The proposal was competitive and within our needed timeframe. They transformed the house. Great communication throughout the process, especially since the laminate happened before the carpet, and the carpet couldn't be installed until after the painters were done. (It's weird being in the middle of all that planning but everyone was super understanding and helpful.) It was worth every penny. I'd work with Sarkis and The Floor Store again in a heartbeat.

The quality of his work speaks for itself. Mike is meticulous with his tile work and clearly takes a lot of pride in getting the details right. He's also a licensed general contractor, which made a real difference on projects this involved. He understands everything that needs to happen behind the finished surfaces, not just what you see at the end. He was dependable, straightforward, and genuinely easy to work with throughout both projects. When someone is working in your home for an extended period of time, that matters just as much as the finished product. We've trusted Mike with two substantial remodels and wouldn't hesitate to call him again. Great craftsman and a good guy. Absolutely recommend him.

We found a few different styles of tiles that we liked, we purchased them today. I had a hard time picking just one, I knew for sure I wanted white or a neutral. They had way more to choose from than what I expected. I only wish they had better customer service, we have to find someone every time we have questions. It would be nice to see associates around incase people like us have questions. We will be back for sure since we have another bathroom to remodel in the next few weeks

Our order was not easily accessible, so several items were in question. Lisa reached out to the staff member heading up our order, to the slab department, and to our contractor. She spent a great deal of time locating the updated information, and then proceeded to organize the order by room. Her efforts distilled all of our visits to Bedrosians, and resulted in a far more user-friendly version of the materials for our project. This was invaluable for all parties involved. In addition, Lisa assisted us with final design choices. Lisa went above and beyond expectations to offer resolution in a kind, patient, and professional manner. Thank you Lisa for your skilled and knowledgeable efforts on our behalf!

BUT, alas, here I am. 5 stars, but you knew that already, given the non-stop 5 star reviews that he has. And let me tell you, he earns every single one of those 5 stars in every single 5 star review, including this 5 star review. Rafael is professional, meticulous, friendly, respectful, and really does go above and beyond. It's great when you find someone that is a masterclass of their craft. It's good when you find someone that is competitively priced. It's nice when you find someone that genuinely CARES about their clientele and want their clientele to be 110% satisfied. It's AMAZING when you find a combination of all three. Seriously, you need tile work? Please, don't look anymore. You won't get better than Rafael. Book him.
