I agreed and 3 days later, I pick up my car. It looked like new with the roof's paint matching the body of the car. In addition, he also corrected a minor rear bumper issue that was repaired and painted as well. My experience was outstanding; 1st in customer service and 2nd with exceptional overall repair work. I would highly recommend Jay's Detailing Shop as your next designation.

They frequently offer online promotions, which makes it easy to get all of my cars detailed at once--or just one if that's all I need. Scheduling is simple through their website, and they follow up with a human confirmation (or you can easily call to book by phone). Communication is always clear and professional. Most recently, Thomas detailed my Mini after a long family road trip, and it looks brand new! I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you to the entire Sharp Detail team for consistently delivering top-notch service! :)

He was flexible while trying to figure out where to park my car to work around the movers I also had at the house. He put so much effort into my detail, the car looked brand new! And it had never been detailed before and had lugged around 2 toddlers and a dog for the past 4 years so you know he had his work cut out for him! Professional, kind, and just overall made the whole process of moving and getting ready to ship my car a little less stressful with a job well done. Highly recommend requesting him! Regarding Sharp in general, booking online was easy with a lot of availability! My only comment is that I didn't get any kind of confirmation at the time of booking which made me nervous, but I called and they quickly confirmed my appointment. Their standard is to confirm the appt two days before via text, which they did! Just something to be aware of!

When I was first looking for a detailer, I looked at the online reviews and I was very impressed with the number of high quality reviews for this business. Those reviews certainly inspired a lot of confidence for me, so I contacted them to schedule a service, and not surprisingly, the representative I spoke to was accommodating and professional. Every time they've performed a detailing on my Jeep, they've done an exceptional job. I appreciate the care they've shown towards my vehicle, and they've paid close attention to details -- nothing was overlooked. In fact, after the gentleman finished detailing my Jeep today and showed me the work he'd done, he actually showed me the under-the-seat storage in the back that I had never even known was there before. Clearly, this man is detail-oriented. Yet again, he worked efficiently, and spoke to me courteously. Grateful to have found this business, I plan to continue working with them regularly in the future.

It looks like my kids were never even in there, but I'm sure my kids will fix that in about a week or so. I telework and didn't have time to go drive to a detailing business, but after the rainy weather this past weekend my kids had mud all over my floor and it made my dirty car look even worse. I saw a coupon online for first time clients, which I didn't qualify for, but they gave me another discount and at either rate it was a reasonable price for such a thorough job. My only warning is make sure you remove any paper items you don't want trashed, that's on me, I forgot to double-check this. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I was actually quite shocked that the car could actually look so brand new. Aside from the fact that it has been in use for around seven years. I'll definitely be recommending you guys to everyone I know. Thank you so much for the great service. You guys are simply amazing.

The only way to set up an appointment is through email which in and of itself is not efficient, and its only made worse by their lack of communication. It's also not clear that you won't be able to wait for your car to be done. You HAVE to drop it off and have someone pick you up. The area is super sketchy and it's extremely hard to find the actual location it just looks like a bunch of rundown garages. I would not recommend going here.
