In the attached pictures, you can see the material and craftsmanship of the Dentures given as also the incompetence of providing a correct set. Everyone has seen better work at dentures in a day.

So in a way, she's also a matchmaker for the adult patients because she gets our teeth in line before major events-- spring break is a big deal to 20 year olds! On a more serious note, she made me the best retainers! Taking into account how heavily I grind my teeth, she made them a little thicker than the normal type. If I hadn't relocated across the country, I would've had her make my replacements when I finally broke them almost 10 years later. My permanent retainer is still hanging on strong though! If you're in college and find yourself needing braces at this awkward age, go see Dr. Sappington! She will take good care of you.

The…read moreoffice manager Danny is wonderful at helping with any needs we have from setting or changing appointments to forwarding invoices to our insurance carriers to seeing to our comfort level. This high level of service and concern carries through the rest of the office in every step of the process. Inarguably dental needs for mo st people are among our highest anxiety causing medical procedures. Comprehensive's staff Doctors including Elizabeth Rojas and Andrew Martin and assistants, Trey Ford to name one, are acutely aware and sensitive to this and offer constant reassurance and updates as to what they are doing and timing in the current process. While dental work is costly the expense at Comprehensive is offset by, as is included in their office's name, the provision of comprehensive services, making costly and time consuming referrals unnecessary. I must admit that the extent of procedures currently planned are the result of 30 years of neglect on my part but knowing that all of the work will be carried out by one staff in one location make the experience easier. Thank you Comprehensive, Cindy and James Young

After repeatedly seeing Dr. Ian Dennis recommended in local Facebook groups for his compassionate, gentle care, I made an appointment, and I'm SO glad I did! From the moment I walked in, every employee treated me with incredible kindness and patience. They never made me feel embarrassed or ridiculous about my fear. (A special shout-out to Kim, whose warmth, sensitivity, and empathy meant way more than she probably realizes!) I needed two fillings and an extraction, and the time was taken to explain my treatment options, the pros and cons of each, and they were completely transparent about the costs. I never felt judged or rushed, and the Dr. checked on me often throughout every procedure. He promised he wouldn't hurt me, and he absolutely kept that promise! (FYI - He hums while working, which I actually found quite comforting.) I was still terrified when I returned for the extraction of my abscessed tooth on 10/1/26, but the trust that began to develop during my two previous visits made me brave enough to show up. I can honestly say I felt NO PAIN OR DISCOMFORT - before, during, or after the extraction. I didn't even feel the needle used to numb my mouth! I was actually shocked when told the tooth was out! The Dr. placed a temporary bridge over the extraction site before I left, so it wasn't obvious I was missing a tooth, and we scheduled an appt to have a permanent bridge placed in eight weeks. After avoiding the dentist because of anxiety, I'm happy to have found a provider I can trust, so I can get back to taking care of my routine dental health without fear. I highly recommend Dr. Dennis and his entire team, especially to anyone with dental anxiety. They are compassionate, gentle, professional, and genuinely caring people, and they provide care at reasonable prices.
