They have a variety of menu options but I always go for their signature item - their rice rolls. These rice rolls always come out piping hot with the chewiest texture. My favorite filling is the beef, but my friends have tried the shrimp and egg options too and loved those as well. What's nice about this spot is there is also a self-serve condiment section to add chili oil, peanut sauce, special house soy sauce, sesame seeds, and sriracha. We walked from our hotel all the way there, but I heard parking can be very difficult. We got there around 12:45 on a Saturday and there was a long line outside the door. Inside feels cramped because there is a long line of people waiting to order, there are people standing around waiting for their food, and every table was full. We were luckily able to grab a table as someone was leaving but it can be tricky. Even though the line was long, we waited about 20 minutes before ordering. The longest part was waiting for our food to be ready. I ordered the special combo rice roll which includes all of their protein meats, a shrimp rice roll, and a beef noodle soup. After waiting for about 40 minutes the food finally arrives. I recommended eating it with the sweet peanut sauce and their speciality soy sauce. The rice rolls were so fresh and silky and definitely worth the wait. I could not get enough of it. The beef soup was not worth it as the beef felt dry and I didn't like the flavor of the broth. The broth tasted like ramen package broth flavor. The price of the food was reasonable for the amount of food they give you and the quality and freshness of the rice roll. I would come back here to eat the rice rolls again but be prepared to wait a while, bring a book or watch a movie while you wait for your food! The rice noodle rolls were ready soon afterwards. There's no sauce at the tables, so when you pick up the rolls, make sure you add whatever sauces you want then. They've got plenty of options - from the standard soy sauce to peanut butter to sriracha, etc. I really like this self serve method, so you can control the quantity of the sauces. The rice noodle roll itself was AMAZING. The skin was silky thin and smooth, and they don't skimp on the ingredients at all. I am already thinking about my next visit here!!
