Yesterday, I had the chance to pick up lunch at Las Montaneras Bakery. The beef empanadas were maybe the best I've had in town. Quite large and stuffed with beef and potato, they were excellent, especially with the hot sauce. I also had the star shaped strawberry pastry which was good, but next time I need to try the Pan de Bono to compare with other places. One thing that's always consistent in this town is the Cafe Con Leche...the coffee here didn't disappoint, it was great Colombian coffee! Service here was friendly and helpful. Easy parking in front.
