The owner was too busy holding a table listening to the band then to help his person behind the bar. And lastly the place closed at 12 or 1 but the kitchen closed at 10. Much improvements need to be made in the service/staff and functionality of the room. You can't have one person behind the bar on the weekend. Especially if you're gonna have live music but no where to sit because the "VIP" section is blocking a lot of the room.

I was surprised to learn of all the updates and options for fun. We ended up going with Spins and could not be happier. I arrived 40 minutes prior to our event time just in case anything needed to be squared away still. I was surprised to see our area completely set up and waiting for us. We reserved bowling lanes and food, but plenty of people from our party and their families ventured out to the axe throwing and laser tag. There were no complaints. The arcade area also kept the kiddos busy. The only area I'd like to note for improvement is that our food was to be brought out at 4:30 PM and we did not receive it until 5.
