After a few weeks I called again requesting that they just replace it because we couldn't handle the noise and were actually turning the system off at night because it was keeping us up. I called maybe 3-4 times and left messages over a few weeks and never heard back, so I ended up calling another local company who told me the fan had a known issue and is not supposed to be that loud. He replaced it right away but I had to pay another service fee. This whole ordeal cost me $400 in service fees for something that is under warranty.

That was fine with us, but we assumed he would be there two consecutive days. We went back the second day and he had never been there. When I called the company, they told me he was on another job and wouldn't be able to finish until the following Tuesday (it was a Wednesday!!).
