All of the 5-star reviews are right on the mark! I had an outstanding experience with Jessie and would highly recommend this business. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We had a relatively small project--installing tile in a walk-in closet--but finding the right contractor was surprisingly difficult. We're installing a sauna at one end of the closet, so we needed flooring that could withstand both moisture and heat. I had gotten a few quotes, ranging as high as over $6,000 to as low as $1,200, and most of the contractors didn't seem to understand what we actually needed. I was feeling very frustrated but thought I should keep looking and the reviews for this business were so glowing that I thought I'd try getting one last quote. I'm SO glad I called Jessie. He immediately understood the project, provided an extremely reasonable quote, and gave me complete confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing. Communication was clear throughout and his expertise was so helpful when it came to making decisions I wasn't sure about (like grout color and tile placement/pattern). Jessie and Jose were both wonderful to work with. They treated our small project with the same care and professionalism as a much larger job, scheduled us promptly, and did beautiful work. After 2 other flooring contractors left scratching their heads about our 2 carpeted staircases, Jessie came with a "Can Do" attitude. He did what he promised and now it looks spectacular! Jessie is truly the best guy to do your tile work. I interviewed a few tile people and Jessie was the perfect guy. We ordered our tile from Superior Stone (also great) and everything went so smoothly. Jessie is meticulous about his work and pays attention to every detail. He is great at communicating with you, will help you and answer any questions you may have. He took out our fiberglass insert with ease and the rest was done neatly and timely. I can't say enough good things about this company! From the very beginning, everything was great. The bid we received was very detailed and easy to understand. Jessie, the owner, worked with us to get a great price on tile and get the work done as soon as possible. Each day his crew showed up at 8 am, in masks, and worked hard all day. They were all very nice and left no messes at the end of each day. The job required tearing out two bathrooms but they worked so that we always had access to one bath and we were able to move about our house. The finished job is amazing! This review is WAY overdue. I'll keep it short and sweet. We've hired Jessie for 3 jobs already, and every one has come out great. A complete master bathroom remodel, custom glass kitchen backsplash, and stone around our fireplace. He is responsive to emails and requests, has solid rates, is honest, and does amazing work. We had an issue come up when we had our glass shower doors being installed, and instead of pointing fingers at the install guy, he came out and fixed it for us. For anyone hiring contractors these days, that rarely happens, and is a perfect example of how dedicated he is to making his customers happy. Call these guys first, then your search is over! Top-notch work from a great company! Jessie is the best! Jessie came recommended to us by the place we ordered our floor and wall tile for a master bathroom remodel. We had a couple other contractors that flaked on us, so working with Jessie was exactly what we needed. When he came out to give the estimate, we were unsure of exactly what we wanted to do for certain segments of the bathroom. We thought we wanted larger tiles on the bathtub surround, but it had a curve around one edge which would prove to be a challenge for larger tiles. Jessie made great suggestions for the areas where we were uncertain. We took his advice and used mosaic tile on the curved edge of the bathtub. Very happy we listened to Jessie and took his advice. The work that he and his guys do is amazing. Everything looks very precise and well thought out. We're very happy with our bathroom and would definitely recommend Jessie and his crew to anyone looking for tile work to be done. The thing that impressed me the most was the communication from Jessie. He'd reach out through text or phone call and let me know what the plan was for that day. He'd often times reach out toward the end of the day and let me know what they got accomplished and what the gameplan was for the following day. On Monday's he'd let me know what would be happening that week and when they expected to be done with each phase. We have worked with some other contractors who never let us know what was going on and they were difficult to reach at times. There is an incredible value and peace of mind to know that Jessie is constantly on top of your project and is keeping you in the loop. We had recently completed some work in our kitchen with other contractors and we weren't happy with some of the finishes they left behind. Jessie offered to work on a few spots in the kitchen to make them look as nice as we had hoped. Jessie went so far as to color match grout that was used by a previous contractor to ensure our windowsills would match the rest of the kitchen. He worked on our project like he was working on his own home. It felt like he really cared that we were happy with everything they were doing. You know the contractor must be good when the tile store said they hired him to install the tile in their showroom. As a Director of Facilities I work with many contractors, and I knew the minute I met Jessie that this guy was top notch. I also knew right away he had an eye for detail when he walked into our house, saw the shoes by the front door and instantly took his shoes off! We had our kitchen/ entryway and master bathroom tiled which required the removal of three different types of flooring (tile, sheet vinyl and carpet), underlayment to be installed and baseboards removed and replaced. He was very knowledgeable, help us with layout, grout colors, etc. and was very through in telling us about the entire process. Jessie's quote was right where I predicted and he was able to set the timeframe for installation while my wife and I were gone on vacation for four working days. His crew showed up right after we left for the airport and we came back to beautiful new tile flooring. After seeing the quality of work and the way it transformed our home we are now thinking about more tile work, and I would not consider any else to do the job! read more

Jessie and team just completed the 2nd job at our home because he did such a fantastic job a couple of years ago when he tiled our downstairs kitchen, entry and dining area. Jessie really provides such value! This job was a small bath area in the master bedroom. We used a driftwood looking tile to for the shower, floor/baseboard. It is stunning! Jessie, as before, provided expert advice on the placement of the time (vertically) and grout choices. The team is very professional. They arrive on time. Work all day. They lay down drop cloths so they don't track into your home/damage wood work etc..They do an excellent job cleaning up- you can't even tell they were there. Highly recommend.
