"Would tomorrow at 10:30 be too soon," the cheerful lady on the phone asked. I arrived for my appointment to discover the person checking me in needed $331. Odd, given that my insurance plan - which this place ostensibly accepts - covers exams and cleanings at 100%. The office manager assured me it was just an oversight at the front window, and then proceeded to tell me they couldn't give me an exam or clean my teeth without first doing a full set of x-rays. I agreed to get the full x-rays (even though I had had them within the last year) and proceeded with my "evaluation." The evaluation revealed a need for "deep cleaning," that would cost about $500 and require two visits. No, I was told, you can't just get your teeth cleaned. (Remember, I've seen the dentist twice a year since Jesus was a baby and suddenly I have periodontal disease requiring scaling and planing?). Oh, and you have two cavities. Really? How could my former dentist have missed my periodontal disease, cavities and - wait for it - need for root canal? Yes, root canal. The dentist said I'd probably need a root canal and gave me a referral to a specific endodontistry practice. This was my first and last visit to this practice that wanted me to buy the 19" chrome wheels, sport package and extended warranty.

Everyone I interacted with was kind and welcoming, and the office itself didn't look like a medical office, it was cozy and homey. The person who did my cleaning, Heather, did an excellent job. I appreciated that she explained everything before she did it, something that I didn't remember from my previous dentist experiences. I also thought that their new patient special was a good deal. Overall, a very positive experience! If you're looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Feldman and his team!

It continued to come off 3 more times over the next week. Since it was a temporary one, I wasnt concerned but it was annoying and cost me alot of time and gas driving back and forth. So when the permanent crown was ready, I was relieved. Fast forward 1 year later and the permanent crown popps off. I just called and was told $170 to reattach it. ?????? I almost think they purposely use weak adhesive so they can keep you coming back $$$$. Thanks but no thanks~ Ill superglue it on myself.

The staff was terrific. The dentist spoke to me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. He even argued with me after informing him I had two full hip replacements and was told I would always need to take antibiotics he suggested mouthwash use as a remedy to a throbbing tooth. (He found a very small particle that had worked itself between my nerve and my tooth, and by utilizing air pressure and careful probing, he dislodged the particle. Dr. Matilsky is very meticulous and careful when deciding upon a diagnosis and a course of action. He is conservative and will only drill, or begin treatment that is invasive when it is necessary. I drive a very long distance in order to obtain Dr. Matilsky's services, and he is a true professional in every aspect. In addition, the office staff, led by Debbie Matilsky is very professional and very accommodating, with the long term health of your entire person taken into account. He is very respected by his peers (from one referral he helped me with) and I would highly recommend him without reservation.

They were very honest and let me know it was actually something else and not my tooth, which I really appreciated. I ended up having a few visits for other things, including a cleaning, and every single time the staff was very nice and welcoming. I had Dr. Habib, who was absolutely phenomenal. He's very kind, efficient, and clearly knows his stuff, which made me feel really comfortable. The office itself is clean, modern, and has state-of-the-art equipment. There's also plenty of parking, which is always a plus. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the billing. A few times my insurance got mixed up, and while I was there, I noticed other patients coming in with billing concerns as well. To be fair, that could be more on the insurance side than the office, but it did cause some inconvenience. Overall, I would definitely recommend them and will continue going back!

It was very expensive and I told him I would have this done, but I wanted to pay as we went. He drilled two of my teeth (healthy teeth, just crowded) down to nubs and put crowns on them. Then I started getting bills for things that had not yet been done. Luckily, that put me off using him. They sent my bill (for things that were not done) to a collection agency! I was quickly able to prove I did not owe anything, but it just proves what schysters they are. To make things worse, the two teeth he ground down and crowned only lasted a few years and ended up being pulled because of all the damage underneath! He was about to do the other side when I got the bill I didn't owe, and those teeth are still in great shape! I am in the middle of getting $10K worth of implants now to replace the two teeth he ground down and ruined! STAY AWAY!!! I would give zero stars if this was an option!!!
