A special thank you to Matt, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure our party ran smoothly. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for the families there really stood out. The entire staff was patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful with the kids. The children had an amazing time bowling--there was laughter, excitement, and so many happy little faces. It was the perfect place for a group of energetic five-year-olds to celebrate and enjoy themselves. We were also pleasantly surprised and so happy to learn that the Saturday morning kids programs will continue. That's such a gift for families in the community who are looking for a fun, positive place for children to gather and play. This was a work outing in Cleveland and overall not bad. The one thing i didn't like was having to take the elevator upstairs to use the restroom since there is only a one toilet one downstairs. I really had to go but I made it. The food they prepared for us was good. There was a cesar type of salad (very tasty), meatballs for sliders and fixings to go with. There was some type of chicken that could've good on the slider buns too if you wanted but I didn't try that but the meatballs were good. There were also cookies, etc and bowling. It was a beautiful early October evening! We had the entire upstairs space and patio! After the sunset, and dinner, the fire pit was a super place to sit and chat with guests! The food was delicious. We had various appetizers, Tomato bruschetta, Vegetable tray, Fruit platter , Wings , Chicken tenders, Toasted coconut shrimp, Pigs in a blanket For Dinner; Char grilled burgers, baby back ribs, mac n cheese, salad. For Dessert; Brownies, Cookies, Rice Kristy treats, Chocolate covered pretzels, and Fruit skewers Everything was really well done! I was really pleased with my recent experience with Pinstripes in Pinecrest. I was there for my 50th High School Class Reunion. We had the entire 2nd floor which included two different rooms, the lobby area and the upstairs patio. Pinstripes and their staff did a great job making the event special. The reunion was great, we started with a mix and mingle in the lobby area and patio; there was the upstairs bar and a second bar set up on the patio, the servers were bringing around apps. The areas allowed plenty of different areas to catch up with old friends. Dinner was in the main room, plenty of tables allowed for people to gather and then get called up to the buffet to grab our food. The buffet was very nice, for me it was salad, vegetables, and 2 kinds of vegetarian pasta; overall the food was good, better than most buffet setups. The room was nice and the large screen showing photos from our class was a really nice touch. Dessert was mainly brownies and chocolate chip cookies, nicely sweet and tasty. The party setup at Pinstripes is great, the food is good, service was excellent and the decor was classy and subdued. The nicest place in Pinstripes is the 2nd floor patio, you have a great view of Pinecrest, there is a wonderful fire pit and a couple of fire columns; it was the perfect place to hang out on a warm night. Pinstripes is a great place to hang out and have a party. They did a great job of executing the plan from our great Reunion committee who did a great job planning the event. About the only issue was that parking can be an issue at Pinecrest on a Saturday night, I was lucky to find a spot in the garage on the East side of Pinecrest. read more

I put in a reservation for 5 for dinner for my dad's birthday. We got there and got seated right away. The restaurant was pretty empty at 6 on a Monday night. Not complaining at all! Our server was super friendly but I think he might've been new. We got our orders in quickly and I had ordered The Mule and hoped it would come out before my meal. Our server must've forgot to put it in because I had to remind him and ask him about it then got it with my food which was a bit disappointing. That's really my only complaint. Food came out and was delicious. I ordered the Chicken & Goat Cheese pasta with a side of truffle fries. Everyone liked their meals. The service here could use some work the server kept getting my family orders wrong and we ended up getting a free drink because they messed up. Pizza was a bit dry, more flatbread than anything but very thin and crispy. The pesto chicken was very good, tender and moist with a good flavor. The house made potato chips were very good as well. I skipped the Italian slider cuz it looked pretty bland and generic. Bartenders were quick and the wait staff was professional and fast as well. Bowling was fun. Limited lanes but it's not really a full bowling alley so that makes sense. I can see how some guests may be frustrated with wait times or being told there are no lanes available. We had reserved space so it wasn't an issue for my group and not everyone bowled so we had plenty of open lanes. Plenty of parking right behind the location or valet was available as well. I was a bit worried based on the other reviews. We went around 5:40 on a thursday. Service was excellent and prompt. Our server was also very pleasant and friendly to our 2 kids. It was actually very cute inside, large booth near the windows that was actually comfortable unlike a lot of places. I have back issues and really appreciate that! The food was delicious and both kids ate well, which is saying a lot. Chicken parmesan was fantastic and my husband loved the chimichuri steak. None of us had been to brunch there for a year and was pleasantly surprised that the Saturday brunch was now also a buffet instead of a la carte. The food was great and I loved the variety of options so all of us enjoyed what we wanted! And how could I not enjoy the dessert bar! Plus, Pinstripes is always clean and inviting! Coordinated a couple's baby shower for my daughter and SIL in All Seasons Enclosed Patio Room. The morning brunch was excellent. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the ambiance of the 'Let's Celebrate' photo wall of the room was fantastic. Visited Pinstripes for a family member's birthday brunch on Sunday. The restaurant is modern and upscale. It feels very open and has tall windows that look out onto Pinecrest Shopping Center. The brunch was surprisingly better than I had expected. I'd heard mixed reviews about this place, but personally had a really great experience. Brunch was super easy and I was able to get food fast. There are plates around and you can just go up to eat once you're seated. The cost was also less than I expected at $35/pp and $15 for children. You can purchase cocktails at the bar or through your server. Mimosa carafes are $20 each. The food as really good. They have a make-your-own omelette station. My omelette was cooked perfectly and tasted great. They also had some of the best waffles I've had in a while with different toppings and sauces. There was traditional breakfast options, like eggs, bacon, sausage, and biscuits and gravy. I really enjoyed the lunch options. There was a few different salads, a bagel station with lox, tomatoes, etc. and shrimp cocktail. The shrimp was seasoned and cooked well. I really enjoyed several of the pasta dishes, potatoes and chicken. Overall, this is a very solid all you can eat brunch, especially for the price. Dear Pinstripes Management, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service my family and I received at your (111 Park Ave Suite 105, Beachwood, OH 44122) location on September 20 at 2:15 p.m. We came to celebrate my son's birthday, but what should have been a special occasion turned into a frustrating experience. For 25 minutes, no server approached our table to offer water or take an order. Despite asking several servers and a manager if someone could assist us, no one came. After 45 minutes, I went to the bar myself just to get water. Only when I sought out another manager was someone finally sent over, but at that point, our allotted bowling time was nearly gone and the experience was already soured. This is unacceptable service by any standard, and it was especially disappointing because we have previously chosen Pinstripes for family celebrations and always enjoyed ourselves. This visit, however, left a negative and lasting impression. I ask that you look into this matter seriously to ensure future guests are not treated in the same way. read more

These were a little slow getting to our table, but the sangria was delicious! We ordered a couple of pizzas and a beef tip sandwich with fries. Our food arrived very quickly & other than the pizza crust and some pepperoni, the plates were clean! The sauce on the pizza was so good. It was on the sweeter side but very fresh with small pieces of tomato. The ratio of sauce to cheese was perfect. Easter brunch - The carving stations and the omelet station was on the first floor. Guests on the second floor had to take elevator or steps to access these food stations, stand in long lines so the food was cold when they got back to their table. The wait staff was wonderful. The inside is really nice and spacious with a bar in the center, there is a nice amount of outside seating also. The location is great, there is shopping, a movie theatre, more restaurants and bars within walking distance. Our waitress was plesant but she was very underwelmed, she didn't make any suggestions or anything at that matter. Our food was really good I did want more food options but I was still satisfied with what I ordered. I never give one-star reviews, but i was appalled after coming to brunch here. I've never in my entire life had such horrendous service. We were seated, It took a solid 7 minutes to even be greeted by our server, Alicia. When she finally came to the table of 3, she took only ONLY ONE drink order at a time. She took 5 more minutes to bring each drink. Everyone at my table was beyond confused. It's like she didn't want to serve us. Never in all the spots I've dined at, have i had this happened. When we finally all got our drinks, we asked for a craft of orange juice, and she told us we couldn't have that because it was only for mimosas. The offerings include traditional breakfast items such as waffles, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and an omelette bar. There are also non-traditional breakfast items such as pizza, Brussels sprouts, chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese, and a salad bar. Dessert offerings include a chocolate fountain with strawberries, marshmallows, rice krispies, brownies, and cookies. Honestly, the buffet is so vast that I can't remember everything that was offered - which is a good thing for those who enjoy buffets. My most recent visit was for a birthday party so we were in a separate room. Our server was friendly, attentive, and prompt. That said, I would recommend Pinstripes for the brunch buffet.
