I ordered the chicken and seasonal vegetables in oyster sauce which my fiancé and I enjoyed quite well. Large was enough for both of us with enough leftover for lunch. On a side note we ordered white rice which came with the meal. I'm diabetic so I can have just a limited amount. My girl likes white rice and there was SO MUCH that she'll be eating on it for DAYS. This place is a joke I ordered a number #3 and four plates each plate will contain beef broccoli, orange chicken and lo main and I've been going here for years, so there's no way I'm asking stuff incorrect on my part and they give me 4 "small boxes" and my mom tells them that we ordered the "plate" and the kid who is there says that thats what we ordered even though we said "plates" and my mom is a witnesses of me saying "plates" I never said boxes and the kid also tells us that we can get rice with the four plates and he tells us that we can't have the rice, so I'm confused and I'm upset, so we started from scratch and we tell him what we ordered again and they gave us the correct #3, but they decided to give us individual plates that contains orange chicken, lo main and beef broccoli and we tell them that that's not what we ask for and the kid calls for the manager and the manager tells my mom that she's the problem so I'm furious and they had the audacity to say that we can just portion the plates our selves and they didn't have the audacity to verify if that's what we ordered or asked the kid how we ordered it and how he was explaining stuff to us but we didn't need explanation because we knew what we wanted and we have ordered food from this place for +10 years so it wasn't us and it's not our fault that you have a kid that doesn't know what he's doing or saying read more

They are always fast, friendly, and everything food is absolutely delicious one of the main employees possibly the owner used to work at yummy express as well in southwest austin. They are always busy (it makes sense, it's good eating!) so of course if you're absent minded when ordering they SEEM to rush you. Review their menu, call in knowing what you want and you'll have no issues. Food's fresh, I get the beef and brocolli with chicken and shrimp fried rice. Huge portions for a good price. This place seems to have really mixed reviews, one minute its a 1 star review, the next minute its a 5 star review. Personally, based on the one dish I tried, I'm a fan. I dropped by for lunch and didn't feel like getting a rice dish so I opted for the fried tilapia instead. Be warned that there's a bit of a wait time with this dish but it wasn't anything crazy. Also keep in mind that there is nowhere to dine in, this place is strictly a drive through / takeaway store. I was pleasantly surprised with how it turned out. The fish was fried well and it wasn't overly pricey too for a whole fish. I also appreciated the fact that they wrapped the fish in aluminum foil to prevent the hot fish from melting into the styrofoam like other places. Overall, great value and great taste. Cute establishment and very friendly people, I was greeted promptly upon entering and even offered a menu (although I ordered by phone). There's a drive thru with an exhaustive menu board and the service is super fast both in drive thru and inside. The only downside is the limited soup options. I like some Chinese soups but the only one I absolutely loathe is the only one they have...egg drop lol. I ordered garlic parmesan wings and combination rice and I hope it's good. I'll be back to let y'all know. UPDATE: So much for correct orders. My rice order was all wrong and I'm not very happy about that. The lady clearly wrote on the box what I wanted; no veggies (peas/carrots), extra onions and extra scallions. Why did I get carrots and no onions? Reading is fundamental people! I called and they offered to replace it but it's freezing out and I'm not driving 8 miles for their error. The garlic parmesan wings are very garlicky and full of parmesan but someone forgot seasoning. Not happy with spending $25 on this. Oh well! Such is life :( read more

Hey, I wasn't expecting much from a drive-thru Chinese place, but OMG this was terrible. First off, nothing at all healthy on the menu. I finally got the orange chicken/broccoli beef combo with steamed rice and EVERYTHING was fried and covered with sauce, which is certainly not my expectation of orange chicken and broccoli beef. It is so easy to overlook such a small little hut off of Pioneer, but this mini restaurant takes the cake for Chinese takeout. I past this little place all the time, but haven't had a chance to try it out until recently. Since the first visit, my boyfriend and I have been hooked. We go at least once every two weeks to get our fill. Menu is pretty extensive, but the main items are listed along the side (with a picture). Our easy go-to item is the beef and broccoli. Instead of rice, we always go for the lo mein. It's the same price, but you just need to tell them when ordering that you want the noodles instead of rice. We've also tried the orange chicken and the kung pao chicken. Both were great, but nothing trumps the beef. Each "meal" does not come with a drink, but you do get a fried egg roll and a fortune cooki. They usually pack food quickly, and the employees can easily get you in and out of the line in ~5 minutes. Speedy quick for a Chinese drive thru. I've never had an issue with food being undercooked or ingredients being unclean in any way. Chopstix Express also advertises snow cones and wings. I haven't tried a snow cone from here, but the wings are great. I would compare the taste to Pluckers, but the wing size is much smaller. I've only tried the spicy ranch flavor, but each time I order wings, it's consistently tasty. They always come with 2 celery sticks, 2 carrot sticks (I usually don't eat them), and 2 containers of cold ranch if you order at least 10 wings. However, wings always take a 10 minute wait in the drive-thru. If you're in a rush, skip out on wings during your visit. So what sets this restaurant apart from the other Asian-American chains? This one barely uses any corn starch. I love how the chicken and beef aren't covered in an overwhelming, sticky goo. The first time visiting, I tried the egg drop soup and it was extremely watery (I don't recommend getting it). If anything, it almost seemed like a Chinese health soup that mom would make when you're sick. Skip out on the soup. Beef and broccoli with lo mein is a must. If you're not in too much of a hurry, get the wings! The line gets a bit long during peak hours, but your wait is worth it! There's also seating inside, but the area is rather small. If you're under a major time crunch, call ahead of time before picking up your order. read more

This place is sooo delicious! It's not a restaurant it's a Chinese food pick up and drive thru and walk in! It's so fresh and delicious , literally always packed. And it's cheap! You get a family pack that feeds a family of 6 for $37 and you also get a 2 liter drink that comes with that, you get 6 egg rolls , 3 meats , fried rice and noodles!
