I took work off to have Rick come by and take a look at the hole in my ceiling, he missed that appointment and asked me to send pictures instead. He quoted me a price over the phone and we agreed on it. The next day he messaged me with a new higher price than what we'd agreed on. I asked him why, and explained that the second hole (a wall repair) was going to be smaller than what we were expecting originally. His response is he's not going to debate it, I guess that's ok because his prices are higher than professional restoration services. I've read the other reviews and I'm not sure what the experience difference is. If you've had a good experience with Rick, I'm glad, but if your expectation is to work with someone with the same professionalism as a business, don't deal with unreliable and slimy business practices. read more

Rick responded quickly to my request. He scheduled for a week out then called and said he could be here the next day which was great. He texted me in the morning to say he was sick with a virus. He left a message that he could make it two days later. I decided to put the project on hold. Can't give any testimonial on his work as I didn't see it. read more

I Requested an estimate from Ricks Drywall and he was very rude, unprofessional in every way not only was he late for the scheduled appointment he talked to us like we where ignorant to the prosses. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone and especially with his over exaggerated prices not only did we find someone for half the price it was done professionally. read more
