From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, organized, and most importantly safe and fun for the children. A special thank you to Matt, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure our party ran smoothly. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for the families there really stood out. The entire staff was patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful with the kids. The children had an amazing time bowling--there was laughter, excitement, and so many happy little faces. It was the perfect place for a group of energetic five-year-olds to celebrate and enjoy themselves. We were also pleasantly surprised and so happy to learn that the Saturday morning kids programs will continue. That's such a gift for families in the community who are looking for a fun, positive place for children to gather and play. Is this an arcade or a god damn night club???? They closed the door 10 mins early and we called them out for it and they sure didn't like that. We had to walk around the whole building in a blizzard. Bowling is expensive as hell, for example, 2 games for 4 people was around 80 dollars. The food sucks. They rip you off with game credits. Trust me, I've been to Japan where the real round1s are, it's 100yen per try, which is like 63 cents. Here it's about 14 credits which is about $3.5 a try. (Yeah I know, we're not in Japan, "go play in Japan then", which is exactly what I'll do when I go back, maybe) When they first opened it was great, all crane games were 9 credits. Expensive but way more reasonable than what it is now. Also, I know I know, it's in their rules to not allow outside food and beverages, but come on, if you buy a drink in the mall, like bubble tea or coffee, you can't bring it in. The security will follow you until you're out. Like, I'm not buying a drink inside regardless anyways... WILL. NEVER. RETURN! C YA!!!!

They also have some pool tables. Even so, most people come here to bowl. It has lots of lanes to choose from. This helps ease up on crowding and waiting. It appears to be pretty clean. Lots of bowling alleys look dirty and smell bad, but it's not like that here. If you're thirsty they also have a bar. It's fairly cheap. There's a few TVs so you can watch sports instead of doing something yourself.
