My HOA required me to get my whole exterior painted on a large home. I had to manage this project remotely, and having Alex in charge took a huge weight off my shoulders. He was very responsive and sent pictures throughout the project so I would know things were on track. Was easy to tell this wasn't their first rodeo, as Alex was able to ask all of the questions he needed to in order to make sure he could execute once his team arrived to start the job. They weren't my lowest cost bid, but they were my most competitive bid among companies with an established reputation. Pay a little extra and enjoy the peace of mind.

He was also the first to come by to inspect the building to see what type of prep work would be required. He spent at least 20 minutes answering my extensive list of questions and describing our options for a paint base that would hold up to years of relentless desert heat and sunlight exposure. Not only did he provide a very competitive quote, he fit in our painting project within two weeks of the initial request. Jose, Angel, Gudi, and David provided attentive, quality painting skills and did a phenomenal job prepping the site, sealing/patching wood that showed signs of wear, and accommodating a schedule for our dogs to go outside when it wouldn't disturb their work. They did detailed touch-up work on the last day to ensure each element was completed, and they cleaned up every sign of their presence. We appreciated their attention to detail and their willingness to make a last-minute change to a trim choice. The painting crew provided quality work and were very pleasant to deal with, patiently explaining each step along the way. We would most certainly use this company again in future. My husband would have preferred more communication during the process (such as a phone call the day before to confirm, for example), but we are very happy with the results.
