The variety of games is fantastic, with something for all ages and interests, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back. I also love that they've expanded their food menu to include Japanese cuisine while still offering classic arcade favorites and finger foods, so there's something for everyone to enjoy. The biggest reason for my rating is the pricing. Unfortunately, it's become incredibly expensive, especially with today's cost of living. It just doesn't feel like you get enough game credits for the amount of money you're spending. I recently took a few of my family members out here, and spent about $50 per person on game credits alone and even then, it still didn't feel like enough to really enjoy everything the arcade has to offer. If you're bringing multiple kids, it's easy to spend hundreds of dollars once you factor in games, food, and additional activities like bowling. That's what makes this so disappointing. We genuinely love Round1 and would probably visit much more often if it were more affordable. The experience itself is still a lot of fun, but the rising cost makes it difficult to justify frequent visits.

It's probably just a weekend thing, but as soon as you walk in there is an off duty Cop checking bags and working a metal detector. Safety first... I had heard that the interior was redesigned to a New Orleans style decor. I didn't get that at all, but the back portion where the restaurant and lounge areas are was roped off for a comedy show. Who knew? We were able to access a small portion for drink orders only once we were given a wristband. The drinks were really good and strong by the way. We wanted to place a food order and this turned out to be a confusing process. So you order food at the same window where you pay for bowling; not the actual food window. They do bring it to your lane though. We ordered wings, a catfish and fries meal, and a small order of mac and cheese bites. It took 40 minutes for our food to be delivered. However the other two people in our party who ordered right after us got their wings 10 mins sooner. The wings were not seasoned. The catfish was good, but very heavy on the black pepper. My highlight was the Mac and cheese bites. Now the bowling was fun, but they have a major bowling ball shortage. The entire alley was sharing balls that were at all of our lanes. All of the ball holders around the space were empty except one that had 4 balls on it. I've honestly never seen anything like it. At least everyone was a good sport about having to share. The regulars said this is the usual so they were used to it. They did play great music videos which made for a fun atmosphere. I can't say if I'll be back though.

There is the bowling lanes, game area, a bar area and a large party room area. We didn't eat any of the food, but our friends seem to enjoy the wings and fries. The bar maids were friendly and nice. Good place to go for family night.

I never leave negative reviews, but our experience at RollHouse was incredibly disappointing,…read moreespecially considering this was supposed to be a special day for my little brother's 7th birthday. We booked a party for him, invited all of his friends and their parents, and expected a fun, organized experience. Unfortunately, the service was practically nonexistent. In fact, I can't even say the service was terrible because there really wasn't any service to speak of. We spent most of the time trying to figure things out ourselves and struggled to get assistance whenever we needed it. What made the situation even more frustrating was discovering that we were automatically charged a 20% service fee. For what, exactly? A service charge is supposed to reflect actual service provided, but we received little to none. Charging customers an automatic gratuity while failing to provide the level of service it implies is incredibly disappointing. When we brought our concerns to the manager, Maria, instead of taking responsibility or trying to make things right, she explained that one of her employees had called off. While I understand that staffing issues happen, that's an internal management problem--not the customer's responsibility. We still paid the full price for the party, including the mandatory 20% service charge. If customers are expected to pay full price regardless of staffing shortages, then the business should still be expected to provide the level of service those charges are meant to cover. Birthdays are important, especially for young kids. Families spend a lot of money to create lasting memories, and unfortunately, this experience left us feeling frustrated rather than celebrated. I hope RollHouse takes customer concerns more seriously in the future, reevaluates its automatic service fee policy, and ensures managers take accountability instead of offering excuses. Based on this experience, I can't recommend booking a birthday party here.
