It started out okay but then they probably got a bigger job and nothing kept happening anymore in my house. Quality of the work degraded and things moved very very slowly suddenly. They were over two weeks delayed to finish the job and I basically had to force them out the day before I moved in. They left the house in an unacceptably condition. Tools everywhere and extremely dirty. Cleaned all night and moved the next day. They told me I should have arranged a cleaning beforehand with them. They never mentioned it before. I did not expect it to be really clean but they did not clean at all and it was too late to arrange a cleaning. Plus tooling and trash was scattered across the whole house. This was years ago and I still figure out how much they messed up my house. Floor height messed up, getting holes in the floor from normal use, electric stuff not done right, dryer vent not connected according to code, poor painting job etc. Latest one was not re-connecting the smoke alarms after painting the ceilings. That is not only lazy but also dangerous for people living in the house. Beware they act nice and tell you they fix whatever is wrong. But some of the issues will only show years later. And the immediate things were plenty. I had them come back three times and they still did not get a simpel repair right. That it is not only an inconvenience it is incompetence.
