Professional and the cleaning process is excellent. Too bad they do not accept my insurance.

While I don't have the best insurance in the world, Dr Days office has been very helpful to me in navigating my insurance company.

I have been going here for 2 years now and haven't had any problems personally. I have always been…read moreseen on time and they are accommodating when I call in advance needing to reschedule. I get my yearly cleaning and then get seen every 6 months I believe. So far I see that they are very clean and detailed in their procedures. The past appointments I've had , I have noticed that I can bring up concerns and ask for advice and they are always so friendly to explain things to me. I always ask the why a procedure is being recommended and never feel pressured to say yes to anything. I feel in control of making my own decisions and that I can deny anything I don't feel comfortable with, but never have once felt uneasy. I like when I go to health care or dentist appointments and can trust that they are knowledgeable and patient enough to teach me about my health. I believe advocating for one's health is important. Also every visit I always am greeted with a welcoming smile from the front desk ladies. I would come back and am glad that I am able to have most services covered by my insurance . The only thing they didn't cover was my fluoride which is quiet expensive . Seeing the breakdown of the before and after insurance sheet was eye opening. I don't know if I would be able to attend dental visits if I didn't have insurance because I can see how these procedures can add up and the concerns of the past reviews because it is in the higher end in my opinion. I do wish they offered the price sheet at the beginning of the appointment , granted they offered it to me to sign before the procedure is done but you feel obligated to sign after they evaluate you so I can see how some people feel pressured . Though I did decline one service I wish again that there was we cost transparency at the beginning when you walk through the doors.

The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions, which I really appreciated. The office was clean and well-organized, and I never felt rushed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care.

My wife and i have depended on Comprehensive Dental Care for all of our dental needs of late. The…read moreoffice manager Danny is wonderful at helping with any needs we have from setting or changing appointments to forwarding invoices to our insurance carriers to seeing to our comfort level. This high level of service and concern carries through the rest of the office in every step of the process. Inarguably dental needs for mo st people are among our highest anxiety causing medical procedures. Comprehensive's staff Doctors including Elizabeth Rojas and Andrew Martin and assistants, Trey Ford to name one, are acutely aware and sensitive to this and offer constant reassurance and updates as to what they are doing and timing in the current process. While dental work is costly the expense at Comprehensive is offset by, as is included in their office's name, the provision of comprehensive services, making costly and time consuming referrals unnecessary. I must admit that the extent of procedures currently planned are the result of 30 years of neglect on my part but knowing that all of the work will be carried out by one staff in one location make the experience easier. Thank you Comprehensive, Cindy and James Young

When I asked about being called if there was a cancellation, I was told they didn't do that. I told them we would look elsewhere. We found another dentist and are happy. 2 months later, on a Sunday, we got a nasty note saying we were over due for health care, when I spoke with someone in the office today, she advised me there was no record of the text. When asked again, she suggested it was part of their automated system. My spouse is a retired dental hygiene instructor and I am retired corporate management. Extremely poor management and average care.

The only reason it's 2 stars is because, if you're lucky you get a hygienist that does a really…read moregood Job. When you make an appointment, you don't choose the dentist. So, for example, I've never had the same dentist twice. Either the dentist is no longer there, isn't working that day, or whatever the excuse of the day is. Every single appointment has been with a different dentist. Front office is flat out rude; but that type of rude that's done with a smile. Huge "bless your heart" vibes. They also like to play games about insurance, saying that they accept your insurance but then, miraculously, when paying they no longer accept it. Different people get charged different amounts for the same procedures. For example 3 adults in my family all had x-rays, fluoride, and cleaning. Charges ranged from 200 - 450. All of us had the same amount of time, and the itemized receipts (other than the costs) were the same. That was the final straw for us. Even if you were happy with your work, when you leave you're left with the impression of the office being greedy, game players (with your money), and of course... bless your heart.
