Coordinated a Wedding rehearsal dinner here for my daughter and future son in law. Erykah our sales person was great. She helped with planning and making sure we had everything. Our on site event lead was Jeremy. The service team of Jaylen and DK did amazing! The venue was perfect! They set up the tables as expected and the buffet was ready to go. It was a beautiful early October evening! We had the entire upstairs space and patio! After the sunset, and dinner, the fire pit was a super place to sit and chat with guests! The food was delicious. We had various appetizers, Tomato bruschetta, Vegetable tray, Fruit platter , Wings , Chicken tenders, Toasted coconut shrimp, Pigs in a blanket For Dinner; Char grilled burgers, baby back ribs, mac n cheese, salad. ( everyone Raved about the Mac N Cheese) The salad was pre-dressed, and needed a bit more. For Dessert; Brownies, Cookies, Rice Kristy treats, Chocolate covered pretzels, and Fruit skewers Everything was really well done! Many guests had never been there before and complimented on the food and venue. One piece of feedback, The dinner food started to arrive early, while appetizers were still being enjoyed. It got a bit confusing for people. It all worked out and the guests were happy with the food! PS: We had 49,guests. It never felt cramped! 5 stars HIGHLY recommend the upstairs area for a party!/event.

I put in a reservation for 5 for dinner for my dad's birthday. We got there and got seated right away. The restaurant was pretty empty at 6 on a Monday night. Not complaining at all! Our server was super friendly but I think he might've been new. We got our orders in quickly and I had ordered The Mule and hoped it would come out before my meal. Our server must've forgot to put it in because I had to remind him and ask him about it then got it with my food which was a bit disappointing. That's really my only complaint. Food came out and was delicious. I ordered the Chicken & Goat Cheese pasta with a side of truffle fries. Everyone liked their meals. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating for my dad's birthday. Our server even brought my dad a dessert which was such a special and thoughtful gesture. I do enjoy pinstripes and will definitely be back soon.

I went out for brunch on Sunday around 2 PM. The food was tasty, but we had to wait 25 minutes before seeing our server. We even had to ask the hostess for some water. It was also quite chaotic, with a lot of kids running around. Overall, it felt pretty hectic and was pretty loud.

Our food was tasty. Sweet chili wings was tasty and we would order again. The open salmon sandwich and parmesan fries were also delicious. The lobster mac and the Caesar salad were tasty. Our server was decent. She wasn't as attentive as she could have been. Maybe she couldn't hear us, but she messed up a couple things then told us we asked for something else. I will still patronize but seek out a different section.

The food here was great it was what me and my family expected. The service here could use some work the server kept getting my family orders wrong and we ended up getting a free drink because they messed up. The best part about this place is the ambiance, if cool designs with many great this to look at. All in all this place could use some work.

We went for Happy Hour, arriving at 3 p.m. We were seated and given dinner menus at 3!! I waved the man over and asked about Happy Hour. He brought the correct menus, and told us we needed to sit around the bar for Happy Hour. He should have asked us at the door what we wanted. We really liked the high top table, tho the table moved and well as some of the high stools. Wish I brought a screw driver with me to tighten them. A waitress took our orders, but then we never saw her. When food came in record time, everything was delicious. Ribs, cheese curds, sliders and flat breads. Yum. The noise level was good. Wasn't super crowded so we were able to talk and really enjoyed the experience.

I went to pinstripes with a few others and our Waitress Tasha was Absolutely Amazing !!!!! This was the first time in a long time recieved great customer service from this young lady. She was so patient and really went out of her way to help my friend who was not satisfied with her order. Tasha listened and helped her and we were so happy leaving there because she just wanted to celebrate her birthday and Tash if you see this messege thank you for yoir hospitality it was very much appreciated this was a great first impression thank you again Beautiful.

I went back to Pinstripes while visiting my family and we decided to go to brunch on Saturday. None of us had been to brunch there for a year and was pleasantly surprised that the Saturday brunch was now also a buffet instead of a la carte. The food was great and I loved the variety of options so all of us enjoyed what we wanted! And how could I not enjoy the dessert bar! Plus, Pinstripes is always clean and inviting! The only downfall was the lack of attention from our waitress. We actually had to get up twice to ask someone to send her over. But I would definitely still return again!

I went for the weekend brunch which was amazing. There was a great variety of items. I defiantly overate. The egg station was big and offered a lot of different toppings. After you're done eating they have a spot to play games so the dun doesn't have to end.

    Ask the Community - Pinstripes

    Is the outdoor seating covered?

The patio is on the east side of the patio and I recall there are umbrellas.

If you are coming to Pinstripes on your own or as a couple, can you get in on a pickup game of bowling or bocce?

I'm not sure about on your own for bowling, but probably yes for a couple. Last time our party only had three people and we had a great time bowling. For bocce, you can do it alone.

What is the lunch, dinner menu pricing?

Pretty reasonable... Anywhere from 7-25$. I just had a small Caesar salad $7 plus chicken $5. The larger salad was about $13 no protein. I had a flatbread as well around $13

Since we were hungry, we followed another yelper's advice of getting an appetizer since we were warned the mains can take 30-40 minutes. Ordered the cracklin wings--got the ghost pepper dry rub which was recommended by the staff who also reassured me that it wasn't too spicy given that it was also sweet and came with ranch. Tasted great, super crispy on the outside, chicken not the most juicy but still tender. 4/5. Also ordered the truffle orcchiette, pork chop, and heirloom carrots. The truffle orcchiette had a great al dente texture but surprisingly compared to the other yelper reviews, was saltier than expected. 4/5 Favorites were definitely the pork chop and heirloom carrots. The pork chop came without the bone, already chopped up, and was the he most tender pork chop I've had. 5/5 The carrots were so well seasoned, with a great charred taste and came with an addicting puree. 5/5 Service was fantastic, with great recommendations. While the birthday guest was away from the table, I did sneakily ask if they do anything for birthdays, and the staff said that they do a scoop of ice cream. Since the sticky toffee pudding already came with a scoop of ice cream, they were considerate to do 2 cookies instead--the cookies weren't too sweet and reminded me of brownie batter. Sticky toffee pudding was good. 4/5 Restaurant is located in Pinecrest so parking available as free parking in a garage about a block away or as pay by mobile street parking. Ambience is great, perfect for a nice meal for a date or hangout. Overall a great place to celebrate a special occasion due to all the good food choices and staff who know how to treat birthday guests well.

I told him I would arrive within 40 mins and he said to just walk-in. The website says this is fine dining so for someone to answer the phone and discourage reservations was skeptical. When we arrived we were told since we didn't have reservations we had to sit outdoors. Now the forecast said rain in 10mins. So we told the lady at the desk that I spoke to the man that also at the door about reservations. She said no problem we waited about 10 minutes and we were seated. Our waitress Abby was amazing! I wanted a wellness drink and they were all out but she suggested other mocktail options. She then asked if we wanted tap water or sparkling bottle water. I was confused that they don't have filtered water. We got the tap and it smelled like sewer. We then asked for a bottle of sparkling water. And realized the glass cups smelled bad. If you want a wellness drink arrive early when they open around 11am. It was 1pm when I ordered my food. I ordered the Farmer's breakfast, it came with Two eggs any style, choice of crispy bacon or chicken sausage, grilled sourdough, potatoes. The potatoes were crumbs and left overs, a scoop of potatoes. For a $19 meal I couldn't believe what I was being served. The chicken sausage was amazing! The sourdough bread was grilled with no oil or butter. I asked for jelly thinking they would have compote. Instead they have mini jars of jelly. The main difference is that jam is a shelf-stable, fruit-puree preserve made with high amounts of sugar and added pectin. Compote is a chunkier, less sugary fruit sauce cooked quickly without pectin and meant to be eaten fresh. My husband had the Last Chicken Sandwich, which he said was good but the sandwich didn't come with a side just a $18 chicken sandwich that tasted wonderful.

Eight years worth of Fairmount moments later, this review is well overdue. AMBIANCE: The ambiance allows you to slow down and enjoy your company. The restaurant is dim lit, has fireplaces, and loungey atmosphere. It somehow feels warm and I heard a lot of people refer to it as a second home (people are always so friendly here!). There is ample space - three bars, main dining space, and huge outdoor oasis bar. Nestled in Cedar Fairmount neighborhood, you'll also be able to enjoy historic neighborhood. There are seating arrangements if you're craving company or want to enjoy your date. Seating options include couches by the fireplace, tables, and high tops. Fairmount is delightful during every season. During the summer you can enjoy the bar and patio. In the winter you can dine at the igloos. I prefer all seasons here. FOOD/DRINKS: The menu at Fairmount is impressive and has exciting seasonal/weekly additions. You'll never get bored. The cocktails here are refined, very boozy, and very well crafted. The food is seriously delicious, and consistent every single time. I've been impressed with every dish. The dishes and drinks frequently follow the seasons. During my latest visit I enjoyed Butter Pecan Warm Cider with bourbon ($12, so bold and boozy, tastes like fall). I also ordered Fig Trouble Little China ($15, a more rich version of Old Fashioned, so delicious). I also tasted Short Rib & Risotto for the very first time ($28, such a delicious dish, every bite was just amazing). My favorites? Ah, so hard! I'll go with the Fairmount Burger! It's angus beef burger with bacon-fig chutney. It's so delicious! I can't even be serious about meat at the other burger places, this is easily the best burger in the city. My seasonal favorite? Kevin McCallister seasonal drink that resembles coquito or eggnog. The drink is topped with rice paper that includes the design of Kevin from Home Alone. It's such a fun tradition! I look forward to this drink all year and always tell the world about it! SERVICE: The service is excellent. I haven't been anywhere where service is right on point every single time. Everyone is nice - the owner, hosts, and waitstaff. You truly feel seen and like the most important guest. I've visited previously while on dates and frequently dine here solo, always had the most pleasant service. EVENTS: Many people book events here for their non-profits or companies. As far as individual events, Fairmount hosts a fun NYE party every year! PARKING: Onsite parking lot is available at the back of the building. You can enter through the front doors on Cedar or right through the parking lot door. There are numerous reasons why I love the Fairmount. I consider it to be the best dining experience in the Cedar Fairmount neighborhood of Cleveland Heights. I also love how the owner Jake is very engaged in the community and is incredibly friendly with the surrounding business owners. I'll choose this place again and again for calming ambiance, crafted cocktails, and delicious food. To many more years of Fairmount and at Fairmount!

It came with a jalapeño corn muffin. It was 10 dollars and I chose a chocolate chip cookie with caramel and pecans in it because, why not. My chicken was delicious. I chose hot honey sauce because I was curious. It was so spicy and cleaned my sinuses right up. The sauce came on the side, thank goodness for that. The muffin was OK. It would have been better warmed. The cookie: sooooo good. Because I was being nice, I gave my kid a piece, but next time I will eat it in the car before I get home, like the pros do.
