Their customer service has consistently been exceptional. Every team member I've worked with has been friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right materials for my projects. It's rare to find a company that maintains such a high level of service year after year. I also love how much they've grown. Their expanded inventory offers so many beautiful options, and their new Morgan Hill location is fantastic and much more convenient for me. I've remodeled two bathrooms in the past year, and the Morgan Hill team was outstanding throughout both projects. Anthony, in particular, was incredible during my most recent remodel. He took the time to understand the look I was going for, offered thoughtful recommendations, and never made me feel rushed while selecting materials. She listened to everything I wanted, made suggestions, contacted sales reps, got me larger samples since I could not pick an entire house of flooring with a small sample, made the impossible possible and was just amazing!! When it was time for me to see the flooring I ultimately chose, she left work and drove to the warehouse nearby with me to show it to me. Dan came out to measure and provided some good input, was very friendly and helpful. They matched a lower price per sq ft and got me my 1500 sq feet of flooring before I needed it. Not only did they not stock anything in inventory but their prices are high and had limited selection which was enough reason for me to not waste another minute in there. The team (Francisco and Arturo) were professional, respectful, helpful, prompt, friendly, and accommodating to some peculiarities about the installation. The removal of existing wood veneer planks and carpet was straightforward. Francisco effectively planned the installation to accommodate for furniture relocation and leveling of the subfloor. They used existing baseboards with additional quarter-round to accommodate for the difference in height between the prior and new flooring. Home Depot set the pricing for the materials and labor, which was quite reasonable. I would be very happy for Francisco and Arturo to be the team for any future flooring installation.
