Deep enough scratches to see exposed metal

BE AWARE I had purchased a brand new 2024 Yamaha MT-07 through this dealer, I took my bike in to do the Yamaha Clutch Recall that Yamaha themselves sent out a note to do, they had me wait 4 months to do this Job with little contact about when my parts would come in. After months of me asking they had finally squeezed me in for the job, I left my bike there on a Monday and got it back Wednesday. I left them a clean bike to get it back scratched up and leaking, I provided pictures of the damage they've done and the leak. This felt like a petty exchange for wanting my bike to be fixed, nice of them to squeeze me in after 4 months of waiting but like I mentioned they damaged my clutch cover, not only did they damage it but they've had my bike for 2 weeks for that replacement to happen with NO word on the whereabouts of my bike. Not a single call, text... If they can't do something as simple (for professionals) as change plates correctly, letting it leak oil and scratching the cover as if it was being rubbed against concrete, then I don't know if I'd be able to trust them with something big and be honest about it. I will update this review when I get my bike back, to see if they make me feel whole. Hopefully nothing else was damaged.

Do not shop at ANY Ridenow shops. Nothing but failures at Peoria and this location. Had decent experience on SXS purchase but everything was downhill after that. "Customer second here at Ridenow!"

They have rocks on the sidewalk from parking their vehicles so close to it. It makes it difficult for strollers.

I asked about the motorcycle's history, but it didn't seem there was much history that they knew about or (if they did know) that they would share with me. That's always a little concerning, but I didn't have a reason to not believe the motorcycle was in good working condition. Of note, they generally will not let you test ride motorcycles because of insurance reasons, but neither will most major dealers. They will let you start and sit on the motorcycles. The manager shared with me that they do an inspection of the motorcycles to ensure they aren't coming back in to the shop with issues after they're sold. Makes sense, so if you want to be sure after the purchase, you get a 30-day warranty from the shop and you can inspect it if you want elsewhere at your cost. I also purchased an additional major parts warranty from the shop at my cost. Sometimes if you want a good deal, you have to roll the dice. I want to apologize to Dasen for getting worried after I bought the motorcycle - a check engine light came on, but I later researched and realized this can be common and isn't always a big deal... I felt a bit worried and emailed them. They had a mechanic call me and discuss it with me, and it made more sense. To be clear, I do NOT think it's wrong for a buyer to be concerned about their investment... that's normal and okay. But I may have come off as a little overly concerned and I didn't mean to worry them, so I'm sorry if I did. Thanks for your patience with us newbies, Dasen! Overall, they have been wonderful to do business with, and I recommend finding a great used bike at a great price here, instead of paying exorbitant dealers fees at major dealers. If you know bikes, you will feel more comfortable in buying used. If you don't, then learn a little about them first. You can save good money here. I LOVE my new (used) Indian. Thank you, Rachel, Dasen and staff for working with me. I look forward to sharing a positive purchase experience with others in the Phoenix area. -J

My experience…read morestarted off strong; I was greeted warmly with a water, and my salesman, Dustin, was a polite, upfront gentleman. However, the experience fell apart during the trade-in process. After being quoted a fair range of $1,500-$2,000, the "verdict" came back at a laughable $500 for a low-mileage Ninja 300, citing wear-and-tear costs that didn't come close to justifying a $1,500 drop. When I chose to walk away from the deal and mentioned that my time had been wasted, I was met with shocking behavior from the General Manager, Brian Ruiterman. Instead of trying to save the deal or de-escalate, Brian made a dismissive hand gesture and told me, "BYE, BYE." To be treated with such arrogance by a GM is unacceptable. Dustin actually came out to apologize for his manager's behavior, which says a lot about the culture Brian is fostering. I would have likely bought the bike outright without the trade-in if the management hadn't been so disrespectful. I will be reaching out to corporate and Gina Marra. If this is how the leadership treats customers, go elsewhere.

We are so thankful for your help in finding our new side-by-side, Nash, that our family can enjoy our new ride. Thank you so much for providing us with exceptional customer service and genuine assistance with a new ride purchase. We already had a bad experience at RideNow (check out our Yelp review) when we tried to purchase a side by side and ATV for our son. Having a negative experience put us off coming to Nash but let me tell you, we made the right choice. The vibe at Nash is more relaxed, family-oriented, and with actual human bodies that are there to assist. They are passionate about riding, and it's evident in the way they conduct business. The experience was great, from the sales floor to the final purchase and financing. I would like to personally thank Nick, Bruce, and Rick for their assistance and patience. Even though it took us a million hours and thousands of questions to determine which ride would work best for our family, you guys took excellent care of us. Hands down, Nash should be one of your top stops if you are planning on purchasing a vehicle. As for me, I would not just go into one store, but I would do your shopping around, check out reviews, and you will see a difference. Nash, thank you again for your competence, your excellent customer service, and your patience.
