel issue that I'm sorry to say drive me crazy. Casey has been creative in helping remove this critter I have nicknamed El Diablo. There was a situation where rodents were able to access a generator and I was afraid they were going to start chewing on wiring which would mean replacing the entire generator. I called Casey and his tech came out the next morning to seal up those entry points immediately. Whatever your pest control needs I highly suggest you check out Ridgecrest. I've used other big name companies in the past and haven't had the solution oriented results or the excellent level of service. read more

This is a story about the Squirrel from Hell. Once he discovered our Hummingbird feeder (see photo), he would come around multiple times a day to drink from it like he was a sugar water addict! We tried everything to scare him away and make him think twice about returning, but nothing could discourage his craving for sugar water. When he did see us or our dogs, he would taunt us like he was King of the Hood. We borrowed a few humane Squirrel traps to try and catch him to relocate him ourselves. Either they were too small for his size, or he was just too smart for us. I literally saw him crawl into a trap, eat the treats at the back and leave without triggering the trap door to close! We then decided enough was enough and got a bait holder and filled it with poison bait that was supposedly made to kill CA ground Squirrels. He proceeded to add eating bait to his daily routine and ate the bait pieces like candy between his front feet. Bait pieces washed down with sugar water was his new daily routine. We were at our wits end and ready to give up when Ridgecrest Pest Control came to our rescue! When Nick showed up with a much larger humane trap than the ones we had tried to use, I was encouraged. He set it up on the ground below the Hummingbird feeder, with a trail of peanuts leading to the opening of the trap, where a big pile of peanuts awaited Satan the Squirrel at the back of the trap. Sure enough, later that evening, we heard a loud sound of something slamming shut and we knew in that moment that the Squirrel from Hell had finally been captured (see photo). Nick came the next day to pick up Satan the Squirrel in the trap to relocate him far, far away from us and our addictive sugar water. I can't thank Ridgecrest Pest Control enough for their professional and friendly service. Nobody ever wants to find themselves faced with the need for pest control, but when you do, I strongly recommend Ridgecrest Pest Control. They are simply the best at what they do! read more

This review is a little past due... my townhouse complex has been using Casey's services for a little while now. Casey is great! He's honest, on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a pest guy! I recently had him come out to check my unit because I was getting bitten by something. He came and checked thoroughly the areas that we most frequent in the house and found nothing. So we both came to the conclusion I was most likely getting bitten outside when I walk dogs. So I bought bug spray and so far my bites are gone (fingers crossed). Thanks Casey for your help!!! read more

Ridgecrest Pest Control has been involved in our property pest control for 2 years. Since he has begun spraying for us, we have noticed a complete elimination of roaches every time he comes. Every 6 months it seems we will see one on our property (usually outside) or in the kitchen or bathroom, and when he comes, they stop appearing. I recommend this pest control company to anyone looking for elimination of pests and a trustworthy pest control specialist. You owe it to yourself to give Ridgecrest Pest Control a chance so you can verify their outstanding service. If you happen to speak to Casey for an appointment or a quote, tell him you heard about him through Parker, and let him know you saw this review. After 2 years of great service, I'm finally leaving this Yelp review for outstanding service and amazing results. read more

This is to give a shout out to Casey, owner or Ridgecrest Pest Control, and his crew. Texted him with my concern of ants all over the house. The property was treated quickly and efficiently. Casey came one other time with a rodent concern. He gave advise for these fruit rats on the neighboring orange trees, saying to keep the branches from growing into our yard and general maintenance tips. THE BEST. THE QUICKEST RESPONDER. read more

I have been living with hundreds of earwigs and this service who is hired by our HOA don't return phone calls, or texts, and they say they will return pcalls at 12 and at 5pm, I have yet to receive one. I find It hard to believe there is nothing that will get rid of earwigs which is a very common insect. They leave their work order paper which says they have sprayed but the infestation has not been resolved and am going to have to leave my house until I either hire a private service or contact the actual board members to see what can be done. I was much happier with Western Exterminators over this company, there is absolutely no service whatsoever! read more

Casey at Ridgecrest is great! Had an invasion of ants out in my backyard that were also making their way inside. Ridgecrest was suggested by a few neighbors so I gave them a call. A technician came out a few days later and sprayed the perimeter of my home. Ants were gone for a good two weeks but then they were out again! The tech had let me know that if the ants came back within 30 days they would come back out. So I sent Casey a text and he came out a few days later himself and gave it a second go. He also explained to me what kind of ants they were and left me with some Terro ant traps. Good news, haven't seen any ants since! read more

Total pros who do thorough work and will respond same day to any issues (gophers or large rodent issues). Very reliable and professional crew too! read more

Totally screwed me over. He sealed access points under my house without clearing inside crawl space of rats. Dead rat odor drove me from my home. It is uninhabitable until I can get someone else to tear things open to remove dead rat. Casey refused to return and fix this, saying that he had spent too much time and money on job already. I'm left with terrible stench and needing to get workment to do job, and then repair problem at my own cost. read more

First off, I'm pretty picky with who I choose for business. Casey and his company are so well handled. He has personally came multiple times to my home for inspection after I saw a few rats in one of my trees. He has made sure that rodents aren't nesting anywhere in the house itself and triple checks all necessary areas. Not only is he honest, but he gave me insider tips to keep rats away which other companies will keep to themselves or charge $$ for. The customer service is impeccable and you can tell he loves what he does. Do not hesitate to contact this company if you need work done! read more

We have used Ridgecrest Pest Control for a couple of years now and are very happy with the service. No more dealing with our annual ant invasion, spiders or roaches in the garage. They also helped us with our front yard gopher problem. It's awesome and so are Casey and his crew! Great service and the owner is very easy to talk to and very responsive. They are also very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

Casey at Ridgecrest is the most friendly, helpful and honest pest control company I have ever worked with. The first time we contacted him, we had ants and gophers. He took care of the problem and assured us that we would be covered by his warranty in case the pests returned in the next couple of months. One time, we had a problem with roaches in the house. He told me what to try over the phone at no charge - it worked and he didn't need to come out to the house. I know I can trust him - when I have an issue, I make a phone call and he comes out - and since he is now familiar with our property, I don't even need to be home when he stops by! Super convenient!! I have no problem recommending Ridgecrest Pest Control. He is my only go-to when the creepy crawlies start moving in! Thank you, Casey!! read more

Casey was truly amazing. Super honest and saved us a TON of money from another pest control company that was trying to rip us off. I can't say enough about his professionalism and kindness. read more

After several nightmare experiences trying to get scheduled with some "big name" pest control companies, I sat there frustrated. All I could think to myself was, "I want just a regular, nice guy---I'm tired of dealing with incompetent customer service people and what seemed like parolees showing up at the wrong time on the wrong day with poison backpacks insisting they spray my house with my baby and pets in the next room. I found Ridgecrest on Yelp, and as I read through the reviews, it seemed to be just what I was looking for. People described the owner, Casey, as very nice and personable, as well as very knowledgeable at his craft. I called Casey and sort of gave him the quick rundown of the problems I had been encountering, and he laughed and assured me that I wouldn't have those problems with him, especially since he OWNS the business and his livelihood depends on good Yelp reviews. He came out and was even better than I could have hoped for. He explained the entire procedure, discussed why the chemicals he uses are the safest ones for homes with children and pets, and even followed up with me the following day to see how I was doing with my ant problem. I told him the ants from the kitchen had disappeared, but now were coming up in the bathroom sink at the opposite end of the house. He said that's very common, because they travel through the pipes and are trying to avoid the pesticide. He showed up that same day at no extra charge, bringing me some extra ant traps to put in the bathroom. I haven't seen an ant, cricket, or spider since that day! I'm so happy I found Ridgecrest, they're my go-to pest control company from now on! read more

Casey and his team, Nick and Carlos, have been servicing my property for over 2 years. Their service is top of the line. They patiently listen to my moments of panic due to nature. They respond to my calls and address my concerns immediately. They provide an assurance that puts me at ease. I have had other pests control companies but they DO NOT provide the service that RIdgecrest does. They are also very reasonable priced compared to the other companies. THANK YOU, THANK YOU. read more

For years I considered regular pest control an excess expense that I didn't need. So I sprayed occasionally myself. But when we moved into our new house 10 years ago, my kids were young and one of them found a black widow and thought it was cute. That changed my mind in a instant! Since then, Ridgecrest Pest Control has been maintaining my house and the bugs have no sanctuary. Seriously, since they've been spraying regularly, we just don't have any bugs. And they helped with some pesky rats a few years back too. I love these guys! read more

Casey at Ridgecrest was recommended to us when we bought our house two years ago. We had problems with ants and spiders. Casey is honest and up front about his costs, how he is going to treat the pest problems, and what we can do to keep the pests from returning. I would highly recommend Casey for any pest problem. When bees started building a hive between our walls Casey came out very quickly and guaranteed the bees would be gone in less than 24 hours. They were! Our daughter is allergy prone, we have used Ridgecrest four times and have not had any problems with the chemicals he uses. The best thing about Casey is his friendly demeanor. He makes you feel like a family friend. read more

We got a full on attack of ants in our kitchen, up our pipes in the bathroom, and elsewhere. We sprayed around the house, in the house and other places We then saw a small roach-like bug, which is when we decided we needed a professional. Casey was respectful, asked several questions, and explained what it would take to get rid of the cockroaches that we thought we had. He looked carefully into many cabinets, and said there was no evidence of cockroaches, which would cost more to get rid of. So, we were happy to that, and also that we only had to pay $175. He emphasized that we were to call him if we saw many others, and they would come out as much as needed to kill them all, FOR FREE. I called 3 places, and Ridgecrest was not only the most reasonable, but they came with a 60 day guarantee. They will come out that day or next day if a problem still exists. I cannot recommend Ridgecrest Pest Control enough! It's so good to find a company that you can trust! read more

Casey has been taking care of our ants, rats, spiders and various pests for quite a few years now. We have lots of open space near us as well as ivy and other plants that, prior to Casey's help, appeared to be condo living for varmints and spiders. NO MORE! No more ants in the kitchen, no more ants crawling around our spa, no more rats in the garage... etc. Casey does professional work at a reasonable rates, and is always available if a problem arises. But I have to say, once he began regular maintenance, we have not had problems! Highly recommend Casey and Ridgecrest Pest Control. read more

Ridgecrest Pest Control has done an amazing job for us. Casey is knowledgeable, reliable, and efficient in solving pest problems. We have used Ridgecrest Pest control every year to get rid of ants. They come on time. The ants stay gone.

Casey has been taking care of our quarter acre yard for over 3 years! Only needed one application and lasts for all spring and summer when the bugs are out! He is willing to come out even if we are not home as long as he has access to all outside locations. As a bonus we also have no flies or bees/hornets to bug us on the patio. He is willing to come back if we see any more ants! Why pay the "BIG" companies a monthly fee when Casey gets it done - done! read more

Professional and honest. Highly recommended. They really know what they are doing and communicate very quickly. Thanks !!

Casey has tackled an array of pests in our rural home, including a full-fledged rat in the pantry! Casey at Ridgecrest pest control has been servicing my parents house for quite a few years. Their house is backed up to a national reserve in Newbury Park so they get lots of bugs, rats and other wild life invading their home regularly. When I lived there it was a constant battle but since Casey has been servicing their home it is free of pests. He does an every other month thorough spray and inspection for a reasonable price. The main thing is that he actually cares about his clients and that is more than I can say than some of the other majorly advertised companies. Casey spends the time to make sure that we are satisfied with the work and educated us on how to avoid problems. He does service calls if an opossum or rat comes around very quickly and makes sure they are taken care of. When I had a home in West Hills I had a horrible gofer problem. I had other pest control companies come out and charge me for service but a few weeks later the gofers were back. Casey came out to service my house and right away saw what needed to be and through his therough work he eradicated the gofers systematically. Once again I could grow grass in my front lawn and plant a vegetable garden. Thanks for all of the attention you gave to my house and my parents. read more

I am a principal of an elementary school in Chatsworth, CA. Casey came to us highly recommended from my neighbor who does Pest control in Ventura county. I called Casey and explained we had mice getting into one of our classrooms. He came out to our school in 2 hours to look at the situation. He is a very friendly guy and easy to talk to. After he assessed the situation, he told us that this was a problem we could solve ourselves. He took the time to explain the most effective way for us to trap and eliminate the mice. He let us know that if we hired him to do it, he'd be using the exact same method and that there was no point in us paying for his time when our maintenance man could do the same thing. I appreciated his honestly. I will definitely call him again if the need arises! read more
