I found pins mechanical online and it looked like a cool place. I submitted an online request and they were prompt to respond. They answered all of my questions very promptly. They were able to send me quotes online and work with me on some changes we had to the group size. When we arrived, the staff was ready for us. While they don't have food on site, they allow you to bring in food. They were very helpful and helping the caterers get the food down to the area we had reserved. The manager was awesome. He was very communicative and came to check in on us multiple times. The group had a great time playing duckpin bowling and enjoying the arcade games. They had a good beer selection with some tasty options. This is a great location. I would love to come back here just to hang out with some friends if I'm ever in town. It's great for groups. We reserved bowling lanes and food, but plenty of people from our party and their families ventured out to the axe throwing and laser tag. There were no complaints. The arcade area also kept the kiddos busy. The only area I'd like to note for improvement is that our food was to be brought out at 4:30 PM and we did not receive it until 5. Once it arrived, it was delicious, but the wait was felt. Hopefully this was just an off day. I wouldn't let it deter me from giving them another shot.

Hands down, the best crew in the city--and, in my admittedly biased opinion, the country. Kara, especially, is incredible: warm, attentive, and the kind of person who makes every visit better. The bowling, the music, the events throughout the week, and the effortlessly great vibes--it captures everything we love about the neighborhood.
