Huge selection of stone, great prices, extremely responsive and helpful staff. They installed my quartz countertops as well and did an excellent job. Fast turnaround, less than two days to schedule and one day to install. My only complaint isn't their fault; I wasn't able to see the quartz slab prior to purchase. Policy of the manufacturer as it is special order. Almost perfect, literally only 1 tiny flaw less than 1 sq mm, if that, out of nearly 60 sq ft. I'm sure that had I mentioned it, which I did not, Ila would have fixed or replaced it without hesitation. I chose mother of pearl quartz and couldn't be happier.

    Before my fabricator made cuts.

Today I purchased a prefab slab of quartz for my bathroom vanity top. The selection of flooring, tile, slabs for both bathroom and kitchen are amazing! So many different options, along with many options within the same color or stone type families. The owners are very nice and have answers to all your questions. They may even know a fabricator that can help with your cutting! Prices are comparable to what you would pay anywhere else, so I suggest giving Granite Outlet a look and they may have just what you need!

    Beautiful quartz slab

Home renovation is so overwhelming and having the best team makes the difference. I was so impressed with Granite Outlet and the amazing selections they have. The owners are amazing (and their grandchildren are adorable)!! Ila was so helpful, kind, and made the entire process painless. I found the most beautiful slab of quartz for our new kitchen countertop. Their fabrication prices are also AMAZING! If you are in search of a unique and vast array of tiles, granite, quartz, marble, and exterior stone, look no further than Granite Outlet; you will not be disappointed!

We used Granite Outlet for our bathroom countertops and kitchen countertops and are thrilled with the results! We used the prefab slabs for our bathroom countertops (Carrera Quartz) and general slab for the kitchen. We used them for the entire process - demo, materials, and install. Their crew was amazingly efficient and the end result is great. We are so happy with our countertops!

I had quartz installed in my kitchen, it came out beautiful. Granite Outlet was fast and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone. I could not be happier!

Harish moving slabs for us to look at

Let me start by saying that Harish is one the nicest people in the Granite business. His kindness and patience is well known and comes highly recommended by others. We bought two slabs of white ice granite and had the offset ogee edge done. The price was very competitive compared to other places. At the time we purchased there was only 1 slab, but Harish said there was more on order and should be arriving in about 1 week. We put a very small deposit down to hold the slabs and when they came in he called us right away and let us pick which slabs we wanted. He even moved them so we can look at each one. We ended up going with sequential numbered slabs from the same shipment. Again Harish was very patient when we were looking at the slabs and we did not feel rushed at all. We decided to use the in house installer Manuel, who is also a very nice guy. If he was going to be late he would call and let us know. Manuel was upfront about what he was able to do and what he can not do(such as plumbing). We let him know up front that we wanted all pieces to have NO Seams(One of our countertops was 10 ft long), and he let us know that we have to find certain dimension slabs to make that happen. The demo process took a few hours, there was some slight mishaps from demo debris (small scratches) but nothing major that could not be fixed. A few days later after the Demo was template time and once the templates are made no more changes. We changed our sink to a farmhouse apron sink and extended our island for a breakfast bar area(had to do the Corbels on my end) and it came out beautiful. Manuel was very patient with the changes we made although it was after the initial visit but before template. After template it took a few days to cut the slabs and they were installed in about 6 hours. Some cutting is done onsite and drilling for faucets is done on site, so it can get very dusty. Total down time was about One and a half weeks. I did all the plumbing and all the faucet fixtures myself, as Manuel was upfront about what he could not do. Overall we are very happy with the end result. What else can I say, Get quotes from other places then go to Granite outlet. Also I was very involved in the demo, installation, and clean up process.

I will be back again! The granite outlet was the cheapest and fastest at getting my kitchen countertops and tile installed. They have a big selection of granite, Quartz, and tile. I was working within a budget and Felipe and Ethel were so helpful and kind throughout the entire process. It went very smoothly. Manuel Cazas was recommended to us from The Granite Outlet for our Quartz, and he installed our countertops and glass tile backsplash all in one day. It turned out beautiful. I can't say enough about him and his crew. He made sure the job was fully complete and everything was clean and perfect. He is a very friendly man. I will use him for all my future remodels again! A+ I love my new kitchen:)

This place has top notch materials and they're not a discount house, you pay for the quality …read more.. fair enough. My problem with them is they play games with their pallet deposit and return policy. I understand a $40 pallet deposit, the ensures them they're be getting them back. Their game begins with only giving back $25 on the $40. They're gaming their clients $15 for buying their products. That's $15 per pallet. Apparently the way the manager explained it to me was that's what they have to pay from their supplier, so they're simply passing the costs onto us. Ruffled feathers but I'm playing their game because I use their products. Then when we return the pallets we need to provide proof of purchase or they will not give credit. Most contractors have tons of projects and during said projects, the pallets gets stacked and stored and then eventually they get loaded onto the truck and returned to Peninsula. I returned 4 pallets but my credit card only showed 1 pallet from 1 job. So I got $25 back for now until I go back to my office, research the job dates, go to my bank records to provide credit card # then contact them to get proper credit. So as it stands now, I'm out $75. Is it worth my time and effort to dig up proof of purchase in order to satisfy them? I think not. I feel like Peninsula should grow up and treat their customers with simple respect. I'm their client, I have clients, in 40 years of business I have never asked a client to dig up old bank records to prove they've paid, ot to "verify" they've paid. Okay, now what? Return to the store to reclaim my pallets? They're damn good strong high quality pallets, might be usefull in the yard. In the future, beware, or be aware, they play the pallet game and this location... not all locations. In closing, nice job Peninsula for pissing off a client, even if youre going by the book, good job of increasing your profits by accepting pallets that youre not reimburing.

The Peninsula Building staff was great. What I thought was particularly awesome was that the staff guy talked to me and my husband. Usually construction folks only talk to my husband, which is funny because I am a licensed civil engineer and he does film. I really appreciated it!! :) P.S. It usually takes 24 hours from the time you get a PO at PBM and your order to be ready at Calstone, so plan ahead if you can!

When my cabinets…read morewere ready, he arrived timely, protected my floors and surrounding areas, installed the granite. I had only one seam in my whole kitchen, which I attribute to my purchasing enough granite to make that happen. After he finished installing the granite, he wanted payment, of course, I paid him, then he tells me he wants to come back to reseal the granite. That was in April . He does not return my calls, has not made any effort to come back, I know my contractor has also reached out to him, still nothing. I see mixed reviews here, but I would not recommend him for anything. My next call is to Superior Stone to let them know what a flake he is, as they recommend him to folks as well. Good luck to anyone who hires this guy! After writing this, Mario called, very apologetic and made arrangements to come the very next morning. He arrived, resealed my granite in about 30 minutes, made a follow up appointment fir next week for a third coat of sealer. My granite has a new life, looks beautiful. I am not sorry I wrote this review, but feel it is only fair to say that he did come and take care of finishing the job.

We had the granite supplier deliver the slab to Mario's shop a month prior to the fireplace install date. Was keeping updated weekly and Mario kept repeating, no problem, we'll be ready. When the FPL install date approached, that's when the music stopped. He repeatedly no-showed appointments to do the final measurements and then pushed out another two weeks. Won't answer his cell. Scrambling to find another fabricator here now that I'm already a day late for the install to happen. The carpenters for the mantel are being pushed out as well. This guy is totally unreliable. No wonder he doesn't publish a business address on his website. Beware!
