The Mongolian Beef had maybe 3-3.5 oz of beef, it was mostly onions. The General Tso chicken had a bitterness to it from the breading used, it was the wrong type of breading as well. I've ordered from this place 3 times and each time was delicious. It's a to go spot, call in your order and pick up. The food is well wrapped, well seasoned and piping hot. I recommend their spicy orange chicken and beef n broccoli lunch specials. Lots of food for what amounts to $8 a plate with a main, side and a spring roll. read more

While I get why this place has a lower-star review (longer than usual wait times and delivery), honestly this place is probably better suited to pick up yourself rather than delivery. The kitchen and operation is ran by a small family as they are the cooks and cashiers, with that said low overhead--I get it. But the food is EXCELLENT for Chinese food take-out style. You shouldn't expect any less or more. Originally from NYC, I know quality Chinese take-out and this is probably as close as you can get in Arlington. Now on to the food: (I usually get the same items) Chicken fried rice is a must get! For under $4 for a small you cannot go wrong! The amount you get for small size is good enough for 2 people. Lemon chicken is crispy and cut into strips, the lemon sauce is also very good. Very good dish overall. Beef and broccoli is another basic staple, you can't go wrong in ordering this. Again taste very good for the price. Shrimp w/lobster sauce is more like a soupy style dish, best putting over white rice to eat. Since I'm picky, be aware of all the other veggies in there. The shrimp and sauce are good though. Each order comes with white rice and 2 egg rolls. Even the egg rolls are excellent! Overall, I wouldn't come here to expect fast service, I would def call in 30-45min before you want to pick-up. I would prob not recommend delivery or showing up to order and wait--especially if you're impatient. TLDR version: good take out chinese food, call ahead 30-45min before you pick up your phone in person. read more

SO DISAPPOINTED ! Since when are Jumbo shrimp barely larger than quarters? These were medium sized , dry and over cooked. Lobster sauce ? More like celery sauce. LOADED with so much celery I could barley find the undersized, over cooked, dry shrimp. Baby corn in it too? What is going? All a traditional Shrimp with Lobster Sauce should have in it is a small amount of browned ground pork for the base, chicken broth, salt, white pepper, ground ginger, water chestnuts and egg, thickened with corn starch and the huge shrimp should be thrown in last for more than 4 minutes so as not to over cook. Garnish with a few diced green onion. NO peas, carrots or mushrooms and No mounds of undercooked crunchy celery. Also got spare ribs, meaty but again very dry and flavorless. This location has some really amazing deals for takeout. The deal that I received was for a carry out deal which included chicken fried rice with an eggroll on the side for three dollars. This container was a medium-size container filled to the brim with rice. I have never experienced such great service and great quality food from an Chinese establishment. The owner was really nice and gave some great recommendations. However the store is really small and has minimum room so you may need to order your food and then wait outside because it can get really hot in there as well as crowd it really quick. Rice wok was our go when we lived in Arlington for at least 15 or more years.. It closed when covid hit andbwas closed for a while. Today I drove from Cleburne Tx approx 40 miles to purchase their orange chicken. It was horrible. It was tasteless. It used to be big crunchy chunks of chicken with this gooey orange spicey glaze. This was like a sweetened brown liquid. Used to be able to find orange peel in it, nope. The egg rolls were always the best, not anymore...so inferior. So sad that this hidden gem in Arlington has gone down hill. I just finished eating a few bites of chicken, I now feel sick. Stay away from this dump. read more

Took a chance and regret it. We ordered sweet and sour chicken and beef and broccoli with 2 fried rice and 2 egg rolls for delivery. Told 45 to 50 min.. an hour and a half later it came. Cold, the bag was soaked in the beef sauce. We took it anyway as we were hungry and still are. The BandB had no flavor and was more oil than sauce. I couldnt eat it. The sweet and sour chicken was mainly bread and very little chicken and no pineapple or other flavoring. The fried rice was just brown rice no veggies or egg. The chicken was the nastiest tasteless rubbery substance. It was not chicken. It was brown and shriveled up plastic. I threw that trash away. I got the super gross orange chicken. It's not the best fried rice in the world and it certainly is not the worst. I give it 4/5 stars because it is pretty tasty, prepared quickly, large portion size, price is right, the owner/family are kind/professional, and it's close by to my work. Add that all up and you get 4 stars. It's like watching an entertaining summer flick. It's probably not going to win any big prestigious awards, but it was fun and satisfying.
