What a fabulous addition to Molalla's eating-out choices! I've been here several times before today…read moreand each time the food has been excellent. Flavorful and delicious, Fire Foods delivers the best in Asian food here in Molalla. I haven't had their burgers yet but after reading the reviews here, I'm thinking I need to try one! In any event, with the cold grey day we are having today, a bowl of hot ramen soup was the perfect thing to send the overcast blues flying out the window. Today, I had the Veggie Ramen Soup with shrimp & egg along with a cup of jasmine flower tea. The bowl of soup was so big I had to ask for a container to take home what I couldn't eat at lunch. With big huge shrimps and a perfectly poached egg, the noodles and veggies (broccoli, cabbage, bean sprouts, carrots, onions, bok choy) hit the spot. The broth was delicious with the perfect amount of spiciness - my lips were tingling with the heat! (Tip: I asked for a "1" on the spiciness chart and it was spicy. I think it might have actually been a "2" because it was spicy! I like my food spicy but if you don't, maybe ask for a "0".) Ordering is accomplished at the counter, which is on the left when you enter the front door. When I said I needed some soup for a chilly day, the man who took my order suggested the Veggie Ramen. He then asked if I wanted to add anything to it and I requested chicken, although I got those huge beautiful shrimp. (I'll be asking for those shrimp from now on!) Prices are comparable to or less than any other place these days - veggie ramen soup was $12 and the pot of tea that I got at least 3 mugfuls out of was $2.50. Add-ons to the soup like chicken, beef or shrimp are an additional couple of bucks. All decked out for the holidays, my favorite decoration was the Grinch Christmas Tree! Fun and festive! I'll be going back soon - maybe to try a burger but I love their Asian food so it might be hard to choose.

Can tell it's popular bc there was a steady flow of ppl coming in and out. The food was delicious and service was friendly. They communicated clearly if items needed longer to cook (curry) so that we knew before we committed to ordering it. I appreciated that so much! Bibimbap was tasty and loaded! I'm shocked at the portions they give here, they're enough for a meal here and leftovers for home. 10/10. Highly recommend!

Just sushi and ramen. She said why but her accent was a little heavy and I didn't really understand. So I ended up just getting sushi. Good seasoning on the rice. It was a little light but better that than the other way. Good ratio of rice to fillings as well. Volcano roll was spicy good as we like to say at home. Also got the rainbow, California and unagi roll. All very delicious. They had a deal with a free California roll if you order $50. Overall makes this a very good deal. They definitely struggle with efficiency and im not sure if im a fan of the half open kitchen with the air fryer and microwave on the open side. I would return for sure. Hope for more items.

So comforting and warm. The sauce on the spicy shrimp bulgoki was so good! You really cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. 10 out of 10 recommend!

There is also a good level of fish sauce. The flavor was awesome! I had the cornmeal-crusted tofu, which was excellent. The portion is also nice and large, so I was able to enjoy my pad thai a second day. We'll definitely eat here again next time we're in the area.

We ran in to pick up but I still got some photos. Food was good. We got two vegan bang mi's and they were super tasty especially the crusted tofu but we did get some super spicy jalapeño that we ended up taking out because it was overwhelming and taking away from the flavor. The clam chowder was truly so good! But the hot and sour soup was so different than what I thought I was getting and at a later point not appetizing. It was also spicy so hard to eat both items. Seemed like a quick make up, simple space and simple service.

The white curry (roasted cauliflower + coconut cream) was delicious, but did it pair well with the Brisket Burnt Ends? Not really IMO. I don't think the flavors match. I'm not exactly sure what would pair well with the white curry, maybe some veg or tofu...but BBQ fusion with the curry wasn't the best. 2 unisex restrooms available, the one I used was clean. Service was a little scattered. We got the Yu-Choy first, followed by the ceviche a few minutes later. But the Fried Chicken and White Curry took a while to come (about another 10-15 mins. to come).
