Rick and his great team know what they're doing. We have used Rick the Happy Plumber several times. Every service call they have shown up within the agreed timeframe. They have fixed a leaking toilet, unclogged bathroom sink drain, and replaced gas water heater. Cleaned up when the job is finished. Fair pricing for their service. They are our go to plumbing service. read more

I had a serious problem that needed to be addressed immediately. I didn't know about Rick the happy Plumber I only found out about him after another company showed up and try to charge me at least three times the original price quoted. I then called a plumbing supply house I've done business with for years and they gave me Rick's phone number. And I'm so glad they did. the young man they sent out addressed the issue, went above and beyond to fix the problem and did not try to overcharge me and scare me into spending more money which is greatly appreciated!! Rick is now in my contact list!! read more

They are amazing! Honest and hard-working: Hugo & Albert the super duo! Finally found and fixed our gas leak! We recently moved and over the course of 2.5 months have been hit hard with the gas bill. It was like $70 for the first half of the month then creeped up to $100 then finally $110. I was SO mad. At the old house one city over our monthly bill was never over $30! It's just me and my husband and we hardly ever use anything that would eat up so much gas. Called the gas company & they came out 3 times!!! They could not find the leak. Had two other technicians (family/referral) but they could still not find the leak! My husband was soooo stressed out he lost sleep over this issue for weeks. There has to be a gas leak somewhere. He found these guys through Yelp I believe and they came out for two days. They were extremely thorough and finally found out where the leak was coming from. Underneath our house! They crawled into the dark small crawl foundation space and worked for hours. It was so brutal-dark, tight, & stuffy. Inspected our whole house and yard. Fixed the issue at a fraction of the cost compared to other places where my husband quoted. One of the guys even showed my husband how to use the BBQ area in which we thought was broken. Helped us troubleshoot so many issues with this darn house. We felt so blessed to come across these guys! They are LEGIT!!! We can't thank them enough! They are so friendly and professional too. read more

I had some odd leaking/moisture under the kitchen sink and could not identify the source. I called the Happy Plumber and Art arrived with his padowan/apprentice and they investigated thoroughly. I was impressed by the professionalism and the diligence. It turned out that it was not a direct plumbing issue, and Art pointed out that the job could actually be done by a handyman and there was no need for their services. I am thankful for their help and honesty! read more

This is a long overdue review for Rick and his team of plumbers. We interviewed 3 companies Rick got back to us as soon as possible to set a time for our quote and repairs. They are the best, on time, return calls explain the entire process, plus, try to help you find the best solution. They are busy, because they are so good. Very happy with this company! read more

I saw Rick's Happy Plumber recommended by some of my neighbors, and decided to give them a try. I had them come out to install a new garbage disposal and snake my kitchen drain. They were in and out within an hour and a half. My only issue was the young guy (didn't catch his name) forgot to close my side backyard gate after assisting snaking the drain from outside. Leaving it wide open. I had put my dog outside after they left so luckily I caught it in time, or my dog would've took off. read more

I had to help my mom in Orange County remotely get a plumber to fix her noisy garbage disposal. Rick was a pleasure to work with and the guys who came out and installed a new garbage disposal were "great guys and really good" according to my mom. She's very happy with their work. The price charged was very fair. No wonder they have so many 5-star reviews. We will use them again! read more

Today was the second time I have had plumbing work done by Art. He has replaced my garbage disposal and toilet in the past and today he fixed my leaking shower. I cannot express enough how happy I am with his work and because my father was a plumber having him come make repairs for me reminds me of my Dad and he is just like family because I watch him just like I used to watch my Dad as a child. Art is such a nice man and answers all my questions while he is working and explains everything that he is doing and why. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!! read more

I have used Rick the Happy Plumber twice now and have been extremely impressed with their work. The first job was to clear the main sewer line out of roots. I called late in the day, around 3:45. Rick had his team to my house by 5PM, very quick. The team, led by Angel, was professional, clean and pleasant. They listened to me about the problem, since this is a regular problem for me, and quickly assessed the situation based on my observations, verified that my assumption was correct and had the problem fixed within 20 minutes. The line was cleared and they cleaned up after their work to the point it looked like they had never worked at the site at all. They also explained to me which tree the roots were coming from, since there at many trees near the main, and how often I should have the line cleared based on the amount of roots vs. the last time it was cleared out. The second visit was today. My water heater was no longer working due to the thermocouple going out. Once again, this is a standard issue in my house since there are many people leaving here and the water heater sees a lot of use. Art was the plumber who responded, and once again, he was friendly, clean and listened carefully to what I was describing. He verified what I said and confirmed my suspicions to be true. Once be began working on the water heater, he found 2 other potential problems, described them thoroughly, and what the future ramifications would be and how to properly fix them so I could work with the landlord to prevent an further issues. Their prices are FANTASTIC. They are extremely fair and, quite honestly, a little cheap for what you get. These guess are so knowledgeable it is unreal. They are willing to teach you about the repairs, tell you about potential problems you see, and are very friendly. These are my go to guys. While I still live in Anaheim, I will use no other plumbers. I highly recommend these plumbers to anyone within the response area. read more

Art and his assistant arrived on time and they were very pleasant. The job went well, and ended up being a little beyond what I had described when I booked the appointment, but it was no problem for this team. Work was well done and price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to book them again for plumbing jobs. read more

We are so happy with the service we received from Rick Happy Plumber. Marco came and serviced our tankless water heater. He was friendly, efficient and so helpful. We finally have our water pressure back and no more cold showers. In the beginning ,Rick the happy plumber was recommended by BJ. Plumber in garden grove,Ca in 2000 when I ask for plumbing service.I have been using them ever since. And I come to experience through the years that they are dependable and charge fairly and most importantly always do a wonderful and excellent job. Recently, I called and told them my water heater broke in my rental house in Cypress. Art called me an hour later and offered to buy the part on his own that day instead of waiting for my warranty part to come .So my tenant can have hot water the next day. This is one of the best service I ever experience in my life. Thank you ! I highly recommend anybody who need plumbing service to use Rick the happy plumber .I also want to thank Rick, Derrick, Joe for taking care of my plumbing problem through the years and I am really appreciated. I recently had my first dishwasher installed after owning my home 24 years. It's about 2 weeks old now. I discovered a leak under my sink and thought maybe there's a problem with the installation of the new dishwasher. The Happy Plumber Team (Hugo and Leo) diagnosed the problem in minutes (garbage disposal died) and while Leo removed the old one, Hugo drove to buy the new one. They had it installed in no time. I can now resume my updates without worrying about where the water was coming from. Thanks again, Hugo and Leo! ***** (Five Stars) read more
