We received a few quotes from contractors and that is when we met the father son duo from Logan Construction. They were incredibly kind and empathetic to our situation. From moment one we knew these were the people we wanted fixing our house. We were not knowledgeable at all when it came to fixing a house and we asked ALOT of questions and at all different levels of stress and each and every question was answered quickly and in simple understandable language. When we changed plans on them with different ideas we saw on home shows, they simply advised us of the work, quoted us a price for the change in work and got down to business. Once they got to work they did not stop until the work was done. Their prices were incredibly fair and the quality was excellent. Being out of the house for almost three years, we could not wait to have our "tv reveal" when it was completely done. However, the transformation from the house being almost destroyed to what they turned it in to was incredible. We searched for a contractor for over a year, had at least 5 estimates, and Advanced Renovation gave us the best estimate while fully understanding the requirements of the project. Thiago and his team completed a 2 bathroom project; they added a bathroom and renovated another bathroom. I'm a guy who thinks he knows what he's talking about but actually doesn't, which I'm sure can be more challenging to deal with. Thiago was great about communicating next steps, taking all of our questions and providing suggestions. Our project included full demo of both spaces, adding plumbing/electrical, closing windows and residing the exterior, adding windows, reframing tub/shower area, tiling, etc. To top it off, they removed a 400+ lbs cast iron tub.
