I wouldn't bother using this detail service. Time is money, and it seems they don't have respect…read morefor either. Professionalism and respect is really all you need to keep permanent clients, but I don't think the owner of this company inhibits any of those attributes. The company is called 'Quality Standard Cleaning,' yet I don't see anything pertaining to 'quality' or 'standards.' I reached out to this detail service after a recommendation, and booked an appointment via their online reservation system. The only options that were available were 5:30pm and 6:00pm. I looked through numerous dates, and these same time slots were available. I booked a 5:30pm appointment and sent a courtesy text to the number provided to let them know I booked said appointment on said date. The owner (I assume the owner), reached back out suggesting 4:00pm as it gets dark early toward the later part of the afternoon (I of course knew this with it being January of 2026). I certainly would have booked an earlier time...if it was available on the site as an option. No harm no foul. Fast forward to the appointment date, rain was on the forecast and we had to re-schedule. Again, no harm no foul. Weather can't be controlled. We re-scheduled for the following week, and I asked if a specific Wednesday at 4:00pm would work. The owner asked if it could be a bit earlier, and we settled on 3:30pm. Fast forward again to the re-scheduled appointment date, and I receive a text earlier in the day that rain is in my area and the owner just wanted to send a heads up. It's not very difficult to look outside or check the weather forecast, but there was no rain. My wife was home the entire day, no rain. Any guesses? It did not rain this day. Not wanting to get out of line or question the owner's weather prediction, I waited until appointment time. 3:30pm rolls around and he has not arrived yet. I did have to empty my vehicle twice (including the first time) along with two car seats (not exactly the easiest nor convenient in terms of the time it takes to do it). 3:45pm rolls around and he has not arrived yet. 4:15pm rolls around and he has not arrived yet. Don't businesses owners usually offer a 15 minute grace period? I'd like to think I'm over that threshold. I sent a text at 4:15pm stating that we don't have to proceed with the appointment, and I will hire someone else's services. The owner responds back stating he is '7 minutes out, but that is fine.' Wait a minute.....didn't you say you wanted to start earlier (3:30pm), to which we agreed, yet you didn't make 3:30pm or 4:00pm....and the biggest part? No courtesy text. A quick "hey I am running late and here is my ETA." Am I supposed to predict the future like your weather forecast prediction? Moral of the story as said in the first sentence. Time is money. If you don't like money, don't waste someone's time. All of the excuses just added up and it is disappointing that I had my time wasted by someone who doesn't value company standards, respect, professionalism and time. If you don't want to do the job, just say that. I would rather an owner say "I am going to decline this job" rather than being given the run around. A little advice to any business owners or potential clients reading this review, don't sacrifice your time for ineptitude. Make sure you root your business and conversations on respect and professionalism. Don't bother with this company and find someone reputable.

Damon did a fantastic job!!…read more I'll keep this short and sweet: I called his business based on the yelp reviews, in hopes of finding a car detailing service that could come by on short notice, while I was visiting my parents in the area. Damon told me he had availability, and arranged to come by within 2 hours. He brought his detailing van and got right to business. Within an hour and 15 mins, he was finished giving my car his premium wash service package. He also offers several other wash packages to match your detailing needs. He throughly cleaned the inside and outside of my car, as well as the tires...and was able to clean off some sticky sauce spillage that occurred on one of my leather back seats. Yelp peeps..the reviews are true! He provides 5 star service..and his business is black-owned, so I was more than happy to support this local business owner! Highly recommend!

I'm going to review this in 2 parts (Interior and Exterior)…read more My experience with Empower Mobile Car Detailers did not leave me impressed. At first, when reaching out, the detailer was very communicative and flexible with scheduling. We agreed on a time, and I asked him to communicate with me when he was in his way as a heads up so that I could get the car ready for him. As he arrived, the first thing he told me was that he could not do my exterior because his water tank broke earlier that day. This took me aback, as I would have appreciated a courtesy call telling me that, and would not have had him come out to detail my car had I known he wasn't fully equipped. Personally, if I was providing a service, I wouldn't feel comfortable providing it if my equipment was broken/malfunctioning. A simple, "hey, my water tank broke, I can clean your interior but not your exterior" on the phone call would have went a long way. While I understand it may have been out of his control, he did not tell me until he arrived at my car, after we had communicated several times throughout the day. I was frustrated to start off. He said he would work with the materials and resources he had, without the water tank, but that he would not charge me for the exterior. I said thats fine, and I had him start. Interior: He did a good job with the interior. He wiped down all of the surfaces, and cleaned the floor mats really well. He did leave some type of residue on the leather seats, which I can't seem to get off. Mind you, my car is less than 3 months old. Exterior: This is where the detail went south. From first glance, and far away, the car looked pretty good (as if it went through a regular car wash). When looking closer, you can tell that the detailer did not use much water, and really just moved around the salt marks and dirt (it had recently snowed, and the snowplowers like to over-salt the area). As you can tell from the pictures, the quality is more like what you would get at a $10/$15 car wash, rather than a $120 detail. When I started driving (after being charged for both interior and exterior), I noticed several streaks along the windshield. The exterior wasn't necessarily dirtier than before (the car had a lot of salt in it), but it was definitely not clean, at least to the level of a detail. Later that evening, I messaged the detailer asking him if he would consider coming back the next day and touching up some of the exterior, after sending him pictures. He said that would be fine, however, he told me the next day that he could not get a water pump for a few weeks (so basically, he was offering the same job - moving around the dirtiness with limited water). I decided to just get it washed at another location - frustrating, after spending $120 on a "detail," a car should not require a wash as soon as its done. *I do want to note, I will update the review if he does follow-through and come back out to rectify the issue once the water pump is fixed. I do recommend to him, in the meantime, be forth-rite with your customers about your limitations (especially with the exterior wash, that probably requires a lot of water), before scheduling.

Excellent customer service, very quick to respond and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!read more
