I scheduled a mobile detailing service and was aware that my vehicle needed significant attention. I communicated that upfront. During the detail, James sent several updates, which I initially appreciated. However, some of the comments felt unnecessary and unprofessional, including remarks about how the vehicle looked like it hadn't been detailed in ages. After the service was completed, I noticed several areas that had not been properly cleaned, including the cup holders and other small details that I would reasonably expect to be addressed during a professional detail. I sent a video pointing out the areas I noticed and expected a professional discussion about my concerns. Instead, I was told, "As filthy as this car was, don't nitpick me." As a paying customer, I believe I have the right to respectfully point out areas that may have been overlooked. Rather than addressing my concerns, James became defensive, accused me of disrespecting him, stated that he would tell people how disrespectful I was, and then told me not to contact him again. The issue is not that the car was dirty. The issue is how customer feedback was handled. Professional businesses understand that customers may have questions or concerns after a service is completed. Dismissing those concerns and speaking to customers in a rude and confrontational manner is unacceptable. While the vehicle did look better than before, the unprofessional communication and poor customer service completely overshadowed the experience. I would not use this business again, nor would I recommend it to others who value professionalism and respectful customer interactions.

The car was nearly perfect, save for a few smudges here or there, but they cleaned better than any hand wash or detailed I've used in the last 15 years. They got every spot of dirt from the crevices in the center console where dirt and hair usually collect in the crevices. We had dog slobber and snot on the back windows and doors which was all cleaned. Price: They did quote us a little bit of a higher cost due to the extra time they'd need for all that cleaning, but they stuck tot he quote in the end (no hidden/unexpected up charges), and I can say definitively that it was well worth the price I paid. They will also come to you, so, it couldn't be more convenient either. They'll be getting my business again.

However, what caught my attention about Fresh and Clean was that it was a small business owned and run by a single person (Will) and his helper). That impressed me, plus the fact that his write up about his years of experience and love of his work. convinced me that I should give him a try. When the owner of the service is on site all the time, you can bet that the end result will be right. So my appointment was made by text and Will's response was prompt. On the day reserved, Will and his helper arrived right on time after texting me that he was on the way. He has everything he needs in his van, including water. After a short chat as an introduction to his service, Will and his helper got to work and in less than 2 hours presented me with a "LIKE NEW CAR". That amount of time may not seem to be adequate to some people for a full detail, except that I keep my BEEMER in top condition all the time. So, rest assured that Will would spend whatever time required to satisfy his clients. I found the price for my detail to be fair and well in line and perhaps a little less than the competition. Also very important is that Will is a friendly guy and easy to talk with. It had not been cleaned for a year or more. He and the person who was helping him cleaned the car with superb detail. Everything looked new and there was absolutely no dirt left in the car.
