I've been using Sharp Detail for several years now and have always been impressed with their…read moreservice. They frequently offer online promotions, which makes it easy to get all of my cars detailed at once--or just one if that's all I need. Scheduling is simple through their website, and they follow up with a human confirmation (or you can easily call to book by phone). Communication is always clear and professional. Most recently, Thomas detailed my Mini after a long family road trip, and it looks brand new! I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you to the entire Sharp Detail team for consistently delivering top-notch service! :)

He was flexible while trying to figure out where to park my car to work around the movers I also had at the house. He put so much effort into my detail, the car looked brand new! And it had never been detailed before and had lugged around 2 toddlers and a dog for the past 4 years so you know he had his work cut out for him! Professional, kind, and just overall made the whole process of moving and getting ready to ship my car a little less stressful with a job well done. Highly recommend requesting him! Regarding Sharp in general, booking online was easy with a lot of availability! My only comment is that I didn't get any kind of confirmation at the time of booking which made me nervous, but I called and they quickly confirmed my appointment. Their standard is to confirm the appt two days before via text, which they did! Just something to be aware of!

Highly Recommend!…read more This is the best way to begin this review. I ran an inquiry to compare car detailing services and received a few responses back from potential businesses. All were prompt with their responses and evenly priced but one stood out more than the other so, I decided to select Rick's Complete Auto Detail. We scheduled our appointment for the next day around 2pm. He (Rick) contacted me around 12:15 to let me know that his first appointment finished earlier than expected and wanted to know if he could begin earlier than originally scheduled and of course I said, "Yes" He arrived around 1:30pm, introduced himself and shared a little small talk and soon after, he began the detailing on my wife's 2010 Honda CR-V. I knew that based on the small talk and initial introductions, that I chose well. He was very personable, but remained focused on the task at hand. Cosmetically, our CR-V had stained seats, dog hair (we have 2 GSD's) and has been well acquainted with dirt and dust. So in short, it was LONG overdue for a good detailing. On his initial Yelp response he stated that his work spoke for itself; he used quality products and always executed quality work. So I figured, I'd take a chance to see if his work would back up these bold statements. Well in short, YES it did! He worked diligently and if I may add, remained flawless in the manner in which he moved about, from section to section of our vehicle. Since it was pretty hot/muggy out, I would occasionally come outside, provide him some ice water/gatorade and engage in small conversation. One of many things that I noticed, was that he never picked up his cell phone. He just remained focused on his work. Well, he finished and let me tell you... He just stood there smiling. Smiling because he just knew we were going to love the completed project and he was RIGHT! I could go on and on about his professionalism, the manner in which he remains hyper-focused on each section of the vehicle until it was completed to his satisfaction as well as the delight he has in his work but, I will just say again, I chose well. Not sure if the attached pictures can truly display the magnificence of his completed work. We are beyond satisfied with his work and HIGHLY recommend him, to anyone that is in the market for any of your car detailing needs. Well done Rick and thanks again sir!

The interior looks just as good--the seats, floors, cargo area, and all-weather mats are spotless and refreshed without looking overly dressed or greasy. The convenience of having the detailing done mobile was a huge plus, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. My Jeep looks extremely well cared for and close to showroom condition. Elvis clearly takes pride in his work and doesn't rush through the details. I would absolutely recommend Elvis and Auto Detailers of Alexandria to anyone looking for a thorough, professional mobile detail in the Alexandria/Northern Virginia area. When I was first looking for a detailer, I looked at the online reviews and I was very impressed with the number of high quality reviews for this business. Those reviews certainly inspired a lot of confidence for me, so I contacted them to schedule a service, and not surprisingly, the representative I spoke to was accommodating and professional. Every time they've performed a detailing on my Jeep, they've done an exceptional job. I appreciate the care they've shown towards my vehicle, and they've paid close attention to details -- nothing was overlooked. In fact, after the gentleman finished detailing my Jeep today and showed me the work he'd done, he actually showed me the under-the-seat storage in the back that I had never even known was there before. Clearly, this man is detail-oriented. Yet again, he worked efficiently, and spoke to me courteously. Grateful to have found this business, I plan to continue working with them regularly in the future.
